Easy to implement, lots of features and customizations. Works out of the box with WP SMTP.
Many basic features only available in premium upgrade.
Easy and reliable form builder. Quick to get up and running. Email delivery is reliable.
It's pretty easy to use and understand. I can generally get the result. I need
Right, now I am paying for the higher tier sub that I don't really need ... I am afraid to downgrade due to some potential unknown break.
Subscriptions, survey, classified submissions
The plugin itself works great! no complains.
Recently I wanted to renew my license so I bought a new one since it was cheaper. I tried to cancel my old license because I dont want 2 licenses. I had to press the cancel button 6 times!!! Thats just the worst UX I experienced with cancelling something. Please fix that!
Better contact and quote form
the support is fantastic .. great responsiveness, and trouble shooting. Product has good function, once you buy the fee version.
cost, and limits of entry level offering like to evoke one form or email from form .. not sure how to do that or if I can.
contact, application, and registration
I like its ease of use which makes it very convenient for a small business owner like me. It serves me well for being simple and user-friendly, great for someone does not know programming or understand overly technical jargons.
I feel the user interface can be improved to attract the modern user. Also, there are some features which I feel are Basic but yet only found in the advanced plans (which are more costly and have other features I do not need).
I am using WordPress for my business website and had been searching for a simply Forms manager app tool. WP Forms meets my requirements so far.
Good basic product to get forms done. Particularly like the layered conditional form ability
The absolute rip-off of being charged over $250 more for the renewal - Just makes you look at the competitors and realise they do the same product for less.
Its just a form publisher and has lowered my bank balance more than expected
How lightweight it from a page load standpoint. I am focused on creating a lightning quick blog that builds leads... and this is it.
The pricing structure is deceptive: first year is "50% off" then they charge you double the price the next year. Usually you're rewarded for your loyalty, yet here they are gouging you. Not cool.
Quick wordpress blog.
I like the way I can customize and interact with the various fields available and the possibility of integration between other apps.
Sometimes it is difficult to proceed with the css customization of certain fields. We have to take some time in reading the source code and proceed with various tests to arrive at the desired result. The integration has a cost. You need to pay at least a Pro Licence to use these addons.
It is through the form that we collect information about our potential client and from there we proceed with the respective request, however there is other options, even more solid than this.
Easy to install and activate and there's a free version.
I'm trying to ensure all new WordPress sites I build meet accessibility standards, WCAG 2.1 AA, at a minimum. This plugin still has some way to go, so I'm no longer using it on my sites. Also, I needed to cancel a client's subscription because their site no longer needs the paid version. I counted no less than six hoops (screens) to go through before I could complete the cancellation; each one was a variation of, "But wait, you'll miss out on...". I will not support a product whose developers think I don't know what I want or what I'm doing. I can understand and tolerate a couple of these screens, but more than that is ridiculous. I'm done and gone.
I am able to quickly install a forms plugin on client wordpress websites.
I can't say yet (Purchased WP Forms Pro last year - 2020), and I haven't had any luck getting info to deliver mail to my business account which is Office 365 Outlook.
Extremely disappointed with the entire WP Forms experience so far! 1. I've contacted support multiple times (with no response). 2. Nor have I had any luck getting a support ticket open. 3. In frustration - I eventually went looking for someone (over on fiverr.com) to help resolve issues. (No luck there either)
No benefit realized so far - as cannot get product to work even!
There are many decent and good form makers out there. What separates WPForms from the rest of the herd is that WPForms gives you total integration with the Worpress infrastructure and your themes. It's so easy to implement and use. I receive hundreds of WPForms each day, and I am thrilled with their customer service. It handles daily use very efficiently. I am happy to see WPForms put so much features into their product with every program update.
I wished they could switch from a membership cost model to a one-time fee version.
WPForms help you to get information from your audience in any area efficiently and easily. I use it to get my clients.
I like the best the easy way to build the form using drag and drop. Also, I admire the fast support when there is an issue.
Nothing for now. verything is sooth and easy.
I was able to creat a form quickly without coding knowldge and it is great...
WPForms offers a user-friendly and intuitive drag-and-drop form builder, making it easy for users to create and customize forms without any technical expertise.
find the pricing of WPForms to be a bit higher compared to other form builder plugins available for WordPress. While the plugin offers a free version with limited features, more advanced functionalities and add-ons may require a premium subscription.
WPForms eliminates the need for manual coding or hiring a developer to create forms on WordPress websites. Its user-friendly drag-and-drop interface allows users to effortlessly design and customize forms, saving time and resources.
WPForms is the perfect solution for creating custom forms in WordPress. It's easy to use, offers integrations with popular services, and has excellent customer support. Highly recommended!
Some users may find limitations in the free version of WPForms and there may be additional costs associated with certain advanced functionality.
WPForms solves problems by simplifying WordPress form creation, offering customization, integrations with popular services, and excellent customer support. It benefits you by removing technical complexity, allowing for customization to your specific needs, and providing reliable support.
It is like writing a code. If you know what you want, sky is the limit. You can make forms to serve any puspose on your website. I almost had 5-6 issues for which i needed a solution. All of those were solved by WPforms.
The free version is good to get used to the wpforms and see how it works and what features it does have. But after that you need Pro which i highly recommend. It will take you to another level.
it helps me create forms where people can ask for my guidance as that is what i do. It helps me funnel the questions by conditional formattign and sends data to different emails.
Easy user interface. Effective features. Delivers what they promise.
The one thing I am not the biggest fan of about WPForms is their pricing and pricing policy. The price more than doubled without notice in 2022. They also do not have a feature for automatically sending invoices via e-mail. But they do have a feature to charge us automatically on the credit card.
WPForms helps me receive customer feedback, inquiries from my website, and tech support e-mails forwarded to the correct department. It absolutely helps with our workflow.
I have been using WP Forms for a while now and I can honestly say that it is one of the best form-building and contact form plugins out there. It’s easy to set up and use, with an intuitive and easy to navigate user interface. It offers a great selection of features, including drag & drop form building, various form types, easy customization and integration with email marketing tools. It’s also compatible with various other plugins. The best thing about WP Forms is that it offers a wide variety of free templates that are user friendly and allow for a quick and efficient form building process. It's possible to input a wide variety of data through a single form, saving time and effort. It also provides a comprehensive email notification feature, allowing users to respond to incoming forms. Another great thing about WP Forms is that it offers a wide range of customization and expansion options. There’s a large plugin ecosystem that extends the features of WP Forms and allows for custom forms. It also allows for setting up a self-hosted form, so users can host their forms directly on their website. Overall, WP Forms is a very powerful and cost-effective plugin that is very easy to use and customize. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for an easy and efficient way to create and manage forms on their website. It’s also very reliable and offers a wide range of features that make it one of the best options for forms and contact forms on the market.
There are only a few minor details that are not relevant here.
Easy implementation of forms in Wordpress pages. We have also written our own extensions to connect Mailinwork, for example.
I like most the ease of integrating other software and creating fast and reliable interactions with other programs. You can create a form that activates new features, send an email with extra information, and send all the information to a writing program
I lack features, such as the calendar, to be able to mark specific days with a different color than they have. The snipet code you can learn from wpforms, I would expect it to be more extensive.
I have created a database of families with special needs. All the information is distributed among the workers who have to manage this information, so we can optimize the tasks of each family. Then with another form, we manage the day the service is given.
Simplicity. Easy to implement and user-friendly interface.
Luck of build-in styler and overpriced renewal.
It's solving contact work coding. It saves time and costs.
A wide variety of templates and a wide range of fields with many options and settings. This makes it easy to compile a customized form.
The Conversational Forms Addon is not treated as a page or post, therefore, can't be compatible with plugins that put controls and access on them. So they also can't be trusted with slug since might be duplicated.
Drag and drop. interesting field settings such as conditions that make it easy to create complex forms for complex requests.
