Remote.com has an extremely simple onboarding process. Everything is very streamlined and all required documents and processes were readily and clearly documented on the sidebar while filling out the form. The customer support is one of the best I have ever come across. They went above and beyond to find the local laws and other information to answer all my questions. Everything was handled in a very friendly and helpful manner. They always answered all my questions quickly and the back and forth was very well researched from Remote's part. I use remote all the time as an EOR platform and it is very seamless and I have peace of mind knowing that all my local laws and payment processes are handled without any hassle. It also offers many incentives that are available in my county or residence.
Some of the features and information is not well documented. Thankfully there is good customer support so asking about it gets me the answer, but if the documentation was more clear then I would not have questions to begin with. Remote also offers many features to different users (Employers, Employees, Contractors etc) and it is difficult to find all my options available as there is just so much provided.
Remote enables me to work for foreign companies and get paid without hassle and provides all incentives that I am entitled to.

The ease with which the entire onboarding was handled was very good. In addition, every time I have any doubts or questions regarding any administrative processes, the Remote staff is extremely helpful and patient.
Nothing as of now. I started the job very recently, so have not yet come across any issues with the team. Everyone has been very helpful so far.
I am waiting for my work permit to arrive in Belgium. In the meantime, my company hired Remote to handle the payroll and other legal procedures in my home country (India) so that I could immediately start working even before my visa arrived. This has been the greatest asset for both me and my company, and Remote has been immensely helpful throughout.
From set up to payment to time off and everything in between Remote helps us manage our international employees and contractors with ease. I find the system very easy to use and when I have questions, the support team is there. I love to use the chat feature and if something is more complex, my account manager Victoria is a fantastic resource who's always there to help me (and does so quite quickly!!)
I really don't have any negative feedback about Remote.
It's our EOR meaning we can employ people in countries outside of the US without all the hassle of setting up entities, etc. It gives us the opportunity to broaden our footprint and hire candidates with more diverse backgrounds to drive our business forward. Whether it's a full time employee or a contractor internationally, Remote is the way to go! They also have a super helpful and fast responding support team for all of our inquires.
Remote's onboarding process has been quick and efficient. I have done contract work in the past and I find that remote is just cleaner and easier to manage.
The dashboard could be a little more specific to the user that is logged in. For example Upcoming Holidays is just for national holidays and did not include regional holidays. That said, the chat function was quick and see to let me see how that information can be found.
My actual employer treats me as a full employee and payroll is managed by Remote. This makes my job functions clearer and easier to manage.
