Wistia is pretty great, very useful to be able to track engagement on videos. The insights from who's opening, when, and which parts they rewatch helps us determine what's interesting and valuable to our audience!

I have no complaints with Wistia at this time. Only issue is you get limited videos for tracking so if I send to a lot of people then sometimes need to reset old ones. Hasn't caused any issues for my use case though so I definitely recommend.

It's been helping with sales! Understanding what's interesting to our customers and what they are focusing on plus when they open and need. It's pretty great all around.

Every setting I can think of, they have. For a non-video pro, I can control the branding, look and feel of all of our videos. I also enjoy reviewing the statistics on views. The various share and embed features have worked pretty seamlessly as well.

They have demonstrated an ongoing commitment to meaningful ongoing development of the platform throughout the years without compromising ease of use. They also have fantastic support and an ecosystem that has proven to be rock solid.

It's honestly one of few platforms that I consistently enjoy engaging with. I have yet to be disappointed with Wista.

Wistia's platform is intuitive and catered toward the industry's needs. They provide excellent support to their clients while putting out super helpful blogs and use cases to help people adopt video as a core tool in their arsenal.

Wistia helps me provide my target audience with distraction-free video content, optimize my websites for SEO, and efficiently distribute podcasts.

The user interface is really clean and intuitive and makes working with the tool on the backend extremely easy. There's loads of opportunity for customization to match with our own brand while the reliability of the tool has been essentially perfect for us. The whole platform is scalable and makes growing our video content that much easier. The addition of their channel feature a few years back was instrumental in the building of our websites and now our sales and business development teams are using the Soapbox tool and absolutely loving it. Recently Wistia also added podcasting solutions and we're just getting started with it. All-in-all, Wistia continues to improve their products and add new features that always seem to make me love them more!

As our company's use of the tool expands, the organization has become a bit cluttered, but I think this is more of a result of our own disorganization and not the fault of Wistia!

Clean realiable video hosting that provides great insights and connects with our MAP (Marketo). The player is super fast and looks really nice on the website, especially the channels! Integration with Marketo is great and allows us to further leverage our video content and generate and score leads.

It is very simple to use and very reliable. We have been hosting video content for 7 years and it works without issue.

I really like their heatmap functionality for time viewed by visitor. Also, tagging options, custom player, and calls to action directly on the videos.

Pricing is out of range for many bootstrapped startups, so I can't always recommend it. Apart from that, it is magnificent.

Embedding video on membership websites without having to use YouTube or Vimeo. One of the main benefits is being able to tag users and keep track of their progress (especially for e-Learning).

Wistia is extremely user friendly and their support staff is very helpful and responsive.

I wish there were more options for privacy and sharing.

My company has now uploaded and stored training videos and webinars to our Wistia account. The integration ability with Pardot is huge and helping take a big load off of our Ops team's shoulders! Our emails look way more professional and the analytics available are excellent to help show engagement.

The simplicity of using Wistia, it was an easy part of the onboarding process.

Syncing videos to our online website, for landing pages

The interface is so easy-to-use! And it's visually pleasing. We have several team members contribute and it's been one of the easiest software platforms on which to onboard new team members. I also love the Soapbox plug-I and how easy it is to record videos.

As we've grown, we've found that when we need to re-organize or re-do folders, it's a little cumbersome. I wish there was a really simple way to review files & folders and move them around (like Dropbox)

We use it to put websites videos on our site, from Help Articles to marketing pages. It's easily integrated with all of our other systems, and it makes it easy to add our logo or quick calls-to-action.

Wisita updates their platform as video evolves. They are always adding new features and their blog and video tips/how-to's are so relevant to the needs of their clients. While we grow, they seem to anticipate what the currents needs of the hosted video markets are and make adjustments and updates.

No HDR support (that I can uncover) , can't move annotations wherever you want

The ease of use and responsiveness. The whole brand is just solid and enables us to represent our brand in a strong, suitable way.

It's not something that particularly integrates well, often third party people will request for videos in Vimeo, YouTube or other formats and Wistia isn't supported in the same way. However we always manage to talk people through how to embed the videos so it's workable and not a huge negative.

We stream all our videos through Wistia and the ability to update media on the same link means we can mass update across our website.

Video replacement is a life-saver, especially for keeping our training videos up to date. Not worrying about having to reembed videos for each update has been a game-changer. I love the community and the ideas that Wistia fosters. We implemented the idea of "video gifs" on our blog we learned from the community, and it looks fantastic and adds a great dynamic. Stats and CRM integrations are great.

Organization is our biggest challenge. I think that Wisitia probably has the ability to make this better for us, but right now, that's something we are fighting with.

Video hosting that isn't YouTube looks a million times more professional (and doesn't suggest random videos to take them away from our site at the end). It really is a no-brainer to have business-centric video hosting.

We need a centralized place to host all of our videos, manage and organize them, track performance, and syndicate videos across various channels. Wistia has helped us do all of this, measure the performance of our videos, and have one centralized place to do it all.

Wistia's video hosting and analytics tools are super easy to use and functional. I love the heatmaps of viewer interactions with our videos, CTA functionality, and the hubspot integration. Furthermore, their knowledge center and support team have helped further my skills time and time again.

There's just one thing: I wish there were more ways to organize and sort through your video library.

Our company LOVES Wistia! Though it might sound odd to some, as a fellow marketer, I really appreciate Wistia's marketing emails and general approach to customer success. Beyond an incredibly intuitive product interface, Wistia has an awesome community and educational materials that help customers actually make the most of the platform, whether it's instructional videos, quirky blog posts, or quick roundups.

There really isn't anything I actively dislike about Wistia. I might prefer a different organizational structure to projects (perhaps a grid view, rather than list).

We use Wistia to host our videos, provide analytics, and integrate with our marketing software, HubSpot. We love how simple it is to embed videos in multiple formats (especially popover embed) and customize CTAs to match our brand.

Besides having a reliable video streaming platform, Wistia provides website SEO benefits that other platforms that businesses use like YouTube and Vimeo. Many don't realize this benefit but is huge if you want to have rich video links in Google Search results that direct traffic to YOUR website, not another platform. This is the benefit that we have been able to see in our business. The Wistia platform also serves as a great location to store and share completed videos. With user setup, it is easy for our internal team to find and share specific videos with prospects.

Love how easy it is to use. It's a great way for us to embed video to our website and get more analytics on how it is performing. I also like how you can customize certain aspects like branding, logo, still, etc.

It's great at helping us get deeper insights into our videos and plug into our website. We're also able to link directly to the videos and it's a more professional approach than YouTube.

Very Easy To Use. Training is very easy and leaves us with full control of content. It is great to use when you want to have special video recordings or custom training sessions for customers. Having the wistia link is much better than compressing or uploading to slower platforms and you can kill the link at any time. Upload speeds really are pretty fast! We can send a customer an entire folder of training videos in a snap. Wista also embeds really well

Could use a little better sorting and search features. Click and drag works fine, but with hundreds of products, an alphabetical search would make this even easier. I feel our account has more than average and this is definitely not a deal-breaker. Data limits could be a little higher, but I completely understand how that works in their business model. Again, no deal breaker

Managing/hosting Training Videos. We want full control of the content and provide unique trainings for many customers. Wistia helps us manage custom training links and keep our session for posterity. We have multiple teams managing their content in wistia. We actually prefer Wistia to some of our web conferencing software. It is easier to manage in the long term if er download a recorded session, upload to wistia, and use it to distribute content. I know there are some integrations available and those are next steps. Everything else has be easy so far. I don't see any problems coming up.

The Wistia feature set is unriviled. From a great content player with customisable atributes, to in-depth stats on who's consuming your media, where and for how long, and to integrations with various campaign platforms. All of this is packaged in a clear and concise user account. Their technology is also unrivaled. It's incredibly easy to upload videos to your account, which are then quickly processed into various formats, all while giving you the necessary data to allow you to embed or customise your video. Also, their commitment to providing information and content to help their customers on their journey is secopnd to none.

Very little to dislike at all. Depending on your subscription level, you may be charged extra per video over a certain threshold. But this can be easily managed by acitvely monitoring your own account. Their channel feature (where you can group videos into a Netflix-like channel) can be improved with better customisation, but it's still a great feature to have. Having been a customer for over 7 years I can say they have rarely ever put a foot wrong.

Being able to communicate with clients via video has been vital in both customer retention and satisfaction. Being able to reach those customers with video, where it can be displayed in an accessible format is paramount. Wistia enables us to do all of this, by providing a service that meets our security needs, can be integrated with our other supporting technoligies, and giving us new tools where we can augment our strategy to fully utilise these tools and ultimately provide a better experience for clients and customers.

The player is great and adding closed captions are very easy. After using several video streamers, Wistia has been the fastest and most reliable service I've used.

When adding headings, they are placed at the bottom of the stack while videos are placed at the top. I would rather have better consistency with it.

TutsPlus is an education platform using video courses. Wistia streams the video appropriate to the client's connection. It is always smooth and available.

Our company is very data-driven, it's all we think about. And that is one of the main reasons I love Wistia so much is it allows me to see the data behind the videos that we are producing! Also, they have a HUGE library of content to help me make better videos. It shows how much they really want to help in the video industry in all aspects. Truly the thought leaders that I go to.

Like with all software companies, when they release new features there are going to be some bugs to work out. We have run into this a few times, but they seem to be responsive and get them resolved quickly.

We are solving the problem of providing content to our customer base in an easy to digest format and that's what Wistia provides. We have had nothing but great benefits so far for creating an easy knowledge base of videos for our customers.

I love the fact that I can capture leads, host high-speed FUNCTIONING videos, and see all of the analytics.

I love everything about Wistia. I am an early bird user so I do not have all of the functionality that they provide, but I do get a lot for my early investment.

I am able to provide high-speed functional videos that work in all browsers and platforms. Other video hosting software I have is clunky and will not play the videos. Wistia NEVER fails!

As a marketing videographer with a small team, we absolutely love Wistia. Easy-to-use, lots of useful add-ons and features, and plenty of analytics to go around. We've been using it for 3 or 4 years now, and it seems like I'm always learning something new and awesome about Wistia and how it can help our marketing efforts. Not to mention the awesome education they provide on how to make better videos. We're big Wistia fans!

I don't have many complaints about Wistia. Just one extremely minor suggestion-- it's a little tough to manipulate the look and feel of some of the automatically generated buttons, to fit more with our branding. These buttons can go on your videos to help drive leads.

We're looking for ways to generate more leads with our videos. Wistia helps us to see at a glance how our videos are doing, and offers ways to try new things to see if our videos could be more effective.
