Very easy to use products, and in the case of Sharepoint, it's a must have for forms and workflows!
Licensing with Sharepoint Online isn't great. I'd rather have more similar pricing to how the on-prem licensing works.
More complex workflows and forms. Replacing sharepoint designer workflows with Nintex workflows. The time savings has been huge!
how easy it is to use and setup the foxtrot for my reports that i needed ran
the application i use it for sometimes doesnt work well with it but its better than other automation applications i have tried
i have foxtrot run sales reports and send an email with the report to a vendor
The fact that you can make so many changes without needing to take a banker from their position. Foxtrot runs in the background.
I don't know that there is anything I dislike. As the new versions come out I feel there are less and less issues.
Responsibility Codes on Accounts is huge for me right now. When bankers leave it is so easy to reassign accounts to another banker. I have used Foxtrot for many and varied maintenance changes within the bank.

Integration to our system it's very easy to let our development quickly

All process in insurance business
The software is very user-friendly and assists with problem solving, training and best practices.
It is very difficult to be and stay 'Totally Awesome'.
We are currently comparing our processes and timeframes from our legacy system with our new accounting system that we implemented back in April. This is helping us realise efficiencies and areas for improvement.
As a new (remote) employee, Promapp has saved my life! I can easily find answers to my questions without having to bother anyone at Corporate.
I honestly can't think of anything that I dislike about Promapp.
Promapp has proven to be a real time saver. I don't have to bother or search for people to answer my questions. I can easily find what I need when I need it.
I like the fact that this application allows for quick set up of automated forms and how easy it is to use for users. Navigation around the forms is excellent and the users are loving it.
What i dislike about it at this point is that it does not yet have a fully functional mobile version which shows all details on a form for approval. If this is rectified, it will be a flawless application
Currently we are concentrating on automating forms across the organization as a priority, after which we will move on to other business processes. So far, the benefits realised are a whole lot of paper work reduction and productive time for employees has been increased as they are not required to run around to get physical forms signed off
Complex process automation can to achieved using K2 tools. K2 workflow, Smart Form and Smart object allows integration with SharePoint, Dynamic CRM, Service Now, DocuSign and many other applications. K2 is moving in the right direction with K2 Five and cloud offerings. Also one of the biggest plus of K2 product is unparalleled K2 support team.
K2 Smart Forms could use some improvement in allowing to apply better themes, client side scripting. K2 Smart Forms team should give non technical K2 Smart Forms developer more option to allows branding of Smart forms.
HR Approval and Application access - automate new hire, current, termination, suspension, returning users access to many different application that requires multiple level of approval from many different departments. Automation this process with K2 has saves us enormous amount of time and headache.
K2 is a swiss army knife for business problems, we use it for pretty much everything.
Ramp up time for training a new developer.
We do a lot of system inter connectivity with K2, so custom brokers and SmartForms are the strongest features for us.
I like the fact that all the documents, contact people and FAQ's are all in one process. If you are unsure if you have done something correctly just have a look at Promapp.
At first it was hard to find the documents that I needed but once you understand how Promapp works, finding what you need is a breeze.
It helps with pricing for customers. Every employee can give the exact same quote nationwide as we are all in the same system looking at the same documents.
Since rolling out ProMapp to support changes to processes, and embedding new processes within projects, the uptake on change has increased - this tool makes it easier for the change-affected to comprehend the changes and to accept those changes. As a technical business analyst, it makes my job so much easier.
It's hard to dislike anything about ProMapp, although the latest changes have fixed a couple of the niggly things like having to specifically select 'quick save'.
It has helped the pace of change to increase - with a visual style, and a full descriptive layout, it's much easier to communicate how I envisage a new process being of benefit.
Very easy to use and makes good standard pictures with a common sense approach. Not burdened by BA rules
There isn't anything I have noticed so far in using it that I don't like
Developing maps to be used a requirements gathering exercise
I like the ease of use, great features that are applicable to our business It is functional and great for all aspects of the business.
Really don't have any dislikes of the system.
We are using Promapp to put all our business process in, so we have a centralised place for all our processes. Everyone can access it and it is very useful when staff are out of the office.
Easy use of drag and drop actions in the workflow designer. The possibility to create no-code SharePoint applications
the current licensing model is a pain. big companies dont like to pay per workflow...better is a complete Price and you can use it as often as you Need it
Nintex is perfect for every manual process that is not part of SAP.
Our organization has used Nintex Workflow for Sharepoint for many years. It allows us to use it for everything – from basic functions to highly customizable processes. The interface allows for quick development of entire workflows. The ability to schedule workflows is extremely useful. It allows to create processes to be repeated at scheduled times. Another leading feature is the delegation feature. This allows our users to delegate a task or a series of tests to another user during a single occurrence or a schedule absence. The user is in complete control of their delegations. The software is very stable and we rarely need support but in those few instances that we do, we always receive excellent support and guidance. There are a number of features that are extremely useful. Excellent product with excellent support staff!!!
I have been using the product for our organization for many years now, and I cannot think of anything that we do not like about this product. As you learn how to use the product well, everything can be accomplished well with it.
Our organization often has many often has many approval steps and this allows our users to efficiently track the status of their items and where they are in the approval process.
A lot of what I need to do works out of the box, but for those things that I need to find a work-around for there are plenty of suggestions and 'hacks' when I Google, so I'm not finding as many limitations as I thought there were when I first started using 'Online' vs 'OnPrem'.
The online version does not hook in with our org structure so I am limited just to direct line managers, I cannot use the online platform for escalating above line managers.
Mainly we are ridding the office of paper. All of our basic forms like business card requests and even travel requests have moved to Nintex forms which means we always have a copy of them and know exactly where they are, and we don't have paper going around the office. Even some of our more complex forms are filling gaps for our more sophisticated systems that are too expensive to change.
Nintex has solved the issues that our users in my organisation were facing while creating automated workflows involving javascript and jquery for UI changes in the emails. When we upgraded to nintext the whole process became so simple. With basically no code knowledge, my business users can create advanced complicated workflow in sharepoints.
There is a little difficulty in gettings logs in sharepoint online enviorments
created workflows to automate the complex process in manufacturing business and keeping a complete tab of the document management
easy to acheive the requirement, user friendly to configure
Mismatch in on-prem and o365 workflow actions
migrating nintex workflows from on-prem to o365 environment
easy to build workflows, user friendly interface
there is nothing really to dislike , it gets the work done
easy to use when compared to other platforms
Interface, form creation, mobile capability
No support for parsing multi select columns in sharepoint
Form automation
Best workflow platform to work for end user.
Everything looks good as of now for end user.
Document approval system in office.
There aren't many products that meet the expectations of their sales and marketing material. Nintex is one of those that the product works as well as one could hope. Intuitive web-based interface, easy to train others, and easy to learn. Updates and patching are super easy.
Very minor bugs found in workflow, but usually get fixed with the continual updates coming out.
Sales contract negotiation workflow. Over 50 steps.
I love the GUI of the workflows. They are simple and easy to follow. Additionally I love all the applets that come with it. Small things like being able to update items cross site easily is fantastic.
Same thing as what you like best. Sometimes I feel like they could develop out more applets that can provide even more capabilities to automate processes
mainly automating out sending notifications and tasks.
Flexibility in capabilities. Can be simple or powerful, and you can get creative with the solutions you come up with to fit the need. I like that the support forums are active should assistance be needed.
Better documentation is needed in regards to examples for common needs. Sometimes, a hack-like workaround is needed to get it to do what you need it to do.
Gained efficiency over manual entry. Freed up a lot of time for users to think about things that matter.
The features of nintex workflow are great and numerous. The visual design interface helps workflow creation to be easier. Another cool feature is the export/import workflow which prevents us from doing double work on many occassions thereby saving valuable man hours.
For nintex workflow, i will say the fact that workflows fail once there is a slight error in communication or when data cant be found. We spend alot of our time restarting workflows
We have automated over 70 workflows for our organization. We create workflows quickly.
The flexibility with the types of conditions and actions that you can implement in various types of apps including lists, libraries, calendars, etc.
The learning curve to create more complex workflows.
I have successfully been able to get most people out of using excel and email to track projects they are working on. I have been able to move excel sheets to lists with workflows attached and automate reports and approvals across the company.
How easy it is to create workflows. Workflow Designer allows non developers easy way to create workflows.
PDF conversion feature is limited. Should support other file formats. Would like to see conversion process use metadata of source document instead of having to add metadata after the conversion the process in another workflow action.
Turning manual processes into automated processes, which resulted in time savings.
