Super easy to video conference with multiple locations and share my screen
sometimes the screen share lags when I'm trying to show animations
Ability to coordinate with a geographically diverse marketing team
I like how clear and smooth the video is!
sometimes the sound "stutters" a little bit
video conferencing. people work remotely and we have to talk face to face.
The BJ distributed local numbers for calling in when a participant is outside of the USA, particularly if a participant is in South America
Not having the ability to mute a particular session and or run two separate session on two screens. Sometime the app get stuck behind a proxy/firewall but other time it works ok.
Conducting work with remote colleague in different time zones.
BlueJeans is very efficient with rare interruptions in connection. Calendar integration with recording feature works wonders with large audience. Its best suited for teams located internationally. The GUI is also commendable with easy to access AV settings and chat options.
Nice to have: Document sharing with a variety of file types. Possibility of sharing MoM or a cloud to store only meeting info and share it across users.
International team meetings; large audience - recording feature to provide trainings & view the recording for self-learning later on.
User Friendly and integration with Outlook.
Don´t have volume ajustment in Blue Jeans
A lot of Global meetings for differents projects. It avoid a lot of travel to do meetings.
Easy to use even for untechy users, easy to record, share the screen, administer.
A bit expensive when compared to Zoom since there are no NGO prices.
Replacing costly trips.
I'm always pleasantly surprised that screen sharing works so painlessly. Compared to Skype/MS Teams, I also find that the Bluejeans connections are a lot more stable. I also find the Bluejeans plugin for Outlook incredibly useful to drop meeting info into email invitations.
The interface can be a bit clunky, and I find that in-browser use can be difficult compared to using the desktop app. I've found that in-browser Bluejeans crashes more often.
My business has offices in India and Singapore, and BlueJeans has been an invaluable tool in connecting staff and teams across these offices.
i love the compatibility with my iphone app, mac app and the browser meeting. i also love the online availability of recording. the interface is more intuitive that some of the other ones out there. i have been using it for quite a while now. also how it syncs up wiht my calender in my macbook to show my the list of all meetings that have invite is awesome. the quality /ui of interface is definitely more fancy that a other ones.
only a few times i have seen that some companies have blocked all sorts of things in their machines and bluejeans won't show up but mostly it works.
general meetings, demos, dev meetings , etc
It’s easy to use and not a lengthy installation for mobile or desktop.
It has had some technical issues with buffering during a video conference.
Connecting employees and enhancing the video experience overall.
Convenience and single click platform. The product allows for great global cross platform communication distributed across enterprise
Chat inconvenience. Convenience and single click platform. The product allows for great global cross platform communication distributed across enterprise
Global team and solving communocation issues
one click set up, very simple and easy to use
We don't have any challenges, I would like to see easier security so when you have back to back calls the folks coming onto the new call can not be part of the previous call
large groups sometimes over 100 and the program is clear and everyone can easily follow along
connectivity
N/A
Able to connect with associates from all over the world
The easy way to get in touch with someone else no matter how far is
Maybe the updates disappoint me since have to be performed very often in my opinion
Video conferencing meetings to discuss important matters that help us to take the best decisions to solve them
I use BlueJeans for work and it is by fart the best program that we have tried. I have used multiple tools for video and screen conferencing, and this never gives a screen lag or audio distortion
Nothing to dislike! This is a great program and it works like it should
This helps me connect with all my customers and allows me to share my work with them instantly.
The ability to connect face to face with leaders across a large geographic area.
It limits attendance to only 100 people. When trying to connect several districts it creates a challenge.
The ability to visually inspect remote locations and better walk through problems with remote locations.
I like that you can easily set up meetings with your own personal meeting ID.
I don't like that sometimes it takes a while for the person joining to get connected onto the call.
Working with remote teams is a lot easier using blue jeans. It makes meetings seamless.
We've been using BJ for as long as I've been with my company (2.5 years). Whether I'm in the office or working from home, I've had good success with the software. It keeps users engaged, generally does not require a lot of bandwidth, and is effective for a company the size of mine.
2 things-- one, the name. We've taken to calling it "BJ" in our office, and you can imagine the plays that gets. Secondly, I would like it if you could copy and paste from the chat room. It's really annoying to have to open up Microsoft Teams or Outlook to copy a URL someone should be able to post in the chat room.
We are spread out over 3 offices, plus 50 people that work from home. We cover 4 continents, and we've been lucky that we collaborate as well as we do on the Blue Jeans platform. I personally prefer it over Skype.
Its intuitive, not hard to set up apts, easy to track daily apts etc
Sometimes there is a delay, but that could be internet connection more then the app itself
I have been able to expand my business practice using this with Shepell FGI allows me to work with clients across Canada in real time face to face!
Easy access, reliable audio and video, screen sharing capacity, video conference capacity.
The phone app does not always work. The computer app does not automatically link to USB headset
Conference calls. Screen sharing is great.
Easy to use. Share all types of media, video, audio, screen.
I would say reduce the number of steps needed to join the meeting
Communicating with team that work remotely
It is easy to use, customisable with local numbers in invites, and always works without any technical issues.
It would be nice to have an enterprise account that can have multiple rooms at the same time, also would like to customise the Bluejeans url to be our company name.
We’ve cut down the number of onsite meetings, which eliminates travel time to clients. International clients also get more FaceTime.
The Outlook integration plug-in is invaluable. I love scheduling BlueJeans meetings directly through Outlook. Then, when I open BlueJeans, it shows all my Bluejeans meetings scheduled for the entire week. This feature, in and of itself, is a life changer. I love seeing remote team member's faces during our conference meetings. To me, it is just as useful as physically being in the same location. Additionally, we each take turns sharing our desktop or application. Speaking of which, the ability to share just the browser, a specific application, ...or often times when doing a demonstration of technical software implementations, my entire desktop, so team members can see the steps in their entirety. It is also a great feature to specify which camera, speakers and microphone I would like to use for the session, in case I grab the laptop from my docking station and go mobile.
I am seeing few issues with version, 2.10.263. The only thing that happens is during large group meetings, we nearly always speak at the same time to questions, because it is hard to tell who's facial expressions show they are about-to-speak with the small video windows.
We routinely have meetings with individuals on both sides of the country....and also with India. The problems we solve have no boundaries. It helps integrate our teams to such a degree that we no longer feel the need to travel as often to the remote locations. I feel as confident accomplishing my job via BlueJeans as I do when we sit together in a conference room for a week.
The Chrome extension is ridiculously easy to use and makes calendaring virtual meetings much easier.
There isnt anything I've disliked this far.
We have a lot of teams spread across the US and do business internationally very frequently, making it difficult to all be in one place and communicate. Blue Jeans makes it easy to bridge the gap.
No special drivers needed, works easily in Linux
The way it's linked into our Canvas LMS, I have to add a special cookie exception for a bluejeans site.
Using for Master's degree at GA Tech OMS-CS program
I love that there is an online component to BlueJeans that doesn't require me to download it resulting in a phone call with IT.
It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use all the different features on the website version of BlueJeans but this may be because I haven't used it more than 5 times.
I am able to have student meetings when students are not here on campus. I love this because it ensures that my case timeline continues to move forward so I am resolving cases in a timely manner and my supervisors are happy because cases are not taking too long to investigate and close out.
Ease of use and connectivity. Training personnel to use Bluejeans was very esay.
Nothing - all positive. We experienced no issues with using Bluejeans.
Experienced no problems
clean user interface easy to use not too complex features
difficult to find at this moment. good experience with the tool
working with development teams
Mobile app is great- can easily dial in from a calendar invite that has a link attached. The BlueJeans mobile app pops right up! Most reliable video conferencing software I've tried, including GoToMeeting and Zoom.
Some of my clients have difficulty dialing into BlueJeans when they don't already have the software involved. I wish it ran in a browser more easily instead of having to dial in with a phone or use the BlueJeans application on their computer, which they often don't want to install.
More reliable video conferencing to connect with customers. Fewer calls dropped, higher call quality, than other solutions.
Hd video quality and audio. Easy editable options
Expensive H.323 port subscription and not showing price on website
International trainings and meetings
All my audio and videos calls gets scheduled through bluejeans and the service provided is highly appreciable.
Nothing as such..I liked all the features.
Multiple calls scheduled at the same time without any impact on the performance..
