Everything in one portal. Onboarding and signing the contract was a breeze. Chat bot works and if not somebody from a specific department will connect very quickly to help with any problem.
Some basic information such as payroll dates should be easy to find without having to chat with a person.

Making my work compliant with local regulations
The customer support. When transitionining within the same company to a new country, there were some unexpected bureaucratic requirements from the authorities (e.g., tax, immigration). The Remote team helped me navigate and adapt their onboarding process to my requirements.
The offboarding was incomplete. I was promised an answer to some technical issues related to my offboarding but was not contacted by the representative. The information arrived later.
It provided an opportunity to have payroll capabilities in a country where we did not have operations.
The customer service and the ease of access were the best things I liked about Remote. Anytime I had a query, it was very easy to raise it and they were very quick to get it resolved.
So far, I haven't discovered anything which I disliked
My employer was from Canada and I reside in India. Having different salary structre and tax structure than my Employer was very hard to implement. However, Remote made it quite easy for us to work.
