easy to use reliable Plug in for outlook.
Sometimes, some circuits are all busy. Need to wait to connect
Lot of meeting solving problems
The clean, blue interface and the smooth interactions!
Not able to take screenshots during meetings or presentations.
Meetings and Video Conferencing! Everyone is just a ping away!
Like the crystal clear and crisp audio with great features available when driving
I have not really faced any downsides of using blue jeans
Really easy to share screen and do design reviews even though we are working from home
How easy it is to use. Great for my organization to collaborate with the team.
I have not had any issues with BlueJeans
Staff do not have travel to have our meetings, especially now with the Covid-19 virus.
I personally enjoy how easy it is for new clients to join meetings. We can easily direct them to the site with the meeting code as required. The app will download and launch the meeting with minimal interactions, which is great!
Sometimes, new users will have issues disabling things like camera and microphone, but everything else to the app is quick and efficient.
Alot of the times bluejeans is used is to review issues that users tell us about, and also to use the Remote Control function. This is done to allow for debugging processes. A huge benefit is that we can let clients take control from their side without making a real account, and just having the app.
BlueJeans has a very easy to understand interface. It incorporates user-friendly controls and uses a straightforward approach to conferencing.
BlueJeans takes a simplistic approach when assisting clients in setting up audio/video calls. I would like to see a few more customizable options especially when it comes to setting the start and end times.
My company has benefited from using BlueJeans since we have satellite campuses located in different regions around the world. It allows us to connect with individuals that would otherwise be impossible since geographical obstacles exist.
It's very easy to navigate, the interface is user friendly and very intuitive, I can share my screen easily with my audience, the setting is easy to set up. I love this platform!
only 20 participants at a one time, sometime we host events with a larger audience
video conferencing with my clients, and they find it easy to use too!
Bluejeans is easy to schedule, invite others, and is a very robust platform. It can handle many simultaneous users. I've had many calls with 20-70 people. Being able to control muting, video of others is useful. It is very convenient and fast to schedule a new meeting, and the app automatically emails invitees and places the meeting on their Outlook calendar. I regularly use Bluejeans to teach class during the COVID work-from-home period. Students seem quite happy with the platform. It is easy to find and use the control buttons to mute, to show/not show video, or to chat.
There is nothing I dislike about Bluejeans. Any failures or frustrations usually derive from internet connection signal issues, not the app itself. One improvement that I would suggest is to make it easier to view the chat window while sharing content. When I am sharing a powerpoint presentation, for example, and in presentation mode, I cannot see whether students are writing questions in the chat window. A function to allow this to be viewable would be nice. My ad hoc solution has been to take the powerpoint out of presentation mode and bring it to the foreground in front of Bluejeans, and reduce the ppt window to 2/3 the screensize. This way I can see the chat window behind it. But this does not allow sharing the presentation at full size.
I am using the app to stay in touch with my teams at work, including mentoring graduate students, teaching courses, meeting with other faculty, and meeting with collaborators on projects. This includes collaborators who are in other states and even other countries.

BlueJeans has been very easy to use: setting up meetings with calendar links has been fool-proof. The easy click to link into a meeting if someone has to come in and hasn't received an initial invitation is really handy. It's also helpful to post the link for students as a reminder just before our virtual class. The virtual classroom/meeting space is easy to navigate and I love that anyone can very quickly share a screen, carry on side chats, or drop into a virtual chatroom.
I don't like having to add email addresses--would like our shared contacts to be easily integrated. The chat side bar is difficult to see when you are in shared screen mode. I would like to be able to have the option to see all my students right at the beginning or ending of a session. Right now can only see nine in the gallery.
The immediate virtual classroom environment need was HUGE--BlueJeans fulfilled this without doubt. Truly, saved our bacon! What is a great benefit of the virtual classroom is that the quieter students are definitely participating more, and it is great to see how relaxed students are when working from home!
It’s integration with outlook and the ability to record and retrieve recordings
Inability to use text as a personal room id
It’s allowing us to connect globally
I enjoy the ability to send out notices to schedule a meeting. It has made life much easier as I can put it in my calendar, invite other people, and see who has rsvp'd all in one place instead of having to do all these things separately.
There is really nothing I do dislike. I have been using it over the past year and I have not found anything to dislike. If I had to be picky, there is a slight disconnect from the web browser and the computer application like having to go to the web browser to look at recorded interviews.
During this pandemic, it has been great to still continue meetings through bluejeans. The app has been easy for all to use no matter how technologically well they are or not.
Its very easy to create a meeting and getting into it
I dont have nothing to critic to bluejeans
HR projects going on
Blue jeans is easy to use for group projects where multiple individuals have to share content it is not dependent on the host to enable this functionality unlike other platforms. The recordings are easy to access and easy to share among users. Finally the tools available to highlight information in the documents I am presenting is generally easier to navigate in blue jeans as compared to other platforms.
recordings are stored on the cloud for 365 days it would be great if rather then delete old recordings if they could be archived or if the user can be notified with the option to download the recording before it's deleted that would be appreciated so that recordings aren't deleted with no notice.
group collaborations and group presentations are great and easy to do in Blue Jeans
Super good performance even with thousands of people watching
The interface could be a bit more polished - it looks very corporate.
Working remotely.
Easy to use, convenient, quality is great, simple platform, can join as guest if they don't have an account
I can't share audio. I wish there was an easier way to share audio on the device versus having to download an extension
During distance learning it has been a great help to stay in contact with teachers and staff members. Since we are a huge school district it makes it easy to have virtual trainings even though we are 100 miles apart.
The simplicity and anyone with a link can use, they don't need to sign up to use. I don't have issues while on the call with either video or sound which I used to have with other services.
At this time, I have found nothing I dislike. Prefer Bluejeans over Microsoft Teams and Skype.
Meetings with co-workers that work remotely, meetings with vendors and clients are now very easy to create.
the versatility ( can be used by room system, desktop, laptop, phone )
I don't think there is something I dislike
faster way to communicate across diffrent time zones, convenience is use it while travelling. increase the interactivity of the virtual meeting through share tolls options keeping the video on
BlueJeans is an easy to use platform for setting up meetings, webinars and classes as well as just one-on-one phone calls. It works well with Canvas from within that system and exports nicely to all email systems and straight into Google Calendar. The recording features are intuitive and works well. A bonus is being able to set up and record the event to start without a moderator present. The system also lets the participants take turns sharing screens without hosts being designated at the beginning.
The only complaint I've heard is that only nine participants can be "pictured" at a time while other programs have a scrolling system or will crowd many more faces on the screen at once.
This is definitely a "trial by fire" since the University was shut down with shelter-in-place orders due to COVID-19 in the middle of a semester. Classes and office hours as well as graduate seminars and defenses and meetings of every shape and size were instantly converted to "on-line." BlueJeans has fulfilled all needs to date and has been going strong for a month, to date. An added benefit is to have all my meetings come up chronologically in the system so I can tell at a glance whether I am missing something.
The ability to schedule appointments from inside the app.
Not being able to have a virtual background, like with a green screen.
I am solving the ability to schedule meetings and teach classes. I'm benefitting from the virtual whiteboard and screen sharing with ease.
