I dislike the disparity in quality between BlueJeans Meetings on native desktop and Bluejeans on web browser. As someone who prefers using web-based software systems as against desktop based tools, because of the inherent network issues and configuration requirements ,I would had preferred a Bluejeans software which gives me the same video meeting experience (in terms of available features ) on desktop computer and on my web browser.

Bluejeans is the preferred tool for video conference sessions in my department. Because of our use of the Bluejeans platform for video based communication , it has become a lot easier for different teams within my department to have team meetings and real-time collaboration sessions , regardless of the physical location of their members.

I like that I can speak to a human right away instead of navigating a loop of frustration with bot chat that never lets me speak to an actual human. I was locked out of zoom account for over two months because they kept sending a login security code to an email address I wasn't getting emails to. I ended up having to cancel my credit card to stop them from charging me and never got to speak to a human to resolve my issue. Blue Jeans is the opposite, I got to speak to an actual helpful person named Mark who resolved my issue immediately. BlueJeans has all the features of zoom, is much better value and has made it super simple for my guests to log into a new platform or access it through their browser. While I want them to be even more successful than zoom I hope they never lose sight of the value of their customers getting to speak to real live helpful humans.

Within my organization, BlueJeans is the most used platform for video-based communication and so far, it is flawless, making connecting with third parties easier and increasing our productivity. What I like most about this video conferencing tool is the clarity of audio and video it has and how easy it is to organize or attend virtual meetings for different scenarios; we have used it for everything from meetings to discuss and collaborate on projects to making presentations to superiors in the organization and clients. All departments use it for different purposes. One of its best qualities is that it can be integrated with many third-party tools, determining daily productivity, teamwork and audience outreach.

If there is one thing I could point out, the integration with Outlook could be improved, as well as its user interface, which I consider outdated.

The best part about Bluejeans is its quality audio. The reception of the parties talking and the clarity of output. Sometimes we need to figure out the pronunciation by lip movement, but it's not the case here.

The call needs more data and it also needs consistency. Sometimes we need more than quality calling, but also in case of fluctuations in data it should drop quality of call instead of freezing.

It's only about quality meetings that we want and the software provides the best solution for that. The sound quality and clarity is what the benefiting factor is all about.
