I really like the structure of the forms created by WPForms. You can easily customize them with CSS. Many fields are available to have 100% customized forms. An SMTP configuration is available which makes the form very efficient for me.

The only negative point I see right now is the fact that there is no real in-depth analysis. You have to install MonsterInsights for example to have analysis. Otherwise, the rest is perfect.

I've just a lot of form builders, but WP Forms makes the whole process so easy to build sophisticated forms. The webhook functionality makes it super easy to integrate with other platforms as well as the normal submission routes. The form abandonment feature is also really very handy.
