I enjoy being able to import job openings and candidates with ease. I like that you can create custom forms and attributes that are better suited for your organizations needs. It's incredibly easy to learn and build out a functioning ATS system.

The only thing that would have made Zoho Recruit better was the ability to import unstructured data without required data fields. Coming from a small company who previously used Excel sheets as an ATS, we did not have all the data field that Zoho Recruit required, so we had to do some upfront data management to make the ingest more compatible.

Applicant management, pipeline management. I am able to better provide metrics on recruitment efforts and candidate attributes that will assist in future business planning.

It is easy to use, they made tracking and processing applications very easy!

The font of the app/website is little ugly. All other things are good.

No more excel sheet, google sheet. It helps us compare and recruit right candidates.

I have already recommended this system to many friends. I have tried them all and I like to clean dashboard, the many features that would typically be very expensive with other platforms and the integration with the other Zoho features like CRM. I am using recruiting and the crm for my daily business needs from interacting with current clients to recruiting new agents Zoho has done it all. I admit I was skeptical at first but its won me over.

Sometimes they have so many options that it can be confusing but its worth it. I was able to get the job complete. Other systems can be too complicate and take forever to implement. As i mentioned I have tried them all but continue to come back to Zoho. Also even the dislikes have been improved since i first found Zoho about 6 years ago.

Its been awesome for the recruiting and the crm. I'm in sales so its great to know where my other clients live when in the field from the targeting of address feature. Before I used multiple systems to keep in touch with clients and ensure sales satisfaction. I am able to handle this all now from one platform. Also with recruiting there are hundreds of applicants to keep up with on a daily basis and Zoho helps greatly with that. They basically helped keep my company running.

Zoho Recruit's highlights like Candidate the board, Resume parser, Client and contact the executives, joining with RingCentral, with different employment sheets, and with G-suite were actually what we were searching for. The UI and choices are so easy to use that post join, our group has been utilizing the item easily without the requirement for any client preparing. So far, I have not had any issues with Zoho and have enjoyed utilizing it.

Below are the some features in point report generation of process, Mail communication, making flexibility with your database

Some of thing need to improve in Zoho recruit 1. As we are using US portal to search candidate so we are able to store database from indeed and monster but they need to work on Dice portal also because it one of the best tool in USA 2. Sometime The working process of zoho recruit is in dump condition 3. There need to be more customization options for making own pipeline for recruitment.

As I said we are into USA recruitment business we are using multiple portal over to search candidate and we need to pay them for that in zoho recruit we are able to store the candidate once we access them from different employer portal so in that case we does not need to re access the data from portals we can simply access them from zoho recruit. Other thing is We are able to track our all processes over in recruitment by using this zoho recruit tool

The level of customization that Zoho provides is amazing as well as the automation.

The user interface could be improved and also there are few bugs here and there

The software is very streamlined and easy to get used to, so there are no long delays to getting started. It is feature packed and integrates across the rest of the Zoho suite, which is great as our organisation uses most of their services.

I dislike the fact that you can not use a custom domain across the whole of Zoho services without the highest subscription, if it is available at all.

We really love the automation of Zoho Recruit and it makes the whole recruitment process more streamlined.

It is a very simple, intuitive recruitment management tool! I find it very simple and easy to manage all my recruitment tasks through the platform!

Product has everything, but if you need more, just customize it.

I haven't encountered anything I don't like so far. It does have a steeper learning curve, but not overwhelming.

Onboarding new contractors. We are really still in early phases so difficult to say if benefits have been realized.

Having our recruiting functions and applicant tracking system all in the same place. The pricing and functionality are excellent in comparison to other products on the market. The fact that it is fully compatible with the Google Platform and offers a seamless experience with all Google services is perfect.

I cannot think of anything that I really dislike about the product.

I liked that the trial was hassle free, no credit card info. just your email and you were set to start. Also something great about the trail was that you were able to test all the 3 editions and go back and forward between the 3 version of them

we are using it at a smalls recruiting firm and is solving everything, no need to use excel, no need to create trackers. We realized we might need less people to do the job from the process we had before. we are also increasing clients´ and candidates´ experience

I loved being able to simply upload all my candidates. Shortlisting and emailing was easy. All the search filtering is great and being able to tag each candidate was perfect for what I need.

Only thing I dislike about Recruit is some fields being mandatory, also the data export to excel was a little confusing, would love it if they added a simple export button on the Candidates page. Would also love to be able to see 100 candidates at a time only cause I'm working with large data

I had over 1000 candidates to sort through shortlist and recruit from, Zoho Recruit allowed me to do that very simply.

I compared ZOHO to a lot of other ATS but ZOHO is by far the easiest and affordable to use.

There isn't much to dislike about this program.

We are solving one of the biggest problem which is SAVING TIME.

The Entire platform is very helpful. Email parsing, extracting, mail merge is the best features of this software. The software has helped me saved 100s of hours. There are many features missing in other competitive tools. But this software has all the required features for recruitment.

There is more scope for customization and training the individuals.

Manual Data Entries are easy to maintain in Zoho. It is quite time-Saving.

I like the blueprint the best. You can fully customize your hiring process and automate it. As a solopreneur, I was very hesitant to really recruit applicants for my organization. Zoho Recruit has alleviated most of my concerns. I'm very excited to implement this software into my organization. It's like having a whole back office support system at my fingertips.

I've only been using the software for a week and a half, I guess the only thing I can say I don't dislike so far is the ability to have more than one assessment to send to applicants. I talked to support and they actually said its something they are working on.

Automating my hiring process, I do not have a lot of time to run my business and I needed something to give me some of my time back. With Zoho Recruit, the system pretty much runs itself and the things that I have to do that Zoho can't do, well I was able to set up tasks to remind myself that it needs to be done.
