What do you like best about Remote.com?

I'm a frequent user of Remote support since I've joined the team 2months ago, the FAQs was very helpful but for the benefit of the doubt, I always used the support system. They provide me an straight answer and was able to give an accurate responses on all the queries that I raised.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

I haven't seen any down fall as of the moment, I received the excellent service that Remote can offer to all the employees connected to them. The accuracy and attentiveness of each support is very professional.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remote help the remote employee to use the law we have in our country, we can no longer use the labor law of where our company is located and with that all the benefits we have on our country is also included. And that's pretty amazing.

I like the idea of how remote has come through and helping all overseas employee to help the journey through out providing them a platform where they can see all of the information related to payslips and further more activities. what i like most about it is that the remote also provide 24hrs chat system, where you can raise your query and with in 5 minutes they will help you in the problem

What do you like best about Remote.com?

I've been working with Remote for 1.5 years now and I can honestly say the experience has been great. The platform is easy to use, and intuitive. Everything is clear and easy to find, so I hardly ever need to contact their support team since answers can be promptly found in the platform. Yet, when I needed help with more personal and ad-hoc situations, the team responded extremely fast with clear answers and proactive solutions. Highly recommend.

I have no downsides to report. My experience has been good.

I joined the team through a remote hiring process, and I'm pleased to share a positive experience regarding my health insurance coverage. Recently, the company efficiently helped me clear out questions about adding an additional family member to my health insurance plan. Despite the fact that my request didn't require immediate attention, the team handled the matter promptly and with the utmost care. I appreciate the proactive approach and the importance they place on ensuring the comprehensive health coverage of their team members and their families.

I love that I can submit all of my expense claims, time off requests and find my payslips all in one place, in a couple of taps. The customer service is also A1.

I wish some information was made more easily findable.

Information is clear and support is always available and effective. Their platform is also very intuitive and filled with relevant information.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

Sometimes a thing or two about the benefits wasn't totally clear, so I'd have to reach out to a support agent.

I was able to be hired as a formal employee in my country (with all benefits) and still work for a foreign company.
