After using this, I truly understand what collaboration is with other people, and I am very happy to save time and enjoy leisure time. I'm also very happy to help you get out of the hell of the alarm. This is very innovative and can improve individual work skills without limitation. From personal computers to mobile devices, it was very impressive. With just a few features, it's the best working system.
1. Please let me use the mail from another company. It is urgent to cooperate with Microsoft, Korean companies, and other e-mails. If this problem is solved, I think there will be a big response. Developers should focus on this. 2. For ease of use of the app, adding descriptive descriptions for beginners will greatly improve your accessibility. This is a must for experience on the web to continue on mobile. 3. Sometimes it's hard to tell if it's a server problem, but the connection is slow or disconnected. Please make an effort to use it smoothly.
Work-sharing with colleagues, quick work-handling fun, And time-saving pleasure in leisure. All this seems to be working together to create a Swit This is very innovative and I hope to share it with all companies. The company will save time and the employee's satisfaction will increase further.
Basically, timeline management per projects is great. Everyone can see who's doing what in which timing, also good at singling out my own assignments or that I'm involved in at the same time. Additionally my favourite part is 1:1 chat, so simple and easy to communicate.
It would be better if there's a function that I can choose specific time per tasks, because sometimes particular projects require deadline more specifically, not just date, especially in design sector. In addition, I am waiting for more various and cute emojis to be updated. There's so many limits on expressing my feelings with only those basic emojis!
I used to use some other similar tools as Swit, but recently found out that I don't need to wander around anymore. My entire company will be settling in Swit. Probably there's no plan to change platforms unless any other problem is found afterward. So please please add more emojis please Swit :)
It's good to share work with teams and to share progress quickly with simple usage. It is very helpful for work because anyone can present their ideas and receive good ideas through sharing ideas.
There was a problem that the application could not run when updated, but the tools provided by the application are still so satisfied that they cannot find any drawbacks.
When teams collaborated on a project, it was difficult to meet the schedule because the work they were doing was not shared, but the work efficiency was improved by sharing the work on the swit.
Integrated with issue tracking, project management, chat, file sharing, and other plug-ins for diverse services
A bit rare but it's laggy, non-responsive, then ends with crash.
I think that swit can be used as a single solution for startup or tiny task force team in large corp. It contains a seemless integration for key tools then team can quickly jump in then go with confidence under this tool, not mixed with others.
The ui/ux is one of the best out of all other platforms out there. Swit does an amazing job to keep everything on one single platform with the need of multiple integrations. We use Swit for everything including instant messaging to project management and emails. We were able to eliminate using other platforms and consolidate into one.
It is still early and there are quality of life features that need to be added in. For example, file attachments from cloud drives. I believe they are constantly working on new updates and it is exciting to see every time a new feature is implemented.
Multiple workspaces. As a small team and agency with many projects and different clients. Having multiple workspace options gives us the ability to manage projects with ease. We are solving many internal workflow issues, project management, and communication all through using Swit. It has been a tremendous help for us.
Swit is very easy to use. I tried to introduce many different apps to my colleagues before, but it was difficult for them to adapt. However, Swit has an interface that is simple enough to adapt to even those with little computer skills, so every employee started using it skillfully before a week or so.
There is no Gantt chart for the entire workload.
Collaboration has become easier, which has increased overall organizational efficiency.
We were using Slack for work until someone suggested that we take a look at Swit. It started with a small team testing Swit for about a month. I think in a week we knew that the move from slack was inevitable and in less than 3 weeks we moved the entire office to swit. The ability to share chats/ appoint collaborators and integrations all the while still looking a clean app. The access Google services -Gmail, GDrive without leaving Swit makes it easy to not open another browser for these.
I would like a personal workspace built in.
It has helped the team task management in sync!
Swit allows my team to organize collaborative operation in very transparent and efficient way. It was always my pain point that there exists plenty of managing tools arguing they could help us to communicate with each other and make things better but not really enough. We often lost in vast amount of messy data scattered in every channel we used to work with. And suddenly all this things disappeared when right after I met Swit.
Occasionally, a small error occurs when you call up a task, but except for that, it is perfect! The integration with Google Calendar, which I've been thinking about, is very good and I'm looking forward to supporting more applications in the future.
Collaborative tools are becoming increasingly popular, and as a result, there are many software products in the marketplace. Some of them are quite useful, but in the end, I had to use them all separately to work. I met Swit when I thought it would be nice if I could do all of this at once somewhere. There is no longer a need to go back and forth between various tools and work carelessly.
One of the aspects that I liked about Swit is how it provides a tutorial that explains the features that are available, how to use them, and what value they provide. This made the onboarding process easy(even if Swit’s UI is intuitive and easy to navigate). The drag and drop feature was very effective as well because it allowed my team members and I to share files, allocate tasks, and keep everyone coordinated towards the common goal. In addition, Swit is a great tool to intuitively visualize project progression and task progression of all my team members. The project box allows me to know what task I am exactly working on, which part it is in the entire project, and also the team members who are working on tasks closely related to mine.
Honestly, I was not able to find feature that I dislike(maybe its because I haven’t used it long enough yet!). However, if I had to choose one, its the fact that Swit is amazing for collaboration, but it would be great if it has a personal workspace.
I think the greatest advantage of using Swit is that it increases the collaboration between team members, hence increasing team productivity. Swit provides chat, but it feels like if the UI of Swit is upgraded more throughout time, users won’t even need chat because everything will become intuitive.
I was first shocked by its philosophy of integrating the chat and project management because everyone in the IT industry, especially those who work with cross-functional teams often, will agree that how much we suffer from "too many tools" and "too many notifications". Switching back and forth between project management tool, chat and it actually gives more burden to manage those. Swit solves this with a simple and clear vision. Our entire team has become able to work so efficiently now: - Marketing team and design team freely discuss agenda on chat - And we immediately convert the discussion into actionable items (tasks) without losing any important decision/conclusion.
With more 3rd party integrations, I think Swit will be more powerful.
Our entire team use Swit as our collaboration hub and wasted time from alt-tabbing and context change has dramatically reduced. The visibility of the whole tasks and projects has incredibly enhanced.
