Limited rights function feels lacking (expected to be able to let users use login credentials and not change, but that is not the case); Plugin glitches at times and fails to save/update logins on browsers; Changes to plan are not automatic (it is not a matter of add to cart, pay, and upgrade happens- it is to email a team, they respond in a timely fashion, invoice, for us to action, then for us to fulfil- while sure, they give the upgrade right away, it's a more effective practice).

My favorite part about NordPass Business is the extension feature that allows you to auto-fill existing passwords and auto-generate new passwords. The generator tool is great because you can set parameters for the length/complexity of the password. The software will then auto-save the password into your vault.

Nothing! I love this product and cannot complain.

NordPass Business helped our company manage all of our passwords in a much safer/more convenient way. We can now share passwords across the firm via shared folders. This has ultimately made our firm much more productive and secure.

I really like the way you can easily share items with team members. Add 2fa codes and more notes and information to your passwords. We use the tool daily and all team mebers are really happy about it! Also loggin in and integrating with Google Workspace is great!

I dislike that some things (like adding 2fa) can only be done before moving the account to a team drive, otherwise (without clear reason) you are unable.

This password manager excels in security with a top-notch password generator and secure password sharing. It's incredibly user-friendly, even for those new to password managers. From an administrative viewpoint, the detailed reports it generates are highly valuable.

I'd appreciate the ability to save photos in secure notes, not just text. That would make this password manager even more and useful.

We adopted NordPass primarily to enhance password security. Many employees in our company were using the same weak passwords across multiple platforms due to the challenge of memorizing or they used to store them in excel files, write them on paper, etc. NordPass not only strengthened our password security but also streamlined the account creation process, making it a more user-friendly experience.

Additionally, the sharing feature simplifies password sharing within our team securely, without compromising security. NordPass Business is its user-friendly interface. Our team was able to get up and running quickly, with minimal effort required. This flexibility has been especially useful in today's remote work environment.

I have no issues and no complaints, but a suggestion would be adding a 12 hour option for the autolock.

Nice enough user experiance and layout. Its a must to use some kind of password keeper in this day and age. Nordpass seems to work fine for this. I've tried others, and this one seems to have solid security proticols.

Sometimes having to have 2 different passwords (master and the other one) is a bit confusing and not sure which password its asking for sometimes, so I try both until one works.

The desktop app and the mobile app are great, very user-friendly and I don't think either has crashed on us. The business admin dashboard is fantastic so I can see at a glance how much risk we as a business have with the passwords we have set up. One of my favourite features is the use of groups where passwords can be set up to be shared automatically with everyone in the group.

The browser plugins mainly!! I have had to uninstall and reinstall them a few times, including at the moment where my Chrome browser plugin keeps telling me I am offline (although it should be pointed out that the plugin still works despite giving that error message)

We are a small business and some of our supplier's portals do not support multiple user logins, so NordPass allows us to share these details in these instances. Plus with our enforced policies, I know everyone in the business is using very secure passwords, as our minimum length password is set to 20 characters

Easy to get new item to the list. Easy to transfer items. Password suggestions work. Also it does work great with private and business account. The swithch is easy.

Sometimes it offers to add the same item that you already have. It does not run inventory checkup or some cashing. I guess it's a security thing.

The biggest value that NordPass Business brings is the automatic password save feature.

There are no things I dislike about NordPass, at least not something that I could think of now.

Since I have many passwords, it is more easy to log into different accounts without typing it manually. Also, I like the feature where it shows if there were any breaches made on your account.

Groups are a feature we use very often to share passwords with a specific user group like client success manager, tech department, etc. For small teams, this password management tool is particularly effective. It facilitates smooth collaboration and password sharing among team members, enhancing productivity and security. Team members can easily access shared passwords, reducing the need for manual communication or insecure storage methods. The recent integration of the 2FA feature made the app an even better fit to our everyday needs.

While the tool generally performs admirably, some users have reported occasional problems with Chrome integration. The automatic password capture and autofill features within the Chrome browser may experience sporadic hiccups. Although this issue does not affect the overall functionality of the app, it can be an inconvenience for Chrome users.

Our core problem was sharing passwords securely among our team members, which is solved by NordPass perfectly. Additional features like password creation and administrating users is highly welcomed as well.

NordPass has simplified how we share and store passwords as a team. It's also provided us with an extra sense of security, knowing that we can use stronger passwords and monitor the "health" of those passwords across our team. The new feature that allows us to share two-factor authentication codes for shared accounts is also extremely useful as we have mandated two-factor authentication for all accounts wherever possible.

It can sometimes be glitchy when using the Google Chrome extension to autofill the fields. It doesn't always recognize that you have a password in the vault linked to that account, so you have to fill in the fields manually. Having two passwords, one for the Nord Account and the Master Password is also sometimes confusing for users.

Prior to NordPass we just had our passwords in a Google Doc shared with the team which is obviously not secure at all. NordPass is helping us to organize our passwords and keep them more secure while sharing them with different team members.

Using NordPass for business is intuitive, from onboarding a new employee to checking a user's last activity. The nordpass service is also expanding its feature set which always is a fantastic thing from a security managers point of view.

The only downside I have come across is that something using can be "clunky". When using the chrome extension and you select the nordpass logo to fill in a field sometimes it doesn't work on the first click and has to be selected again for the nordpass pop-up menu to appear.

Our Company is working towards an ISO certification which has regulations about how passwords should be used and saved per person. Nordpass allows us to have clarity and control that users are using and securing complex passwords correctly.

NordPass is shareable across devices and has plug-ins for all browsers.

There isn't much to dislike; it is a flexible product and does what it is designed to do.

Generation of secure passwords that aren't easily guessed is a new key area that I have had to deal with given the current data breaches are seemingly very common. NordPass helps to differentiate passwords and not reuse and is secure to retrieve and auto-fill.

The customer support and the ease of use have been the best things that stood out for me to continue to do business with Nordpass

Clean interface, easy to use. Multiple people can use the same account to store group passwords but if you need multiple user for individual passwords you need another account. The auto pop up on new websites is much better than last pass, its much more reliable and positions its icon better.

The logging in process is strange becuase sometimes it asks for two passwords. If you dont use it very often it can get annoying becuase eveytime you do use it you have to log in which defeats the point in the first place.

Password management for the small company where we only save shared passwords on one account that all employees use. If we didnt have this we wouldnt use a passwrod manager becuase its too expencive for what its worth to sign everyone up to a personal account

On top of traditional C0mpL1c@T3d passwords, it has the option to create unusual word-based passwords that are easier to say and type in non-pastablesituations like standalone equipment or tablets.

It competes with built in Password Manager for primacy, so it's important to use one of the other in a given browser.

So much time has been saved by autofilling saved passwords, our manager shared passwords to one account for a few team members and it makes it far safer this way.

NordPass Business efficiently solves the challenges of centralised password management, streamlined user onboarding/offboarding, uniform password policy enforcement, robust security monitoring and compliance, cross-platform compatibility, and heightened data privacy, enhancing our organisation's overall cybersecurity resilience and operational efficiency.

Users of multiple platforms easily onboarded, very easy to implement, we use it daily without issue.

Automated license billing for buisiness is a big shortcoming. I cannot purchase seats without interacting with a sales person, billing integration with nord vpn would also be wonderful. These are all 'behind the scenes' pains, but would really polish the offerring if fixed.

Sharing maps with passwords is not available for every paid plan. This should be a basic functionality.

I like how it stores all my passwords, CCs all in 1 place. I like how it recommends to change passwords and I can share password without people actually seeing the password.

Don't like that I have to login every single time to use it and don't like that it doesn't automatically autofill passwords and CC info.
