BlueJeans is a tool that, in my opinion, is really useful. It has several quite versatile and convenient features at all times, among them is the option to share a screen when giving a presentation, what I like most about this feature is that it is possible to share only one application and hide the others (for privacy) or by selecting the screens you want to share (if you use multiple screens). The user interface is quite clean, which favors the full understanding of the platform without prior training. It is not an obligation to have to download and install the software to be able to enter the meeting, since you can easily enter the meetings from the browser. The videoconferences are really easy to create and to enter in addition to having an incredible audio and video quality at all times. Another really valuable function is the option to record the conference, it is a feature that I see really useful for those meetings that are very important or long, and thus watch the recording at any time and with more tranquility, even to send it to a coworker who did not attend the meeting and thus be aware of everything.

Sometimes the connection is delayed when there are too many people (generally more than 15). I ask for an easier connection for people outside the company, who do not have the application installed. I would like BlueJeans to have a lighter version, for poorly trained computers. For the rest, I feel satisfied with the use of this platform, and the truth is that this software is perfect.

The entire organization uses BlueJeans, and it is because BlueJeans is our favorite videoconferencing software. We use it as the main tool to have meetings with teams from all over the world and the use is daily. As we have multifunctional equipment located in different cities around the world, the need for communication is very important, and Bluejeans has facilitated and helped a lot with that. Thanks to its mobile applications, I can attend a meeting at any time, even if I am not working during work hours or elsewhere. Some of our clients use BlueJeans and we also use it for internal meetings. With BlueJeans meetings are now easier to carry out, saving us time and money, since it eliminates the need for physical meetings in certain places, now I can do it from the comfort of my home.

I work at DHL and this is one of our favorite meeting and video conference software this is because the high quality video meetings connecting many participants, using many different devices, with a great sound making the experience the best we can get. With Using BlueJeans forget about the problem of devices or operating system compatibilty.

In my experience using Blue Jeans i don't had so many problem but one of the most common i had was when more than 20 person was on the call and the sound started to fail sometimes, also the video started to fail as well, it may depend of the conecction but also when i had a good conecction it happened some time, so the conecction should be one of the point they should look at and try to give a good experencie even with low conecctions.

BlueJeans helped me in getting be hear as clear how if i was in the same room with the persons on the call, that's is all because of the great sound sistem they have, making the experience excellent. The easy acces to the plataform form many devices and operating sistems togheter with the many tools, solved that incompatibilty problem of many persons.

The technology of this software is super impressive, it is an easy to use, very reliable tool, with very high quality sound and images. What I like the most is it integrates with Google Calendar and we can add a BlueJeans link to a meeting invitation when creating it. I also like it because I can be in contact with multiple people at the same time having little delay in their responses. And something very convenient is that I can copy and paste a link with another team member to click and join in seconds.

I can't find anything that I don't like about BlueJeans, I can only suggest that I would like it to show a pop-up message or something similar for those people who want to connect that says they should mute their microphones and cell phones, and this is annoying when people want to Join a conference and others should listen to the sounds around them.

By using BlueJeans, it has allowed us to coordinate communication and activities more easily and quickly without the need to spend hours planning important meetings. BlueJeans is being used as a collaboration tool between several teams within the company, this has helped us to address communication problems while we are only on the phone, exchanging videos from desktop screens facilitates information collaboration and there is no misunderstandings within the teams.

BlueJeans goes way beyond standard voice and video calls. We can interact in several other ways including chats, entering notes, assigning tasks and other project-related information. The archiving feature is much more advanced and make the meetings easier to absorb in shorter times later. Instead of having to watch simple meeting recordings from start to finish, we can watch video with highlights and transcriptions that are often easier to look through to gather information quickly.

It's probably not a surprise to most, but an advanced meeting system such as BlueJeans does come with a higher cost than many other meeting solution on the market today. I do enjoy having all of the interactive and productivity features, but there are many meetings where we only require basic calls and not even chats.

The main benefit for me, since there are many meetings that I don't actually attend, is the robust nature of the meeting highlights. I can get to all of the critical information of many meetings and have a better understanding of what's going on in several areas of our business at any given time. The meeting platform is also very helpful for me to connect with team members that I don't often get to see in the office. We can diagram and outline key details of projects as much as we could with live drawing tools.

BlueJeans is an application that offers videoconferences in excellent quality from my point of view, where you can connect with many members, I use this program to make video conferences of the company where I am currently and now for me it is among the best with a very good interface done, nice to watch and very intuitive or easy to use, one of the most outstanding things is that you can use it from Android, PC, Mac or IOS so you can make a video conference from wherever you are without having to take a laptop or being near a computer, also at the time of screen sharing I can write on it with very good options to explain some topic, I like to show is my connection status to verify if this is reliable or not and the quality of videos At the time of Streming it is extraordinary and do not suffer in some functions like other programs.

I only have one complaint, I have heard so much "welcome to Bluejeans" that the voice ends up getting tired, this program has been very useful to me and I have nothing more to say, now it is part of my package that I take everywhere for video together.

I can make video conferences from wherever I am without carrying my laptop, everything has begun to be easier thanks to this program.

I love about bluejeans the user interface, where you can share your screen and see the other attendances, and with a bar you can easily toggle the size of each screen to view (either the speaker camera or the screen) You can also record the session and share it really easy.

Permissions and user access is not as easy to have, you have to pass a bigger process for the company to create you an user

We do conferences on the company all the time, but some of them are people trying to teach other people how to use a site, software or process.

BlueJeans es muy buena plataforma pero lo que me disgusta un poco es al momento de la videoconferencia tiende a congelarse el vídeo y el audio falla un poco, por la carga de mas participantes en la conferencia pero si se logra hacer la videoconferencia.

BlueJeans beneficia en muchos aspectos, funciona muy bien con nuestro hardware de la empresa y la oficina y su amplio almacenamiento en nuestras conferencias y en la participación de mas integrantes en la videoconferencia usando así diferentes dispositivos móviles. El problema que estoy resolviendo con bluejeans es que otras plataformas no me permite esa conexion de otros dispositivos con otras personas a la misma vez para lograr asi una reunion y presentacion de nuestros productos y sistema operativo

The mobile application often remains frozen and can do something a bit frustrating for one. If a person enters the meeting, his speaker is instantly enabled without that person knowing, so he can see them walking, the noise of his mobile phone, etc. Also, if my headphones are already connected, many times I have to disconnect them and plug them in again to work with Blue Jeans. In general, I have not encountered other problems, the program is good.

We like the ease of use, quality of the meetings, and the flexibility of the platform to meet our business needs. Blue Jeans is quick and easy to deploy to users with some technical proficiency. We are also able to handle large scale meetings with over 30 participants seamlessly. I also love the contol I have over the meeting,and to monitor connection issues, mute participants if needed, to record meetings, and also the ability to set moderatorless meetings.

I would like it if we were able to have more control over meetings with the mobile app. Blue Jeans did work with us to add some features that make things much easier but there are still more I would like to have. I would also like the ability to change my background like you can with Zoom.

The ability to have our team members quickly huddle, its bridged the gap for our people that work from home or that are out on the road, allowing them to easily share their screens and collaborate face to face with excellent quality.

How easily to integrate with outlook devices & outlook calendar amazing, Bluejeans also offer a free trial that is very feature rich and I would really recommend using that before you make your commitment with bluejeans, There is no limitation to add participant i have tried all communication application but i feel bluejeans provide you an option to add more than 100 people in one call also screen sharing is one of the greatest feature which is quality of advance collaboration

It is fast and rarely it hangs . I have used it for most of my interviews and it's was pretty good.

The one thing I didn't like was the interface If they introduce a new mode like dark mode and make more better design of interface it would be amazing.

I like that when making my lectures for this software the audio is excellent and I can be connected with my colleagues from other places so they are in another country or state is excellent the audio helps me to give my talks without any problem

I dislike the quality of the image a bit, it is not so good that they could improve it, and when it comes to passing files from the cloud it is a bit slow, so that it was a little faster and easier to find

It has helped me a lot with my talks and at the same time giving lectures with different colleagues

Particularly something that displeases me of BlueJeans are 2 things: 1) the cost of the license and when the call ends I close the chat and I would like to stay there, I do not present more disgust since in the same way BlueJeans has filled my expectations.
