I have been using swit for about two months and I have pretty positive experiences with using swit. Swit helps keep my work really organized. For instance, I like the to do items and the checklist. I also love the formatting. The channels makes it a lot easier for us to keep our work organized. I also love the option to change tasks from to do, doing, to done. The calendar option is also great since it is color coded and helps us with deadlines. The deadline feature is great for keeping our work paced well. The user status of whether someone is online or not is great as well since it helps me know whether someone is viewing the project at the moment.
Sometimes Swit does not notify me when someone mentions me in a comment. I also don't like that I have to specifically click the comment buttonto view comments on a task on the Swit app. I frequently view the comments on a task so it would be helpful to be able to scroll down and view the comments and not have to click on the comment button. The notification on the Swit app could improve since I use my phone quiet often.
Swit is great for keeping my work organized. It is really beneficial to have to task status since it lets everyone know whether I have viewed the project yet or not. This helps everyone on the team know we are on the same page. The collaborator option is extremely useful since everyone on the team has the opportunity to contribute to editing the task/project.
I can manage two and more seperate my work programs in one swit platform makes my job extremely easy and also able to creat zoom meeting inside Swit platform is my favorite feature.
It's hard to migrate from other platform and learn swit features. Wish we had one click feature to switch to swit.
I should communicate with my colleagues using several platforms. It's really time consuming and takes lots of copy and paste but thru swit I can work most of my work thru swit.
Chat, email and tasks all in the same place.
We have found that notifications are not always on point.
Having both remote employees as well as vendors in other cities, Swit communication helps us stay on top of every project.
I love how effortlessly team can go back and forth between tasks and chats, increasing the overall productivity! I love the Mail Box integration on Swit. Mail Box allows me to create a task instantly while reading important feedback that I get from our customers, so the team can not only get an update for the task but easily find context about it through a link to the email. I do not need to rewrite it to create a task anymore. As we use G suite heavily for work, the new integration with G suite was a killer feature for our team. And we expect more like this type of integration coming along, which will be a reason for us to stick with Swit.
not a big deal but wish I can add images directly into the task, not in an attachment. And it would be great if Swit can add more third party app integrations that are available on Slack, which is one of the reasons why some of our engineers still use Slack for notifications.
Simply having a place where teams can work without going back and forth between different apps while working together for a project. while communicating, we use lots of links pointing to other apps/services but seamlessly pointing to a task that contains all the necessary details is the key to improving our team productivity!
It's effortless to use, very intuitive. User-friendly UI. Quick update App. Windows and Mac are both convenient. It is also very suitable for image files and extensive file sharing. It is also very compatible with iPhones and iPads. By communicating in real time, you can do things quickly and collect opinions from various people. Anyone can easily learn how to use the new application, and most of them use it easily. It has great advantages in freely sharing opinions and solving issues.
Sometimes it's slow, but fast app updates fix it. It would be great if the user added the function to customize the menu. As a Korean user, it would be better if it became Korean. It would be good if there were more file types supported for card preview image.
Quick problem solving through real-time communication. I'm communicating with my team members quickly and solving problems. I can easily check the history at a glance, and the search is very convenient. It's good to have these functions. Manage customer history, share issues, and understand real-time progress.
Team communication tool with powerful project managing features like Gantt chart and Kanban board. I am satisfied with a familiar and intuitive user interface. Especially when having used Slack, I easily felt the necessity of the project managing feature. Swit fulfilled our needs for it.
Not much. But if the outcoming webhook were supported soon, it would be the best one. Since we've used the customized Slack bot so far, we're looking forward to having all features on Swit.
We've used one messaging tool and the other project managing tool. But now we've got two features merged with Swit SW. Its project managing features are much satisfying.
What I like the most is that it is convenient and intuitive to communicate work-related by linking projects and channels. Since channels are divided for each project, misunderstandings rarely occur in the communication process. It is also easy to search for work-related records in the future.
It is difficult to manage schedule and man-power, if there are several projects I should manage. I cannot see the status of multiple projects at a page.
It is now possible to designate a clear person in charge and give work orders. The progress of each person in charge can be checked in real time, and related communication can be easily performed. The history of each task is very helpful in finding the cause of the problem and a solution when a problem occurs in the future.
I like most of the environment such as functional design, convenience, accessibility, and so on. Accessibility is good because it can be accessed in all environments such as the web, application, and mobile.
It is not good that it is difficult to find each menu. Although there is no problem in the pc web environment, it can be said that it is not good to see where the alarm occurred even if the alarm is triggered.
I don't know because I haven't used it a lot yet. However, it has a very high-performance messenger function, which helps to share important files during work. We find that it performs well in both pc web environments and pc applications. However, due to the limitations of the platform, it is not easy to share files on the app when using the iPhone.
It has both chatting and Todo function. It's easy to use together. I can convert chatting to task and it's very easy. I don't need to use another solution for To do Task. I have used a lot of solution for Todo. But almost all todo solution can't use chatting function.
I think it's a best solution for collaborate. We can communicate and organize the task. There is no things to dislike.
Before using swit, we have to use several programs to communicate. After using swit, we can use only swit and it's enough. It's not easy to change the windows between ERP system and chatting window. The best function in Swit is that I can use two chatting window in one Swit application.
It's nice to be able to manage it by project unit. It's nice to be able to see all of your history.

There is no internal approval system essential as a function of groupware
