The cost of hosting is pretty competitive but you get better support than competitors. Also, the interface to manage hosting, set up servers, SSL, etc.. is far superior.

Price can be a little higher than competitor pricing. The support queue can be a little bit longer than other places.

I use GoDaddy for hosting my own and several client websites.

I like how reliable GoDaddy is. Getting someone on the phone who is knowledgeable and courteous is always easy with them. I've NEVER had a bad customer experience or a problem they couldn't resolve with just one call. I also like that the system is VERY easy to use and the support you get from them helps you learn new things so you can stay up-to-date with technology.

Some of their prices are a bit high. Yet, you get what you pay for. I also dislike the fact that when they upgrade their products you sometimes have to start from scratch or pay them to transfer the all the information on your site. They might be a bit more expensive than other providers, but they are defiantly worth every penny!

Reliability is the absolute 1st benefit that gives you the ability to integrate an effective marketing campaign. The support I get from this vendor gives me the ability to spend less time on tech stuff and more time on other aspects of my business. I've leaned a LOT from their support team and I've been able top keep up and in many cases surpass my competition.

All the tools and the simple of the navigation to work.

When the system is down or problems with the transfer of servers.

GoDaddy hosting save me time with my company to integrate different hosting and domains of the company.

Their hosting service is very outstanding. I never experience any downtime in my site. But what I like most is their constant reminder about my account. They frequently sending a summary account of my account. And also includes promos that made me purchase 3 domain names.

The lack of tutorial how to set up the domain name. Most of the tutorials I see are from other users. I hope they can maximize their products by adding tutorials. It is a good market to entice people to buy their products.

We have a blogging site that use for marketing purposes. We put there our feedback and experience and our visitors uses it. Having a site looks very professional. Choosing GoDaddy as our hosting benefits us in our budget. It is very much cost effective

Simple interface, you can host many websites and I've never had any downtime or speed issues.

Nothing I dislike. But my websites are mainly low traffic (for presentation purposes), so I can't comment on the performance when it comes to high traffic sites.

I can have my hosting and my domains in the same place. It's cheap and easy to use.

They have a wide range of prices depending on the kind of website i am creating.There is a plan which i always use called economy plan which is for only 3 dollars per month so for all those who are just starting out their career and need a portfolio this plan suits you well. Also they have customized plans for wordpress and installing any application only takes a minute whether it is wordpress, drupal or magneto.

Using godaddy hosting for large scale websites is really expensive, so it is a good option for small-to-medium websites that only use limited storage and bandwidth.

They have a simple and easy to use control panel which any one even not software developers can get familiar easily with it. For example when i make websites for clients, they feel comfortable using it. There is also a very useful feature which allow you to upgrade you plan resources with only one click this was very helpful when i was working on the backend of a website for a conference, and in the middle of the conference there was a huge traffic on the site so it went down, fortunately when i upgraded the bandwidth at that moment, the site took only one minute to get up again.

GoDaddy is very straight forward and I have transitioned from another platform to host everything on GoDaddy.

I am fairly new to using GoDaddy, and I have honestly not found anything that I particularly dislike at this point.

Domains, websites hosting, email marketing, and SSL Certificates. GoDaddy allows us to have everything in one central portal which is ideal.

It's simple, easy, and helps me make decisions quickly about sites that I can use and what's available. When I needed suggestions and help, GoDaddy made it easy for me to do this and to think of (and see) other options that were available. This really helped a lot!

Not sure that I "dislike" anything. I go there to get websites and it works.

Media Temple is the next hosting and domain service I've used. Their service is second to none, they were able to help resolve a few PHP issues and upgrade my core language quickly. Database setup was really easy and administration was great as well. I'd highly recommend Media Temple to anyone who is looking for a great host, you definitely get what you pay for.

I don't have much to complain about here, but their domain records page is a little confusing and not as intuitive as other providers. It's definitely not a deal breaker and even with this issue I'd still recommend them, but if I"m being nit picky this could be better.

I was able to host multiple sites on a shared server. Even though it's a shared server, everything worked great and was reliable and fast.

By far the best feature of media temple is the support staff! They are on point and it is a rare pleasure to deal with them on the phone ( rarely things go wrong). The few large clients we have that use Media Temple have a high volume of web traffic. If you have a series of websites or business that depends on a high bandwidth I would trust no other vendor than media temple due to the reliability of their network and servers. Yes, media temple is expensive, but if you take the stability/reliability of your website seriously it is worth the extra cost. The developer tools are also REALLY top tier- again you get what you pay for.

The cost, would be the only minus. If you plan on making a small website with little traffic ( a portfoilo, wedding website, small restaurant website, ect) I would suggest using a cheaper vendor because you won't be utilizing the full potential of their services.
