Very intuitive and user-friendly, easy to navigate with hyperlinks and drives a data-driven approach. From a client and account management perspective, great functionality around reporting structures and organisational set ups.

Nothing specific, maybe some more sophisticated reporting.

Work flow, candidate & customer management

The interface is friendly, but the integrations with other sites, the workflows and developer capabilities is just what you need to integrate everything in one place.

The navigation through other functionalities could improve. It was hard at first to find workflows, webhooks and developer information options.

Exposing your vacancies in many different sources can be time consuming. With Zoho Recruitment I can manage everything in the same place, which frees resources and simplifies the whole recruitment process considerably.

I have been using Zoho Recruit for about 7 months now, and I love it! It's user-friendly and completely customizable to my business. I can quickly connect with candidates, and if I have any problems, I have a customer service rep who will help answer any questions.

I haven't found anything I dislike about the recruiting software. I use it daily, and if I ever need help, someone is available to assist me with my questions.

With Zoho Recruit, I can quickly post to multiple job boards without worrying about creating different accounts. They help me to optimize my job posts for the most qualified candidates.

I really liked how easy it was to set up and that it didnt take long for our recruiter to get up to speed on how to use it. It's very customizable which is what we needed.

I wish there was a better way to take notes. We also wish the integration was better with our phone service. The ability to send and receive and log sms messages automatically would help.

They are allowing us to streamline and automate processes that are taking a long time to complete now. We need to be able to automate the incoming of proscpects.

The features offerred by Zoho is unmatched at the price

This is the best suitable application so far even for a resourcing company. It has saved much more time than expected. All of the processes and features of a recruting company requires are available here.

UX capabilities are great, we took multiple ATS demos and trail session but found recruit to be one of the most powerful and easy to use not only for us but for base line members as well.

Nothing as such. But I feel the dashboard capabilities should be presented in a stronger manner; I okay think this should be taken care of swiftly with not much issue. Overall great tool.

Zoho has improved the resume parsing and integrated Calendly. HUGE helps to any recruiter
