I'm a frequent user of Remote support since I've joined the team 2months ago, the FAQs was very helpful but for the benefit of the doubt, I always used the support system. They provide me an straight answer and was able to give an accurate responses on all the queries that I raised.

Remote help the remote employee to use the law we have in our country, we can no longer use the labor law of where our company is located and with that all the benefits we have on our country is also included. And that's pretty amazing.

I like the idea of how remote has come through and helping all overseas employee to help the journey through out providing them a platform where they can see all of the information related to payslips and further more activities. what i like most about it is that the remote also provide 24hrs chat system, where you can raise your query and with in 5 minutes they will help you in the problem
