In all honesty, the best piece of Todoist is the universal keyboard shortcut. I love that nomatter what program I am in or who I am talking to, I can quickly add a task with natural language input, have it show on my calendar, and be on the date that I need in a flash. In my workplace, distractions come often, so being able to do this quickly makes sure I don't miss anything. The two-way calendar sync is also really a great feature that pairs well with this.
I use the free version and don't pay for the subscription, so I can't complain too much about the features. I wish the subtasks were structured a little better, but overall the app seems to work well for my needs with the free version.
Todoist is solving my ability to stay organized. I have realized that if I don't write things down, I forget them and it helps keep me on task and remember what I need to do in a timely manner, while also showing me in multiple places (the app, my phone, my calendar).
It has the ability to move tasks, and update tasks from your phone to then reflect on the desktop/online version

Everyone knows what tasks they need to be doing and when it is due. It is also much easier to see who I can assign tasks to
The quick add method and the natural language input beats any clicking and tapping that other task management tools have. For example, you can say "add a task every 23rd of the month or every 2nd Monday" and todoist will handle this like a champ.
The subtasks can be improved and also I don't like that they don't support deadlines as "things" does. Also, you cannot do boards for filters and labels. Would love to have the ability to have more customization on the swiping. For example, if I swipe half the way it is completed, but if I go more than half it would delete the task.
It is literally running my life. You can put anything in Todoist from complex projects to everyday mundane tasks in your personal life. You can also add reminders for personal things such as drinking medication, car registration, do taxes etc.

ToDoist is so simple, clean, and easy to use! The ability to input natural text that automatically translates to due dates & priority is a lifesaver-- it makes entering to do items quick and thoughtless. I am a huge fan of how many features come with even the free version.
There is a little bit of a learning curve when getting your Todoist workspace set up initially. It can take a second to fully learn all of the terminology, but overall this isn't too much of a hurdle.
I use this to structure my projects at work, both big and small. It helps provide a clear scaffolding for getting things done. I have benefitted greatly from using Filters to view different priority tasks at work.

The best I like about Todoist is that it is straightforward to manage. I love the colors they are using. You can easily group tasks and see all tasks by date in the calendar

Natural language input allows me to get things out of my head or from a meeting into a system where I will revisit it. I also like the way it helps me plan my day and prioritize tasks.
Todoist has built a flexible system, but they're inflexible on a few features that the community frequently requests, such as "start dates". There are also some quirks you learn to work around with their awesome but limited filters and sorting views.
As a project manager, I don't manage projects for work inside todoist, but I manage my role in said projects. That can include things I need to get done, or follow ups with other people to make sure they get their work done. This has helped me let fewer things slip through the cracks.

I mainly use Todoist as a task and selfmanagement tool and try to use some (for me) most relevant tips from the "getting things done" community. I even tend to use Todoist as a notebook when I am on the road, have some sudden inspiration and want to quickly note that idea down on "paper". Why? Because it is so easy to type in text (start a new task).

The reminder element is very good for me because it would inform me of my task nd project which I am currently doing. but previously i was getting with my older planner calendar, still failed to deliver notification. All of them have a collaboration functionality to allow a link to my group for see my performance and progress of a task. You may adjust the Todoist 's theme according match your requirements. there are plenty of theme to choose from.I see it how Todoist supports ubuntu and that most of the operating systems. It's also really fast, too.
When syncing tasks to an ubuntu system, I found glitches. Their free version is very restricted, finding it challenging for those who begin to use this to convince themselves to purchase. No notes, feedback, or modifications are authorized to be added in the free edition. Completely new users that can not use their main features including labeling and toggle are limited by Todoist.
Have my little tasks, activities, etc. were completed in a timely manner with Todoist, without skipping any. I still save a little time in my everyday schedule and therefore can balance personal life and work. Also it encourages myself to coordinate community projects, attribute assignments and track performance.
I love that I can add tasks with simple natural language typing from quick keys on my laptop, and via a widget on my phone.
Some of the more advanced project level grouping features are not as easy to use as I would like. It would be great to have easier access to nested projects.

I love the ability to prioritize and date my tasks. When a task comes in (next steps after a call with a client, during/after a meeting or 1:1), I immediately can create it, prioritize it, and assign it to myself on a day when it makes the most sense. Because I can see how many tasks I assign myself on a given day, I can spread out my workload so that I get things done without overwhelming myself.
Sometimes I have follow up tasks - I want to complete the first task I created and automatically create a follow-up task for days later.
I am trying to remember everything I have committed to do so I can be a reliable employee and customer advocate. I have noticed my ability to deliver to my clients improve and my personal satisfaction at work increase because my productivity is good. I don't worry about work after work because I know all of my tasks are organized in Todoist, so they don't have to take up room in my head.

Clean and fast interface available everywhere means I track anything instantly. I can paste complex text and upload attachments on desktop or I can just hit the widget on my Android home page to add a task. Even has time stamped entries per task, and sub-tasks but without losing the simplicity of the task-oriented view. There are some task managers that get lost in "project management" features but Todoist keeps it real.
I have some minor niggles that amount to feature requests really, such taking more advantage of the data entered to generate work completed reports, and better data export. For daily use there's nothing that jumps out at me to change.
Todoist minimises the burden of managing multiple big task lists so that you're on top of what you need to do now, and what's coming up later. Never forget anything ever again, and always feel in control so you know when you can afford to be spontaneous or when you've got work that needs to be done. It's an irreplaceable efficiency tool for home and work.

I run my business project management, to do lists, team delegation, everything - then a personal project too for everything from grocery lists, to life goals. It’s been like therapy, to release all the extra from my brain in this way that sorts by tags etc.
