They always give you support and it's easy to use

Sometimes servers go down, but they try the best to fix the issue asap.

I have 30 employee and they used to fill a database in Excel sheets, then I had to made reports from that mess. Now I create a web app that recollect the data For me and exports the reports!

It's up to date technology stack for hosting

The support is iffy. More than one time you get support staff who don't seem to have a clue or don't seem that interested in helping you. And many times it just takes so long to get good support even though they claim to have "Real Hosting Support, Real Smart, Real Fast", which in my experience is only maybe half of the time.

It actually had a section for Indians. And prices are very fair with a lovely uptime, speed and plus, you get access to tons of features namely Python.

Solid, basic web host. Provided prompt refund when I decided it wasn't the host for my particular needs.

Delivery of services was sluggish. Minimal human contact. Had to open a ticket to get anything done. When I spend more time trying to get my web hosting configured and optimized than doing web development, I know I need another host. The CPanel was geared toward WordPerfect users and was an annoyance.

Needed subdomains for testing.

They are in the low price niche so you'll save a few bucks. If you're willing to pay extra for better service A2 ain't your best choice.

A2 has once again farmed out their support overseas. Prima facia that's not terrible but the people doing their support have no experience and have no capacity to understand customer needs.

They have super marketing, so I was deceived by this

In their shared server everyday my websites were down about 20m - 60m they tech support convinced me to give VPS plan. I bought. when buying technical support, she said that from a purchase to a working server with the transfer of all data it will take a maximum of 2-3 days. But in real ti takes one week and without any migration, I were manually migrated my data. but this is nothing compared to what we have encountered later. Our VPS server are still down since 23th april. Already 11 days. Company not answering a tickets. Our business serious damaged. Now, they had deleted all complaints in comments and posts 400+, and disabled possibility to add new. This company sure not going to restore clients data, and going to get new customers, and need to hide their problems and reality.

March 2019 all servers in Europe are down for 14 hours April 2019 windows servers in Europe are down 3 days now, they cannot give us backup copies, and they cannot tell us when they are going to fix the problem. Websites, eshops , emails are off, truly disaster for us and our clients. Stay away

A2's customer service is second to none!

I have yet to find anything to dislike about A2!

My websites and email accounts no longer stop working like they did with the other hosting company.

There was one instance where I had to advise a tech support rep to review the communication trail because it did not seem like he had.

Migration of my domain registrations, web hosting and email. The primary benefit is that they are patient with no technical customers like me and I have noticed improved performance (loading time) in my website.

Used A2 to host my optimized websites. A usual 12 pager wordpress site with a few not so busy Joomla blogs. I loved the fact that A2 kept all my websites updated, with latest patches both for WP and Joomla

Nothing really, but my company had tieups with Amazon S3, so moved it later there

Made it very easy to deploy fresh websites with included Softaculous. Included cpanel made website administration very easy. A2 wasn't as speedy as previous VPSes, mainly because I went for a shared hosting instance this time. But the tech support was speedy, compared to previous self managed VPS

The Hosting Service i like most. The Site Loading Time in it is one of the best service of a2hosting.
