Its simplicity. It gives you confidence that you are more secure online. I have recieved fantastic customer service, particuarly from Arnas Žilinskas. It integrates very well. Intuitively picked up by the workforce once implemented and saves us time whilst keeping us secure as we use it every day.

It is the sort of software you want to be good to go 100% of the time. It may just be my set up (I haven't heard anyone else in the workforce compalin of problems) but on occassions after my laptop has been hibernating or similar, the software struggles to be ready in a timely manner. I may have to use task manager to kill it, before reopening again.

NordPass gives us a secure and accessible password vault that also provides additional functions that help with sharing and organising.

The ease of use of the platform is truly incredible, my team and I immediately got along great even without specific training on the product. In addition, I would like to point out that Nordpass also allows you to manage different features, such as generating temporary passwords, integrating with browsers, using shared folders to share passwords with your colleagues, etc. In short, a complete and leading tool. Last but not least, the support is always ready to give you a hand in case of need

Seamless secure collaboration of passwords within my team. Definitely making my life a little easier in the management of passwords and storing them centralised and secure.

To be frank, I have nothing that I dislike about the product with my experience thus far.

Very easy to integrate with EntraID for business integration. Easy to share passwords within the company. No end user documentation is really needed, its straightforward in its use. The available plugins make it so easy, I even use it on my mobile phone! The centralised view on who is using it and how good the passwords are, without compromising anything is so helpful!! We use it on a daily basis without any issue.

Some sharing features are not 100% yet, but we see a lot of progress happening there.

Migrating passwords shared by an account to a non-enduser bound location. If that user left, we would have lost those passwords. But NordPass has changed it with the use of Shared Folders which are not user bound.

We have full control of our data and access control. We can share and remove access to any user any time. Extremely easy user interface.

Needs to create a hybrid environment. It's always cloud and required always internet. I need some times access to passwords or documents offline.

Zero passwords on papers or books. All access in one place.

Sometimes the web browser popup can be a little annoying when I'm filling in forms.

There's nothing that I really dislike about it.

We needed a secure place to store our passwords.

We have a technical team that works with a significant number of platforms, many of which are accessed with a username, password and MFA. Since implementing NordPass Business, our work has become significantly easier, both because we can easily use complex passwords of 20+ characters and because we can share them just as easily when needed. We use Passkeys where the technology is available, which makes the authentication process even easier, not to mention more secure. I can say that NordPass has become an invaluable tool for us, being a real help and facilitator in streamlining and securing our daily operations.

I wouldn't say there are things I don't like about NordPass, but rather things I would improve. Occasionally, the browser extension (e.g. Chrome, Brave, Mozilla, Edge) becomes unresponsive and it takes a browser restart to be functional again. I've also had situations where the mobile app has disconnected me, out of the blue, and I've had to re-authenticate with my password and masterpassword.

NordPass Business has been decisive in solving our challenge of managing a multitude of credentials in our daily operations. The centralized management system allows us to manage these credentials efficiently.

Easy to use and set up for a staff member, with useful tools like the "Data Breach Scanner", always allows me to monitor my work emails for potential leaks and data risks. As an admin user the use of the "NordPass Admin Panel" allows easy snapshot visibility into our business of risked passwords, the addition of more staff members, and an extremely helpful activity log. The support for me has been second to none, via live chat or when getting set up and making changes for me, this was easy to fit into our existing workflow with different OS's/and mobile devices all being supported. I'd like personally to thank Domantas for the help he's provided to our business on our transition to this platform, it was a bit of a free-for-all with password management and this allows us to keep in control of what staff should and shouldn't have, and is used daily now without fail.

The only issue I had when onboarding with NordPass Business was due to the applications web extensions/OS apps, unfortunately, it didn't work with me having 2 accounts (Business and Personal) very well so I found myself constantly switching accounts and it got a bit confusing for me. However a new revamp of the browser extensions that were recently published and removed the need for the macOS/Windows app and it works brilliantly now.

NordPass Business solves our business concern of having passwords dotted everywhere and this brings it all into one unified and manageable space with a lot of useful extra features.

We use NordPass for our company. All employees have NordPass on their computers and work mobile phones. Thanks to the cloud function, the respective passwords are available on every device. We particularly like the option of sharing passwords with each other. This simplifies work, especially for management and accounting. Changes made by one person are also passed on to everyone else. Overall, we are really very satisfied with NordPass and would not want to do without this software in our company.

New licences must be ordered individually via Support. A simple button in the admin area with an immediate payment option would be better.

NordPass stores all our passwords and distributes them to all users as required.

NordPass was really easy to set up. Transferring passwords from my browser and personal password manager was a breeze! I have also really enjoyed working with the two customer support people I have worked with; they have been quick, responsive and very nice. I'm so glad to have a secure system and am looking forward to onboarding more of our staff.

I can't really think of any. The only thing that was confusing was just our timing in the beginning with the browser extension. We started right before they launched their new browser extention that didn't require the desktop app. It just meant I needed to explain how to handle that to our staff.

Passwords being kept on individual browsers or in a spreadsheet (!!!)

Being able to have access to all necessary resources without seeing plain text. There were a lot of useful features which we used on a frequent basis. It was easy to integrate. We had an easy line to contact support if need be.

It has increased our team's productivity, we no longer have to turn to each other for passwords of shared accounts, it has also exponentially increased our security. The features are all very intuitive, and the implementation pretty straight forward, it only it took a few hours to have it up and running.

Only big team size options, and not so much a criticism but it would be great to have a more streamlined interface (at least on OS I don't what it looks like on other systems).

We were looking for a password program that we could feel safe. Nordpass has never been hacked. Our previous password program was hacked and it made us feel insecure.

No dislikes, i've submitted issues or limitations with the system and they've been resolved within weeks.

NordPass is helping us with our password management

We in the company were migrating the US data center to the EU one. As per the received information, the process should be easy and it was at the end. During the process of the migration, you are not able to use NordPass but it took only a few hours, so it was acceptable. The support team informed me about every step and what I appreciate is that the support is not only replying but also adding article links with steps to proceed. Good job guys.

I don't like that all the time I close my laptop, even for 5 min during I go for a coffee, the Nordpass app disconnects and I have to connect again.

Sharing passwords within the company members.

We searched for the most optimal password manager for our 10+ people company. We have tried a couple of options and ended up selecting NordPass and since then, we used it daily. It's highly flexible, the plugins for Safari and Chrome work flawlessly, and we used to have problems with this from other suppliers. Items can be easily reshared between employees. A cool add-on is keeping TOTP codes within the password item, the same NordPass mobile app. They have also done great work with context switching between private/business.

Every item needs to be shared individually. The folder sharing is available only in NordPass Business Enterprise option.

It helped us share the credentials to the apps we develop easily between team members. It has increase the security by enforcing the usage of secure password towards the business 3rd party applications our team is using at work.

A rare quirk is that it doesn't automatically integrate in to every website, though this is an infrequent occurrence.

Sharing passwords is easy. You can grant specified users the ability to access the same resources as yourself. it is easy to download, install and integrate on users' equipment. i use it every day. thankfully i have had no issues where i needed to contact support or any other help

i like the sharing feature, but I wish there was a way to still hide the actually raw text password from people you share it with. for instance, i'd like to be able to share the password with a manager to access a resource, but them not be able to look at what the password actually is
