It should be changed to make it easier to write goals or tasks.
Swit is a good collaboration tool. The tool is very intuitive to learn how to use.
Most of the functions are easy to understand.
It is by no means easy to carry out a project which has lots of participants. Swit makes it easy to see what is going with the project.
It makes the team see where we are and who is in charge of etc. Visibilities and synchros are the best one when I use this tool. Also the Swit team is very supportive to develop and improve its tool upon the requests.

We are implementing the integration tasks in which two entities get to one. Timeline is very complicated and many divisions should work together. In that perspective, Swit is really good to co-work.

Cross-team Collaboration
There are many functions that help the teamwork process such as a team calendar. Good to use on mobile.
If we can write more detailed information for every option, that would be great.
We have many schedules to handle, and Swit is good for it.
I LOVE that you can assign tasks to specific individuals so you know who to go to for what and that you can attach all the different platforms (salesforce, google drive, etc!)
Nothing, SWIT is perfect. There really isn't anything I would change.
Accountability, time management, communication - everything is all in one place, easy to find, easy to use structure.
Streamlines the collaberation process amongst our semi remote team. Is intuitive, simple to onboard the team. Beautiful interface, i also didnt find it clunky. Easier to use than most other collaborative softwares.
My only complaint is regarding the avaliable integrations. I wish there were more, but i know thats as much the other companies as it is swit. All in all we do enjoy it.

I have been using swit for about two months and I have pretty positive experiences with using swit. Swit helps keep my work really organized. For instance, I like the to do items and the checklist. I also love the formatting. The channels makes it a lot easier for us to keep our work organized. I also love the option to change tasks from to do, doing, to done. The calendar option is also great since it is color coded and helps us with deadlines. The deadline feature is great for keeping our work paced well. The user status of whether someone is online or not is great as well since it helps me know whether someone is viewing the project at the moment.
Sometimes Swit does not notify me when someone mentions me in a comment. I also don't like that I have to specifically click the comment buttonto view comments on a task on the Swit app. I frequently view the comments on a task so it would be helpful to be able to scroll down and view the comments and not have to click on the comment button. The notification on the Swit app could improve since I use my phone quiet often.
Swit is great for keeping my work organized. It is really beneficial to have to task status since it lets everyone know whether I have viewed the project yet or not. This helps everyone on the team know we are on the same page. The collaborator option is extremely useful since everyone on the team has the opportunity to contribute to editing the task/project.
It has both chatting and Todo function. It's easy to use together. I can convert chatting to task and it's very easy. I don't need to use another solution for To do Task. I have used a lot of solution for Todo. But almost all todo solution can't use chatting function.
I think it's a best solution for collaborate. We can communicate and organize the task. There is no things to dislike.
Before using swit, we have to use several programs to communicate. After using swit, we can use only swit and it's enough. It's not easy to change the windows between ERP system and chatting window. The best function in Swit is that I can use two chatting window in one Swit application.

Contact verification When chatting, it has the advantage of being able to check if you are connected to the suite with green light.As a result, I like it most that it is possible to check and send the chat in advance.
1. Translation I think it's the best disadvantage. First of all, it is an English process-based work tool, so there are many errors when translated into Korean, and sometimes it is not understood when sharing work through chat.

I invited my team for IT project, and could communicate and share with them
swit is task-oriented but provides all the functions needed for the business communication, and the speed of product improvement is incredibly fast!!! This continuously provides tremendous experience. Our members are no longer able to communicate without swit.
We're using a hubspot but it's not connected yet. New apps are constantly being added, but it is still a bit lacking for me.
I needed a tool for all the members to manage the project easily. redmine and jira had high learning curves for freshmen, Airtable has a little less freedom, and monday.com lacks communication. swit solved all of this. Oh, the only drawback is the part where time tracking is not possible in the due date part. Connecting to the g suite was a great feature for our team with a lot of email communication. Finally, our team left the slack and simplified the communication channel to increase the efficiency of our members.
