I like how I can have a centralized location for my team to share passwords with. It also makes controlling access to sensitive data easier as people move, you just simply click remove access and you shut off them off.

I don't like how the syncing doesn't appear to be automatic. I often have to figure out how to update passwords across my devices. It could just be user error, but I seemingly have difficulties across 3 devices.

Having 2 passwords for the Nord and Business account is a little confusing. Sometime the google extension doesn't work and I need to manually fill passwords.

It's easy to end up with two entries of the same email and password but under different names, eg. Company Name & URL. Users' fault, quickly done without thinking.

I like many aspects of Nord Pass, One thing that I like the most about them is the ease of use that the password management has. It is easy to access them and fix them.

I don't like the fact that sometimes, the system glitches and I get signed out but recently, I belive that this has been fixed which is good and has minimal problems.

NordPass is helping us solve security issues dealing with password leaks and other data leaks that might happen. This is shown in a very simplified way in a certain section.

I rarely ever say an app is absolutely amazing in every way but this app just simply is. The app and the Chrome extension work seamlessly together to allow an amazing password experience. The app automatically generates strong and secure passwords and stores it in a password protected vault on your computer.

I only have two things I dislike about Nordpass. 1. To get some of the other more useful features you need to pay and it adds up quickly depending on how many users you have. 2. With the app, in every username and password box at the end of the line there is a little NordPass icon, the icon is always there even if you have never used that website before. The icon gets in the way of typing especially if its a small box.

Nordpass allows us to keep all of our business passwords in one place accross multiple computers, it also lets us know if some of our passwords have been published on the Darkweb allowing us a less likely chance of getting hacked.

There is a lot of simplicity and intuitiveness in the user interface of this tool. This tool also allows us to keep important documents and create highly secure passwords, which we can not find in most other similar tools.

There is nothing wrong with the tool because this tool is secure and intuitive, but its usability can be enhanced also for better experiences. This tool is a little bit lagging and irritating sometimes. And once it is unlocked, we need to wait for 4-6 seconds before it can work.

I mostly use this tool to keep track of all of my passwords in a single place so I won't have to remember them. Especially when I am using many devices and platforms to access.

NordPass Business has been invaluable to our company's day-to-day functioning. It is a major improvement over our previous password manager and helps us share numerous passwords with multiple employees without compromising security. One of my favorite features is being able to separately configure the visibility settings for each recepient of a shared password. Before switching, our accout executive gave us an extensive demo and patiently answered all our questions, ensuring our peace of mind when switching. Our nearly 20 employees use NordPass countless times a day and I'd recommend it to any company that needs a secure method of password sharing.

Our implementation was somewhat difficult and time-consuming, because we had nearly 500 passwords that had to be shared individually and could not configure a shared folder. Customer service gave us misleading information that led to use having to spend hours setting it up. For the most part, NordPass is running smoothly but there are periods where employees' extensions stop working and need to be troubleshooted. There are also some sites where passwords do not autofill.

We were storing and sharing passwords in a plain unpassworded document. After adding more people to our team it became increasingly obvious that we needed something more robust. NordPass made it very simple and easy to add users, groups and assign passwords where they were needed. A couple of times I had to contact support and they were very helpful. Our team uses this daily and it is wonderful.

There are a lot of things to like but we did have a few bumps. Signing up requires a custom quote and there was a little back and forth required. With 2FA coming out as a requirement some companies don't have team accounts so several team members need to share a 2FA code. It would be nice to do sharing of 2FA codes, however, most password apps don't do this. Having to create "2 accounts" can be annoying, as an administrator, we use google accounts but a separate NordPass account is still required.

It solves managing and securing passwords, 2 factor codes, notes, credit cards and passkeys. No more simple passwords that are easy to hack! Generating secure passwords and never having to remember them is great. Managing the team, adding and removing is very simple.
