The simplicity of the admin and personal spaces plus the fact features are getting added
The speed that the account logs you put automatically
Staff turnover and lost passwords
The interface is really easy to use and the google plug in was fast and easy to install. The customer support was really quick to respond to any email requests. The admin dashboard is very comprehensive, but not overly complicated for keeping
Sometimes the google plug in doesn't load upon clicking it in the taskbar. Additionally, sometimes the desktop application has difficulty loading even after I am logged into the google plug in
I am not sure, but I imagine increasing security of their database in addition to added features for their users. I don't think I receive many updates from them.
easy to understand how it works in a short time. price for the features available seems better than competitors.
missing an overview of the existing groups in the desktop app
easy password sharing
Impressive Administrative Capability: NordPass Business empowers administrators with robust tools to ensure secure user behavior, manage departing employees' credentials, track compromised passwords, and enforce effective password policies, maintaining our security standards. User-Friendly Interface: NordPass Business offers a seamless and intuitive experience on both desktop and mobile. This accessibility boosts user adoption and adherence to security best practices. Sleek and Responsive Design: The platform's appealing interface enhances user experience, with quick and efficient navigation. Consistent Updates: NordPass Business consistently updates its desktop and mobile apps, prioritizing current security needs. Flexible Credential Sharing: A standout feature is NordPass Business's advanced credential sharing. Users can securely share credentials, assigning different access levels, adding flexibility to security management.
Desktop App-Plugin Interaction Challenges: While the desktop app and browser plugins now offer more reliable performance, past inconsistencies in their interactions created hurdles. Although largely resolved, this did inconvenience users. Occasional Desktop App Unresponsiveness: Some users have noted sporadic instances of the desktop app becoming unresponsive when launched from the web browser plugin. Though not persistent, such glitches can disrupt workflow. Web Plugin Targeting Concerns: The web plugin occasionally misidentifies input fields as auto-fill zones for usernames and passwords, causing confusion. Users opt to disable the plugin until needed, preventing memory overload on certain pages. Improved Desktop App Stability: The desktop app used to suffer from frequent crashes, frustrating employees. Although stability has improved, the history of crashes remains a concern. Folder Management Complexity: NordPass Business could enhance folder management, lacking the intuitive nesting found in rival platforms. Improved organization would boost user efficiency. Limited Credential Migration: Moving credentials from other managers may be restricted to URL-based data. This once posed a transition barrier, but the situation might have changed.
NordPass Business is great at handling password challenges. It keeps things secure with SOC 2 compliance and helps us adopt safer practices. It stops using personal password managers for work stuff, and lets us share credentials in a controlled way, which is good for teamwork and security. This all makes our passwords safer and makes password management easier while keeping our data safe.
Nordpass allows you to share the login credentials to an account with anyone. No need to write anything down or keep credentials stored somewhere that isn't protected.
If there were a work around for captcha or verifications services that would make this program leaps and bounds better. The biggest issue I have run into is accounts that piggyback off of each other can grow tedious and repetitive.
It allows us to have effective operational security by limiting the amount of sensitive information being stored in multiple unsecured locations.
Overall the UI is really simple and intuitive. Apart from saving passwords, we can also store important documents and generate highly secured passwords that I think are not available in other tools.
The tool is secure and intuitive but its usability could be improved further. I personally think NordPass is a little bit slower and sometimes it is really annoying. You have to wait for 4-6 seconds after unlocking it to be able to work.
I am using it mostly to store all my passwords centrally so that I don't have to remember them especially when I am accessing online websites or applications across different devices and platforms.
Having all our passwords in one place is very helpful. Tracking if they are found in any leaks is also very nice. Implementation is a little tedious, but that's because we came from a notebook and everything had to be manually entered. We have several of us that use this 30-50 times a day and keeping track of changes has been so much easier!
I don't like the version for Mac. More than a little buggy. Issues with it autofilling, have to unlock the Mac app to unlock the browser app after getting logged out, and it can be a little slow.
We no longer have to worry abotu updating passwords on an actual notepad. It's easy for everyone to learn and use.
Allows our team to share secured information and passwords... it does what it needs to do.
User experience falls behind other options.
We switched to NordPass after LastPass was hacked in late 2022. We needed a password manager that would allow our small team to be able to share critical infrastructure access and also to revoke that access when an employee is terminated. Nordpass does that. Also important to me was the ability to store and share Secure Notes for items that are not necessarily login credentials - things like product recovery keys.
Pouvoir donner ou retirer facilement des accès aux personnes qui en ont besoin
Le tri des mots de passe pourrait être plus optimisé
Accès sécurisé aux mots de passe aux personnes qui en ont besoin
Possibility to use biometric data for authorization and password sharing option
Notifications when the license will expire are not visible in the app itself
allows you to track employee password usage habits
Easy to auto add my passwords but the extension for the browser keeps failing and I've tried numerous times to clear my cache and reinstall.
Browser extension seems a bit buggy but fine otherwise.
It feels safer than having myp asswords saved in a word document.
Incredibly efficient way to store and access all sensitive information business-wide.
Some of our users experience being logged out regularly and the browser add-on failing to populate passwords.
Closing up gaps when staff members leave the company, allowing us to easily remove access to sensitive data. The ease of access to logins for all staff is great.
It is a cost friendly early entry product for small business
Upgrades and ranking as a secure solution for enterprise solutions
identify management for small businesses
Saving and sharing passwords, as well as the ability to generate passwords easily.
1. Sometimes it takes the platform and the extension a considerable amount of time to start working. 2. The autofill option doesn't always work well. 3. The password health feature is not good enough, as it shows all the passwords that were shared with a person and not only the ones they created. It also creates duplicates when trying to understand the overall password health of the organization.
It solves the problem of generating unique passwords, saving a lot of unique passwords without needing to remember them, and mostly it enables us to share passwords across teams.
Store personal passwords and also passwords within groups. Allows user to save password information including notes and offers an auto generated password suggestion. Customer support is generally quick to respond and very helpful. Implementation was quick and easy. Good tool to get passwords of a shard doc for safety and controls.
Not super user friendly. Takes some time understanding how to create shared groups. Not as intuitive as OnePassword. Billing is frustrating. They do not allow to simply add or remove users in real time. You are required to reach out to support and wait for them to modify the account and send a new invoice. That process can be greatly automated and improved
Password manager for individual employees and team passwords
Nordpass does allow storing different kind of credentials, such as Passwords, Passkeys, Secure Notes and Credit Cards. On top it provides features allowing to analyze Password Health, get notified about Breaches and a Password Generator.
Sharing features, a must have for Business Users are still under development, at this moment in BETA and functionality is therefore quite basic. Personal license does include features, which even the Enterprise version does not include, such as offline access.
Using Nordpass each of our users can store his/her passwords and share whatever is needed with other users, even outside the organization if requiered. Includes the possibility to check on Password Health!
it's regular password manager with basic features. Not always working well and filling date in fealds without asking, but in general it's working.
They injecting Javascript code while editing data fields online without noticing at all. It breaks data and give wourlnability to systems.
Generates strong unique paswords to different systems, just to enter them I need copy/paste to the aplications after that each time. No visibility of shared resources.
