Lo que mas me gusta de Blue Jeans es que es una herramienta de comunicación que ofrece una excelente asistencia de gestión de videoconferencias basado en la nube, que hace que sea factible realizar reuniones de alta calidad, conectando a un gran numero de usuarios de manera simultanea a través de múltiples dispositivos.

Lo único que me disgusta de la herramienta Blue Jeans, es que en ciertas ocasiones, cuando las videoconferencias contienen de manera simultanea un gran numero de participantes, las mismas suelen presentar problemas de resolución en audio y video, haciendo que la comunicación entre los usuarios sea ineficaz.

Blue Jeans es una herramienta de comunicación que brinda una gran variedad de beneficios a sus usuarios, destacándose por ser un instrumento que permite realizar videoconferencias de alta calidad así como compartir escritorio con cualquier otro usuario que se desee de manera segura y eficaz. Asi mismo, Blue Jeans contiene una agradable e intuitiva interfaz que permite que su manejo sea muy fácil y cómodo, ya que no posee ningún tipo de configuración complicada. Ademas, posee servicios de videoconferencias por invitacion instantánea, basada en la nube. Blue Jeans, permite que sus usuarios puedan agendar en el calendario, las videoconferencias pautadas, con recordatorios personalizados para gestionar futuras reuniones en linea.

I do research which requires collaboration with co-investigators in different locations within the US, as well as outside the US. Bluejeans has been pivotal to the success of our research. It has not only facilitated meetings with multiple collaborators but we share documents and edit these documents in real-time.

I like the flexibility BlueJeans offers to sales person. I can share my screen and make a good presentation with customers worldwide. It helps me scheduling more meetings as I can stay at my desk to present.

Sometimes I face some problems regarding the video/audio quality, but nothing that impacts my presentation. It is the only improvement I See.

Time, for sure and agenda flexibility. I can connect with lots of people from everywhere and anywhere.

At one touch, I can be in a meeting, almost face to face, with members of my team. Unlike previous platforms which require passwords, meeting numbers taking time. I just have to turn up on time, not 15 minutes in advance. It works! And I like the sound quality.

Sometime the conference room hardware has failed (we have installed cameras and base stations. Then we can fall back on the laptops. In one conf room we have 2 screens - one large, one small. Seems odd that we project spreadsheets on to the small one (which is too small to read) and dedicate the large one to showing people's faces.

Sales meetings, team weekly catch up meetings, ad hoc meetings with my dispersed (geographically) teams

I think the tool is very user friendly, the icons are easily seen and located.

Im not a big fan of using the app on the phone

easy to use by using a url and the interface is very straight forward. Performance has been very stable with very minimum issue. Audio quality was good also.

Mainly I use BlueJeans for video conferencing with colleagues, vendors, and customers from remote locations. Sometimes I used it for IT support. Overall I love the product.

Collaboration and information sharing

BlueJeans is my all time favorite application for chatting, and for calling Audio and video this is best , we can integrated it with our required application and can use it from mobile desktop and laptops, i am as a technical person and there are a lot of training session held in medical center so i can easily join meeting via bluejeans from anywhere

As i watch something there is an audio issue might be there resources allocation issue

To join meeting via remotely BJ solved my problem so now i don't need to go on side just one click and join the meeting globally everyone in our organisation used Blue jeans and takes benefits , we did not find any issue within during meeting, thats why i have rated it 10 out of 10

BJ is easy to manage, the interface is clear and perfectly blends with my Calendar. The quality of the voice and video is always good, also when 2+ people are connected. Last BJ is a good solution for mobile conf call, without desktop.

Sometimes the dial provided to connect by phone do not work from the land line and I have to call it from mobile.

BJ is an all-in-one application, it gives you the possibility of having extension on your computer and smartphone, being able to send messages to your colleagues, calendar sync, share documents, screens, video conferences and recording.

Nothing as such as this has been good tool for official work purpose

The sharing service. I would like to have the possibility to share the screen and not only the program.

First, I like the friendly way to schedule a meeting, the resources available to make the communication more efficient and finally, the system is very reliable, working fine even with low quality international connections that we experience in some places.

Honestly, I don´t have important inputs to improve the system. May be the resource to search e-mail addresses when you make invitations for calls could be improved.

In my job I deal with teams in several different location and the teleconferences through Blue Jeans are very useful, making possible a fluent conversation, also sharing information in the screen with all participants.

My organization chose Blue Jeans because the connections are reliable, it offers the capacity to record meetings (we require this documentation), and it's possible to share screens. The icons are intuitive. My meetings are generally very successful; if we have difficulty connecting, it is generally due to a weak internet connection in the country of my meeting participant.

Ideally, I would love to have a higher resolution of the video, for a crisper image. However, in general I am quite satisfied with the functionality.

We are using Blue Jeans to interview candidates from countries all over the world. In the interviews, we evaluate their English proficiency. It is important to keep the video record of the interviews, and occasionally we share the videos in order to collaborate on an evaluation, or for training purposes.

BlueJeans helps to mitigate the transactional distance between teachers and students and among students for online learning. It is helping to build a virtual community among the students in an online class.

Really easy to use. The Outlook schedule feature to plan a meeting is really usefull. The share screen option is already a real plus. The mobile app of Blue Jeans is very smooth and make this tool a must have.

There is no real aspect of Blue Jeans that I dislike.

BlueJeans have a high quality of in terms of communication and it is very easy to use such software. It has quite comprehensive functions concerning file sharing, recording, Q&A, etc.

Bluejeans can hold a limited amount of people (about 100), so it might not be good for a big conference. In addition, BlueJeans sometimes have display problems in that sometimes reviewers are not allowed to see the videos in a different browser.

I used BlueJeans to hold office hours with my students. I think in general, BlueJeans has done a great job for the meeting.

Quality of video, audio and stability during calls

Connection through mobile is sometimes rough, even when on WiFi networks instead of 3G. Had a problem with dial in phones in the past

Meetings with remote teams from London and Portugal. Biggest benefit is to easily access the conference in room or through desktop (mobile is unstable as I mentioned before).

The way it is integrated with Google Calendar and all the hardware in our office makes our life easier

I like both the PC and the mobile app. It allows me to choose one according to my needs. The option for save data on mobile is good too. Screen sharing works great too (with other apps you can't read the screen you're sharing). Also the record feature is very easy and works great too!

So far i haven't found anything that dislikes me.

Remote meetings are so easy to run. Also, with the integration with google Calendar, you create the meeting on the calendar and the meeting is also created in BJ. You save time with that. Recording feature is also very useful. We have teams in different geos, and recording a meeting allows us to share the meeting with people who can't attend due to timezone issues or any other inconvenient.
