I can see that there is a lot of thought put into the user experience. I like that it's easy to use, intuitive, responsive and in general it has a pleasant UI. It also has most of the features I need.
There are a few things I would like to improve. For example, I want to be as transparent as possible with my team when sharing information about candidates but some things like emails and notes should be private by default. This has cost me a few surprises where team members could have access to somewhat confidential information.

The software is straightforward and can be adjusted to your preferred language. The same goes for the manuals and technical support.
From an IT point of view, the user section is called team members. Although a few roles are not necessary a team member like an admin. From the end-user experience, I totally understand the team member page.
With great success, we enabled SSO for our 365 tenant.

It is easy to follow up with a candidate (funnel, comment, and automatization). I also love how we can personalize the recruitment funnel based on the profile or the process that we want to implement.
Sometimes when you find a good candidate who doesn't fully match, It's hard to save him somewhere on recruitee. If you re-open a position, it isn't easy to find back the excellent profiles quickly.
Finding the correct employee for our company. Recruitment is usually a struggle and in our growing company we can't miss it and Recruitee really helped us collecting potential candidate and following with the best one easily and super fast.
Ease of use. Even those that are technologically phobic within my company have found it nice and simple.
I would prefer some more linking options with some of the job boards, choices on length of adverts etc.
Its solved a lot of time and effort in recruiting. Easy and quick notifications, my time is saved not having to manually send cv's to people to review.

I am performing technical interviews. The biggest benefits are: information about candidates is in one place and is presented very well, event management with google calendar integration - I am informed about candidates and events happening.
I like how helpful everyone from their customer service/support team is. They are friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. The system itself is quite intuitive anyway and does not require much assistance to use day-to-day. Using it to the fullest would take a while to set up (automizations for example) but it's a really great way of keeping track of everything within a team. The Indeed integration and all the customization options of the careers page are great too.
Mulptiple languages used to be available in the lower packages - later it was only possible in the higher-paying packages. There wasn't any warning of this as far as I am aware. I found that this happened from time to time: features which used to be openly accessible became a 'paying' feature or one needing upgrade relatively often. Now we have a more comprehensive package, I don't notice this as much but I always wonder what will change from one day to another. The reports are also sometimes slightly off - the system says it's due to deleted candidates but it isn't always the case. These are just small details as overall we're really happy.
We are able to coordinate many open posts with a small team in a way which ensures minimal information loss at each stage of communication and a streamlined hiring process. It's so important for us to be able to make decisions fast and act quickly on great profiles - Recruitee helps us do that by giving us a great overview of who is doing exactly what.
User interface: All the features are where you expect them to be Features: Got everything you would be looking for, especially for SMEs
It's still missing a feature to post the same job for different locations without using additional paid job slots. The feature is already on the product roadmap, we are looking forward to it!

Not much. If anything, probably SSO did not work for us as it was required complicated setup but not a big deal at all.

The main dislike is the fact that you have to select a certain city for a job placement. Most of our jobs are for the whole of Netherlands. Also there are some minor things that would make it even better and some small changes and extra features would make it even better. Great that we are able to do feature requests and Recruitee is willing to listen.
Our process is way more efficient because of Recruitee. Mainly because we are able to do some standard thing quicker and faster than we were able to before. Also the automatic actions in the funnels are really nice because it helpes us to make sure we do not forget any steps in the process. The mail sync is perfect and makes our work wat more transferable
Using Recruitee helps to save a lot of time spent on administrative tasks related to the recruitment process. It also makes it very easy to keep track of all your vacancies and candidates. Because Recruitee is easy to work with and works very intuitively, everyone within your company can work with it without spending a lot of time getting to know the system. We are also a big fan of the fact that you can create your own Career page. This is one of the reasons we chose for Recruitee. The support desk is easily accesible and responds fast to your questions.
If I have to name one disadvantage, it would be the pricing system. Now you can upgrade only with five job slots at a time. It would be great if you could also upgrade 1 or 2 job slots at a time. Besides that, the e-mail integration is not always optimally functioning for us. E-mails sent from the system tend to end up in the spam folder of recipients. It doesn't happen all the time but still regularly.
The most significant benefit is the time that you save by using Recruitee. Almost all administrative tasks related to the recruitment process are automated. Also, the GDPR tool makes it very easy to be compliant and build up your talent pool, meeting the requirements of the GDPR.

Started using Recruitee almost 3 years ago, working as an IT Recruiter and constantly hiring for Software Development roles, it has definitely make my life and work easier. I like how all the information is always there, a click away. Easy navigation and constantly adding new features to improve both our experience as candidate's experience. Recently they reviewed and updated some reporting functionalities which help us keep a better track of our work. Compared to other ATS I have use in the past Recruitee offers better understanding, tracking and information of a candidate's profile, allowing me and my team to always be on the same page and have all available information before making a decision about hiring. Another great feature about Recruitee it's their Customer Service, there's always someone available to help us out with any question or feedback we might have. Something else I like is the ability to automate some parts of the process, reducing time and allowing the team to focus in what really matters: our candidates. Overall, I think Recruitee is a great ATS for all kind of business will add value to your hiring process.
Even though there's have been some recent updated and enhancements to the reporting setting and functionalities, I think sometimes we still need more flexibility in defining filters and adding bits of information we would like to see. Another thing that needs to improve is the capability to define some parts of the process depending on our preferences, for example the application form or the workflow, again more flexibility and options are needed in this section so we can define tasks and process depending on some specific needs.

Easy to use and very visual tool. I like that we can easily engage with other stakeholders in the process.
The financial model has changed recently and I really dislike it. There is so little room for flexibility to activate certain modules (scorecards, templates) without making a huge jump in expenses.

The bests about Recruitee are the quality of service, nice staff, and the intuitive, nice service.
API documentation is a bit chaotic, API itself is a mess.
I solve problems related to meeting the requirements of the GDPR. Thanks to the API, I am able to efficiently manage data with the use of external tools.
