I think that WPForms is the best form plugin for Wordpress. We use generally lead generation and contact forms in our website via WPForms. In addition to this, we can manage the entries from the forms easily. Thank you WPForms. :)

For now, there is no negative side for us.

We got rid of form plugins made with encodings. Especially solving this saved us time. In addition, managing and exporting entries from forms has become much simpler and faster.

Tracking customers while even Analytics can't do it anymore. I'm glad this feature is still available.

Easy to use. Can connect platforms like zapier to further extend it's usage.

WP Forms interacts with Zapier when the form is first submitted, but does not have interaction with Zapier when form is updated in the admin. Not a dealbreaker for us but it'd be nice. For example: Send a Twilio text via Zapier when form is submitted, then send an updated text via Zapier>Twilio when the form is Updated by the Admin.

I have multiple clients with multiple needs when it comes to forms. WP Forms allows me to format and design each form to fit the look and feel of each site with no hiccups

WPForms is very customer focused. They make it all straight forward and the UI is great.

hmmmm... Downsides to using WPForms are maybe that there are too many templates that are similar, so makes it a bit difficult to differentiate between multiple ones.

No direct integration with third-party eCommerce solutions. But easy to code integration to WooCommerce. So easy, it should come out of the box in the pro version.

Ease of use of the forms is the best thing i like about them and you can insert the forms just by shortcodes. The forms are customisable with lot of inbuilt fields. Just drag & Drop.

I think the EP forms should have a facility to have logical possibilities like if the choice is X then oly other fields are shown or else a message comes that you are not eligible

it is very easy to use to create the forms that you want, besides the type of license that you have allows you to exploit the full functionality of the plugin.

that no registrations can be made within the control panel of the plugin, and in the case of donations that there are no updates of complementary plugins such as paypal that there are no recurring payments.

This is the easiest form builder I've used. I started with the free version and am happy I upgraded to allow file uploads for our contest entries.

I use this for our contact form and our contest entry forms. Everything has worked very well.

I can deal with all of the sites I manage with a single license. The ability to tie into email from various angles is great. I love that I can be notified immediately when somebody submits a form on one of my sites. I'm fairly fond of it's capacity to integrate with MailChimp. Just the integration capabilities alone are awesome.

I'm not a fan of the ads. I mean, I get it - but c'mon. I'm also paying for premium service. That being said - they are few and far between.

You can build just about any form you need with just about any functionality a traditional form could ever require. Benefits? The time - I don't have to build my own forms and custom code a single plugin for every form I build. That's nice :) They've recently added multiple form creation abilities that I've been waiting for - and now they're here, so *big smile*

I am not aware of any downsides. I guess the designer is a little cludgy when setting up a multiple column form...

There is nothing that I dislike. I do however wish that we were able to create emails to the users that were formatted to match our brand (with multiple graphics).

It has solved issues from getting clients registered for our programs as well as organizing our client applications! It is visually beautiful and super simple to use!

I've used WPForms on two websites now and found it simple to set up and the weekly review is really helpful. Each website has its own theme and the intergration is flawless. The one time I did need tech support the only chat worked well.

My only one issue is the initial cost and lack of offers for subscriptions. As both websites are for voluntary organisations the initial outlay is a lot for a none profit organisation

The contact form is a vital post of the two sites WPForms appears on. I've used alternative form Wordpress apps in the past and there functionality is not a patch on WPForms
