They are in the low price niche so you'll save a few bucks. If you're willing to pay extra for better service A2 ain't your best choice.

A2 has once again farmed out their support overseas. Prima facia that's not terrible but the people doing their support have no experience and have no capacity to understand customer needs.

They host my website. That's about it.

A2hosting unexpectedly stopped my account with 4 sites for having 2 sites that are actually not illegal and even not important for me. I didnt even receive an email for the ticket A2hosting created!!! I found out that my account is closed when i saw a huge SERP drop on my serp tracking. And this is the second BIG seo issue. The first one was that my other 2000$ VPS account was linked with some a2dns.com domain and it was crawled by google with the content of the hosted site. Creating duplicates!!! This is outrageous!!! I feel like i am betrated, i spent so much money and i received attitude of a free hosting. Thats A2hosting for me now: A free hosting for 3000$. They just ban you when they decide and for what they decide.

SEO ISSUES!!!! These people dont care about your business. I had 3 accounts with them and 2 of them got SEO issues because of their incompetence. Just never use them for something serious

After purchasing my Hosting I was requested to provide further information for fraud prevention. I found this insulting and very vague from A2 in terms of what constitutes a fraud screening. Never have I seen from a hosting provider this much scrutiny. This was upsetting and clearly a red flag to how A2 views the relationship with their clients.

INCOMPETENT, DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, NO ANSWERS TO SUPPORT TICKETS. WE HAVE LOST OVER $300,000 DUE TO LOSS OF DATA AND NOW 8 WEEKS OF DOWN TIME

NONE - THEY HAVE DESTROYED MANY BUSINESS'S WITH A DOWN TIME AND DATA LOSS FOR MANY FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS.

They have super marketing, so I was deceived by this

In their shared server everyday my websites were down about 20m - 60m they tech support convinced me to give VPS plan. I bought. when buying technical support, she said that from a purchase to a working server with the transfer of all data it will take a maximum of 2-3 days. But in real ti takes one week and without any migration, I were manually migrated my data. but this is nothing compared to what we have encountered later. Our VPS server are still down since 23th april. Already 11 days. Company not answering a tickets. Our business serious damaged. Now, they had deleted all complaints in comments and posts 400+, and disabled possibility to add new. This company sure not going to restore clients data, and going to get new customers, and need to hide their problems and reality.

The downtime of 6+ DAYS (!!!), the support doesn't respond and doesn't care to update the status/provide the ETA, NO backups are available. All the uptime commitments are a big lie. It's absolutely wasted money.

March 2019 all servers in Europe are down for 14 hours April 2019 windows servers in Europe are down 3 days now, they cannot give us backup copies, and they cannot tell us when they are going to fix the problem. Websites, eshops , emails are off, truly disaster for us and our clients. Stay away

They market their services well and make it look like a superior service.

I have an expensive managed VPS (nearly £1k a year with everything included), and one of the Wordpress websites on it got infected with malware. The first I learned of it was the whole VPS being 'suspended' causing all websites on there to disappear (many people therefore upset). After finally getting a reply from A2 and getting the server unsuspended they didn't say why it had been shut down initially and shortly thereafter it got shut down again. They then said it was because malware was bombarding the SMTP server, so they blocked the SMTP port (should have been a reasonable temporary solution). Then they suspended the server again (3rd time in one day) and it took them over 12 hours to reply. I had to chase them this morning via live chat, which didn't help either. So I upgraded to their expensive 'priority support' at which point some non-technical person said they had over-ridden the suspension, and this uptime then gave me just enough time to remove the malware. Then the server went down again. And now I am waiting for a reply to my priority support ticket to get the server unsuspended so I can have another look at the problem. It's funny really how a 'managed VPS' solution that costs £1k a year gets suspended without notice or warning as a result of something they can't help resolve. A2 is not helping me by repeatedly shutting down the server, they are actively and enthusiastically hindering my efforts to resolve the issue in good faith.
