It's pretty fun to use and very simple. The results are consistent and usable. It's best for quick little surveys, nothing too in-depth. They provide great support with a live rep, 24/7.

There is nothing that I dislike. This was so easy and fun. I really enjoyed using it.

No one ever has any questions with it. That is how easy it is to use. I also particularly like the question bank feature which saves time and offers a great selection of pre-made questions. It is also very compatible on mobile devices.

The free version is not as expansive. Also I've had some users complain that once they submitted their survey, they are unable to edit and change answers.

Surveying employees anonymously.

I think survey monkey was very easy to use which I appreciate since Im not great with technology, also, survey monkey allow us to make inquiries and thoughtful questions in a easy manner.

Survey monkey is a little expensive in the plans they offer which was a downside. I wish they did special offers!

Very easy to use! They offer a template for basically everything. I used survey monkey to make a a survey we sent out around the office and let me tell yeah, it was so simple!

I like SurveyMonkey because it is easy to use and a free service. I also like that you do not need a special application or any an account to use the SurveyMonkey's polling features. In terms of the polls, I like that you have the option to create a pool for dates or for activities. There is a lot of flexibility and for that reason, the software has been a go-to for my groups for years.

I do have a few things that I dislike about SurveyMonkey. One of the big issues when how you have to select dates to add to a poll. If there are multiple dates or months involved, it is a very tedious process since you have to select each date individually if there is no pattern (such as Monday, Wednesday, Friday, etc). Also, I dislike that there is no feature to send reminders to fill out the poll built into the system.

With SurveyMonkey, I have been able to schedule many dinners, meetings, and parties easily. In addition, I have been able to participate in idea sharing and product finalization. For example, we most recently used SurveyMonkey to decide on the new logo for our department and in order to decide on our new sweatshirts.

I like the metrics that you are able to pull out of the surveys. I like that you can customize the surveys to fit your specific needs.

I do not really having any negatives to write about this product.

I have used the product for years and always have consistent accurate results when using it as a user and participant. I do like the ease of use and the variety of ways to conduct surveys.

I do not like the name "Survey Monkey" I believe that in todays society it can be perceived negatively. Also, since it has been around for a few years now, I would expect survey monkey to be a little more integrated with the times.

Problems have been with getting people to complete the survey in a timely manner. I do like that the data is statistical and factual.

When I have started using this feature, I did notice that it was really easy and simple to use; it did allow me to create my own questions and/or surveys the exact way I wanted them. I could add more questions, options, directions, I also could format the questionnaire as I wanted it. It also provides me some recommendations to use when creating any questionnaire, this makes my work easier at the moment I am getting creating and want to do something different. It is really user-friendly, and even when is your first day using it, you can use it like a professional.

widely used platform available for many different types of surveys covering any subject. I have used it myself and never had an issue, streamline, easy and secure. Availability in many different languages.

If there was a downside, it would be the ability to skip questions. A survey is most accurate if questions are answered completely.

I use it most as a communication tool. I am able to gather opinions, suggestions and concerns without bias or fear. Using SurveyMonkey has allowed insight on what employees think of management and work environment. I have been able to improve manager/employee relations and address other employee concerns as a result.

I would wish that SurveyMonkey has more features for brands to customize the look of a survey and make it more unique.

Survey Monkey is the standard for distributing surveys. It's easy to create and take surveys.

It has way more customs than google and is a great service

It's super user friendly. I like that I can even file my surveys by topic/category. Most of all I like that I can export data as well as charts of survey results very easily. There is even a conditional response control to the surveys which makes it easier on the person taking the survey to by pass unnecessary questions.

I wish it integrated with Infusionsoft. This would make it easy to store results with customer contact records. With this feature, we could segment our audiences and send them follow up based on results of their surveys. It would be great if it would integrate with custom fields as well as save the file of their results to their contact records for reference.

Survey Monkey does not allow you to take the same survey more than once on the same computer, so if multiple people need to take the survey, they must each have their own device.

Survey Monkey allows me to determine the general opinions of a large group of students so I can organize events that best serve them. It makes data collection and analysis a breeze!

It really helps you get feedback from real users/customers without them feeling like they will receive backlash (since it’s annon).

Survey monkey has definitely helped me I run a shoe line and I use it to speak with my Instagram base and see what my followers like or don't like or my real estate business it can be used for a lot of things

You can set it the way you want. Customization of questions are finominal. Checkboxes, Radios, Text boxes, Sliders every damn thing is there which makes it quite ueful. We can have annonymous reviews as well which makes it more privacy centric and secure.

There is nothing as such which needs to be changed. But yes I want to review my anonymous surveys or questionairs. I only dislike the User interface it does not catch my eyes. Maybe that is the reason our employees are not more into it. So can you provide something that UX and UI attracts employees.

I just created my first survey with surveyMonkey and it's very easy to use. I sent it to friends I work with and they enjoyed using it to. I like how it's a very easy system to navigate to make surveys.

I dont like how it makes you log in all the time. It would be a little better if there was a way to save the username and password in the system. Perhaps there is and I just havent figured it out yet.

I have realized that it's a lot easier to create fun and professional surveys using this system than any other I have used in the past.

Survey monkey provides a very easy tool for our school to use. It allows us to take surveys anonymously or with names if we so choose.

I’m not 100 percent sure that it’s anonymous all the time. Sometimes it glitches but not very often had this happened.

Allowing employees to feel that they have a voice without being nervous they’ll get in trouble for speaking their mind.

My company frequently asked us to take surveys using survey monkey to review marketing changes, gift with purchases for Customers, and even new clothing ideas. It’s very user friendly and never takes more than a few minutes. I even used it in college for certain assignments.

It allows you to take the survey multiple times and sometimes I can’t remember if I took it or not. I wish you had to put in a password or something to ensure you don’t take the survey more than once.

I am avoiding wasting mounds of paper. By using SurveyMonkey I can easily share a link to various people to get the results I need without printing a bunch of paper.
