Remote is my EOR (I am employed via a UK company). Christopher D. specifically at Remote has been immensely helpful with resolving some of my very specific support questions and help tickets.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

Sometimes I feel it's redundant when I have a personal account but also a business account (admin account) on the employer side, so I'm logging back in and out.

Employing people outside of the UK (in the USA, particularly).

Navigating the dashboard is incredibly easy and simple. Whenever I have any inquiries, they respond within a couple of hours, and any issues are resolved promptly. I appreciate receiving my pay a bit earlier than expected, which is a great perk! I want to give a special shout-out to Danae for being amazing support, always available whenever I need assistance!

It would be great if I could view any overtime added by my employer on the dashboard.

The support service is excellent. Few clicks, you can raise a ticket for the issues.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

There is not much to dislike about remote. I have used the remote web application.

I had an issue with my final payslip not being found in the remote. I have raised a ticket, and even though it took a few days to resolve but the support team helped me fix it, and they have clarified all the financial aspects as well

Whenever I have questions, Remote get back to me so quickly, and I know they will have a human, caring response. They have supported me as a People team member with candidates we are hiring, but also as a candidate myself, and always go above and beyond in their support.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

I can't think of anything! I guess the only thing to improve on is to keep on adding more locations that you can help us employ in!

When it comes to hiring, Remote enable us to hire the best fit- not just someone who is in a 'convenient' location. As a remote first company, they understand that different countries will have different nuances, and this really helps us to grow the company in the best way, with the best people.

Instant support, any queries handled promptly with best solutions. Very professional staff. Robust system. Very easy to use portals. Access to all necessary documents or information in fingertips. Secured.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

The documents section has all my documents all at one place and sometimes i get confused which one is what as the full name of the document doesn't appear in the screen. So maybe you can make segments show the documents in order. Like these are regarding the onboarding, these are regarding some amendments in the contract, these are documents I have requested. Etc etc.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

My employer doesn't have a office setup in my country. Thus remote helps them to get us hired and work for my employer handling all payroll related things for me in my country.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

The customer service is really great, especiall the life cycle team is doing a great work, since they are very helpful and really friendly and take the time to answer all the open questions. I had a lot of questions regarding different locations, also very specific ones. The team gathered all the information and was very helpful and also provided a lot of helpful information for our employees as well.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

The only negative topic is, that the customer service is only available via chat or email. However they are very fast in getting back to you, so it is not a big issue :)

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

we can hire employees who are not living in Austria
