There is not much to dislike about remote. I have used the remote web application.
I had an issue with my final payslip not being found in the remote. I have raised a ticket, and even though it took a few days to resolve but the support team helped me fix it, and they have clarified all the financial aspects as well

The documents section has all my documents all at one place and sometimes i get confused which one is what as the full name of the document doesn't appear in the screen. So maybe you can make segments show the documents in order. Like these are regarding the onboarding, these are regarding some amendments in the contract, these are documents I have requested. Etc etc.

The customer service is really great, especiall the life cycle team is doing a great work, since they are very helpful and really friendly and take the time to answer all the open questions. I had a lot of questions regarding different locations, also very specific ones. The team gathered all the information and was very helpful and also provided a lot of helpful information for our employees as well.
The only negative topic is, that the customer service is only available via chat or email. However they are very fast in getting back to you, so it is not a big issue :)
