Fairly easy to set up the Affiliate program.

Lack of multi currency payouts - ie that you can set a payout of $5 / £4 / €4.5 etc..

Main thing is to have an affiliate program independent of an affiliate network.

Primarily for our company, in order to have a good service to users, we have to have a good team, for which our company looks for the best software so that it has an optimal service, this software attributes a solid work in terms of tracking of our affiliates, performs the effective tracking of each user, also when we have problems with the software the support is fast, has good characteristics, with good functions, its appearance is good

We have noticed that to be more complete they should implement more functions, provide administrators with a detailed manual to understand this software, they should improve their interface to make it more pleasant to the software administrator.

Our appreciation is that it has contributed a lot to the well-being of our customers because through it, we have optimized our processes and streamlined processes more quickly and in a timely manner. The results are excellent.

We can not ignore that Post Affiliate pro has been very helpful as it is consolidating our database, tracking our members in an optimal and accurate way, having the information instantly saving us time in the execution. It is a very recognized software that is why we acquired it and it has been gratifying to know that it has improved our activities. we can track in an efficient and timely manner the information we request from our affiliates

we have seen and analyzed that it has deteriorated little by little since it does not add more functions and sometimes it is required to have it more complete, sometimes the platform gets slow to handle them but since it is normalized and we continue working. They should improve by entering more features that can be used for our processes.

The affiliate software was easy to configure and deploy. There are so many features.

If there's not an off the shelf integration, you may have a harder time deploying. I would like to see integrated payments as well.

We use this to run and manage payouts to our affiliate network. This makes thing really easy for us.

The wide array of options to customise the software are good, the support team are great with a responsive live chat team.

PAP advertises "full setup", but they merely do the very basics and you have to edit the rest yourself following their guides or hiring someone to do it for you. So you need to be tech savvy to customise, or be able to have someone else set it up. There are problems you encounter which will require you to send an email instead of using live chat which can take a lot longer to solve than pinging messages back and forth through the live chat. The live chat is just to help with quick-fix problems and they often lead you to the manuals.

I like the email options, being able to email affiliates to tell them they've been paid, to notify you when to pay them. You really can customise the software to meet your needs which is great, but this may be daunting to set up for some. I've found other software easier to use and setup but this is more comprehensive.

I am really happy for the customer support that always listens and helps with actual needs!

Some functions are missing and there could be more useful plugins and automatic reports.

There is a lot of functionality within the program.

It is not intuitive to use, it does not properly integrate with Squarespace so you cannot track coupons and it works out the commission on the pre-discount price which is a big issue. The help desk is always available yes but they are not always helpful. They don't all seem to really understand how the program works or what you are asking. It can be hard to get the help that you need. The help articles are not great either and leave much to be desired for merchants setting up a program from scratch who are new to the affiliate program space.

They have a reasonable price structure compared to others.

Terrible and slow tech support. Only answers one email (usually not actually of any value) in the middle of the night. Will literally take 3-4 weeks for a single integration. They will not even respond about a refund.

None. I had to cancel because the integration team took over a month and it still doesn’t work.

We subscribed because the platforms offered a lot of promising features—customised landing pages, emails to the affiliates, diffrent commission structures, user friendly reporting view for both the merchant and the affiliate.

The platform probably lives up to these promises, but we're not able to asses it a during 2 months subscription time we did not manage to integrate the tracking with our app. The SDK solution PAP provides is outdated and causes an overload of the existing in-app infrastructure which negatively affects the app's performance. After two months of unsuccessful attempts we were forced to cancel the subscription. MY email about a potential refund for at least one of these months remains unanswered.
