He tenido problemas en lo que se me ha afectado mis conferencias durante largos períodos de tiempo al quedarse colgado, dismuyendo la eficiencia en las reuniones remotas con el equipo de trabajo.

Sometime i faced little hiccups in the audio calls, as when i use microphones, the voice gets distorted and not clear, as i am using bluejeans now from a long time so definitely need the resolution of such issues, voice quality is the very big feature in any such kind of software's and it should work as expected always.

Being a installable image on the OS, it did not work with Ubuntu when i tried last time. Instead a OS agnositic any browser based support will be helpful

I like how easy it is to include a BlueJeans link in an Outlook meeting. I have several meeting a week that I use BlueJeans to either spectate or participate in and it has definitely increased both my productivity and connections.

It can be difficult getting BlueJeans going in conference rooms sometimes. When there is an issue on the presenter's side it is disruptive trying to get it corrected. We often spend a few minutes at the beginning or middle of meetings trying to troubleshoot. That being said, a lot of that is likely user error.

BlueJeans is great for connecting with people at other locations. I also use it to dial into a meeting when I am too busy with work to leave but am able to watch on my second screen. I've been able to build peer relationships with people completely remotely using BlueJeans. It is an invaluable resource during the transition to exclusively working from home during the CoronaVirus pandemic.

Es una aplicacion Excelente y muy apropiada para los usuarios ya que se adapta a tu manera de trabajar, no tengo ninguna critica negativa al respecto de BlueJeans.

I like how smoothly it integrates into systems like Google Calendar and the onsite screens/systems. Also, the variety of ways to access - computer, mobile app, phone, etc.

I think not fully understanding how it syncs with the in-house Cisco systems is frustrating. Also the limit of attendees on individual accounts since I'm a sales trainer and could have 2-200+ people on the line.

We have 3 different sales offices (and 10-15 remote reps) it connects; being able to share slide decks in the call and record them if someone can't attend is amazing.

User interface was very easy to navigate. I was able to play around and quickly utilize it's features even without going through any training about BlueJeans.

I initially disliked where video camera is turned on as default. As I go through using it, there seem to be a setup that could change the default setting so everything is good.

Video Conferencing. Connecting to all other members of the team across the globe. I was able to realize that working on different time zones seem difficult but I was able to get to know the team better as we do video conferences.

Bluejeans gives you the ability to meet using any device (VC System from your office, Smart Phone (iOS and Android), Tablets, Windows or Mac Laptops of plain old voice Phones. The video and audio quality is optimized for the device and bandwidth. The ability to share screen and video makes it a big plus The ability to Share Screen using an HDMI Cable from the Meeting Room OR use the Pairing option of your Meeting Room System with your Laptop are convenient options.

Bluejeans does not allow the ability to control another person's desktop or screen. Some of the other tools offer this. Bluejeans is also slightly expensive and a new kid to the block.

My company moved to a Video Conferencing ONLY collaboration method and Bluejeans was the best option among all the tools available. (compared with TeamViewer, Webex, Skype, Zoom, etc.) Now our team can join a meeting from the Office or Customer VC System, Laptops, Mobile Phones, Tablets and even callin from a phone.

I have connected to Bluejeans using their Desktop, iOS and Android Apps, the features and connections are seamless. The UI is intuitive. I like the video storage on the cloud feature.

When you connect to Room System, they had a 5 digit/char code system earlier, now it has been discontinued offlate. I miss the feature.

It is a Collaboration tool, it fits its need well.

BlueJeans is consistently easy for me to host web conferences for my job. The screen sharing always works whether it's in the desktop app, mobile app, or browser. I like the layout of how you can see all the connected users and tab away if you need to see the entire screen.

BlueJeans doesn't always work well in all browsers and I have needed to instruct users to try a different browser if they aren't able to download the app on their machine due to firewalls.

BlueJeans helps my coworkers connect from across the country. We're able to have productive meetings in an hour that could have taken days over email. I like that as a host I am able to mute participants' microphones and cameras. This comes in handy if there is background noise.

Desktop version is amazing: easy to login, stable, the "share screen" capability is great, audio quality as well.

The screen view is sometimes confusing...

Bluejeans is a great tool for working at a distance in companies like where I work, since we can hold meetings or work sessions with people who are in different places and it works as if you were in a real room. I really like that it has a mobile application and also that you have the option of connecting via telephone, not only by link. It is very easy to use the system, it is not necessary a great training, it is quite intuitive.

What I don't like very much is that the link connection is not as stable as connecting by phone, however I understand that it also depends on the quality of the internet connection. It seems to me that it is quite complete and that it has many advantages or benefits.

Bluejeans has worked for me to carry out work sessions with other coworkers or with clients, since it allows us to share the screen and it is possible to give support, give explanations or make the presentation of some work while the meeting is taking place. The other benefit that I also like is that access is possible from mobile devices and works perfectly. We do not need to be on a computer, but it is possible from any other device.

Overall best experience with BlueJeans which support cloud based video conferencing for our official meeting and even we can share any content while meetings. We can connect any participant across the globe.
