The user friendliness of the system, it gives a very good overview of the overall process of candidates/vacancies.
We are making use of a weekly order report (vacancies), I think it can be more customizable in terms of creating vacancy report.
We have a very clear overview of the status of the candidates and vacancies, also we have reports showing statistics of how we use Recruitee.
I like the how simple and easy it is to use the software as well as the updates to continuously improve the system.
Like any software that receives upgrades every so often, that does mean that bugs and glitches can appear. It can be a slight headache, but the team are very good at sorting them out and responding quickly.
Transparency of hiring and seeing candidates. Integrations across of the recruitment process and having the video assessment as part of the process has been a game changer for us.
It is very user friendly. You can tell that it is designed by people who know recruitment. What I really like is how you can manage your candidates. The flow from application to hiring is very smooth and it is really easy to manage big groups of candidates. Besides that you can collaborate really well with your colleagues and invite that to look at profiles, review them, evaluate after interviews etc.
I feel that setting up the dashboard and making sure that all data in there is correct can be pretty complex. For example when you have a vacancy where you want to hire multiple people, you really have to make sure that each time you use a new vacancy or else the dashboard doesn't count correctly.
Collaborating with other colleagues in the recruitment process. It is not safe to e-mail CV's to your colleagues and we used to work with loose evaluation forms. Now this is al centralized in one platform that is not only easy to use for a Recruiter, but also for people in the business.
1. Candidate dashboard, 2. Ease of use, drag/drop candidates between different stages 3. Very intuitive 4. Communication among the interview panel 5. Tracking history/changes
sometimes it throw permission issue, but worked other times
Collating candidates and communication in interview panel
* self explaining: jobs, settings, website * members: easy to manage * in profiles itself --> easy to schedule emails (new!) , templates, notes and easy to hide notes from certain stakeholders.
* my last ticket was about it: we have a lot of jobs that are open for different locations, there is no way to open a same job on multiple locations, that's why we need a lot of jobslots and it doesn"t make sense * the notifciation center isn't always efficient, as you get a personal note @ , you get 2 notifications , both a mention notifciation and a 'team note was added', for the same message.
Clear communication with stakeholders, kanban view is really straight forward.
I like that Recruitee is such an easy platform te use, for all parties involved. For a smaller company (160) its a great tool that does the trick.
I would like to have a little more options to custumize the jobsite to my liking.
A structured way of handling the recruitment proces, for all parties involved. (hiring managers, interviewers etc) Everyone knows what to do and is following up on their tasks.
The ATS is easy to use and you can change the funnel to your own preferens.
When the systems gets an update, we aren't informed really quick. We need to find out the updates by our selves.
The benefit of using Recruitee is that we have all the applicants in 1 system. The team-members are able to communicate with each other.
User interface and quick links, workflow management
the disability to add a client database, not able to use filed vacancies
To add and approach large amount of candidates
Very easy to use and self explanatory tool. The shared notes and email section is useful. The creation of tasks and approval rating as well as quick approval is nice for collaborating with other stakeholders (hiring manager, hr manager etc.)
Limited accounts and access to certain jobs. Sometimes the email function seems a little buggy or not showing the right emails or all emails seem to be gone. They do come back after a while though.
Managing applicants. You can track who applied via different channels (LinkedIn, Website etc.) and for that position.
It is easy to use and gives a clear overview of the candidates in the recruitment process. It is also a good tool, when working with clients that are not very experienced with ATS tools.
Nothing disliking about using Recruitee at the moment.
It facilitates in the recruitment process where candidates can easily be moved through the process and also it allows for a talent pool for future purposes.
It has really helped uus get away from 1,000s of unnecessary emails going back and forth and for HR and and Managers to work seamlessly in the recruitment process.
It could go a step further to help with the onboarding process around reference checking
We used to put up an ad. Apps would go to HR, HR send to managers, Hr then schedule interviews by emails with the managers, managers would send emails back to HR, on and on... Those days are gone
The searching tools that they have provided. It makes my job easier
That's sometimes their might be a few glitches but nothing that can be easily fixed.
I have a data base that can get any information from a particular candidate or a particular pool.
We set it up and started using in a single day, without needing to read any documentation. Pretty much every function is where you'd expect it to be. The moment you need it, it's at your fingertips. We're a small company, but it has served us very well and I see no need to search for anything else.
Sometimes when you send an email, you have to wait a bit before you close the candidate profile, otherwise you're getting a warning. The latency needs to be reduced there. Also, schedulers need to more clearly indicate the timezone to the candidates. We're a fully distributed company and it can get confusing for the people who select a timeslot.
Our entire hiring pipeline is on it. We use the Recruitee portal as our "jobs site", evaluate candidates and communicate with them, assign tasks to each other, set up interviews, send offers etc. It's only after someone has accepted an offer that we go to other tools. We haven't used the marketing functions it has, we prefer to do the ads ourselves, to the sites we have seen are more effective for our needs.
Recruitee help our organization to develop a link between operational services and headquarter.
To load document on the system does not allows sharing with our administrative team on the candidate profile, so we are obliged to send e-mail by Recruitee system.
The information run easier between the recrutement team and the managers team, the ATS flow the information, give the same knowledge level in the time. Ultimately, we save time for value actions.
Ease of use, rounded out package with all you need
Calendarintegration is a little brittle.
Recruiting and publishing job positions
I really like the simplicity of Recruitee: it does what it advertises. It's not bloated with unnecessary features. The experience is very intuitive.
I would like to set some custom reminders.
Monitoring our recruitment efforts. Recruitee really helps us to make our recruitment process quick and easy.
Recruitee is a simple applicant tracking system that is easy to use and requires not deep dive from the company’s technical support team to figure out.
It is simple and easy to use……….beyond this there is not an ability to customize much at all. The ability to customize reports or much of anything else is the biggest downside. If you need something deep and robust this may not be for you.
We were put in a situation that we had to make a change quickly with minimal resources. Recruitte was not on my radar but after doing a demo realized that this could fix most our issues quickly. We could get it up and running quick, our team could use it with minimal effort, the HR team loved the simplicity. It is simple and painless for candidates to apply
The ease of use and ability to collaborate with others. The job description help tools are great. Additionally the support team is always on it. Whenever have run into hiccups/snags or questions they are quick to help out.
That I haven't integrated it into our HRIS.
Job description help has been great. Also benefit from "sharing" positions with hiring managers so they can see their specific openings.
This is best way to manage the hiring process, hands down.
Just wish there were more export tools, which they are actually working on.
Managing high volumes of candidates.
The simplicity and flexibility of the product to accommodate most of our processes.
No so much dislike, but hope they offer some other page layouts for the "Careers page"
Able to have a professional HR SaaS solution without having to worry about managing it.
