Lors de la première connexion au compte Nordpass, il faut taper 2 mots de passes : un mot de passe pour se connecter au compte et un autre mot de passe pour dévérouiller le coffre.

We use NordPass for our company. All employees have NordPass on their computers and work mobile phones. Thanks to the cloud function, the respective passwords are available on every device. We particularly like the option of sharing passwords with each other. This simplifies work, especially for management and accounting. Changes made by one person are also passed on to everyone else. Overall, we are really very satisfied with NordPass and would not want to do without this software in our company.
New licences must be ordered individually via Support. A simple button in the admin area with an immediate payment option would be better.
NordPass stores all our passwords and distributes them to all users as required.
NordPass is useful for password administration. Web plugin help to use the software !

No problem about software
NordPass was really easy to set up. Transferring passwords from my browser and personal password manager was a breeze! I have also really enjoyed working with the two customer support people I have worked with; they have been quick, responsive and very nice. I'm so glad to have a secure system and am looking forward to onboarding more of our staff.
I can't really think of any. The only thing that was confusing was just our timing in the beginning with the browser extension. We started right before they launched their new browser extention that didn't require the desktop app. It just meant I needed to explain how to handle that to our staff.
Passwords being kept on individual browsers or in a spreadsheet (!!!)
Being able to have access to all necessary resources without seeing plain text. There were a lot of useful features which we used on a frequent basis. It was easy to integrate. We had an easy line to contact support if need be.
All of NordPass' features worked extremely well. I have nothing i disliked
Being able to share and manage all of our resources without having to see the plain text passwords. It would also show when we have re-used passwords so we could combat that vulnerability

It has increased our team's productivity, we no longer have to turn to each other for passwords of shared accounts, it has also exponentially increased our security. The features are all very intuitive, and the implementation pretty straight forward, it only it took a few hours to have it up and running.
Only big team size options, and not so much a criticism but it would be great to have a more streamlined interface (at least on OS I don't what it looks like on other systems).

We were looking for a password program that we could feel safe. Nordpass has never been hacked. Our previous password program was hacked and it made us feel insecure.
