Easy to use, account goes with your personal email address so you don't have to re-enter info all the time. Modern-looking. I've never needed support because everything just works. It does everything I need an HR system to do.

That cannot be personalized with colors and company logos but that it also doesn't have dashboards.

Rippling is extremely easy to use. As an employee there is little to 0 training required to navigate through this software for open enrollment, putting in PTO and easily reviewing / editing pay information. Rippling also notifies be every time I am paid or anytime I am required to make any action on my end.
There is nothing that I dislike about using Rippling.
Rippling allows me to easily manage my benefits, pay and tax filing documents.
I like the interface. It makes everything easy to view.

We've moved our entire HRIS to Rippling and it was an easy transition. We are using Rippling for Recruiting, Payroll, Onboarding, Performance Management, Mentoring and Global HR/Payroll. It's SO much easier than our last HRIS. Glad we switched! The ease of the implmentations and customer support we have received during the switch was so very helpful.

I feel like rippling could load a little faster but thats it.
It is giving the exact time I clock out and how many hours I had already worked. Leaves the guess work out of the question.
