Administrative control and transparency into the inner-workings of video/audio calls is bar none.

There are very few things one can dislike about BlueJeans.

Internal and customer meetings

This is one program that has many different functions for us. We use it as a class room setting, conferences and one on one meetings.

I do not dislike anything about this program. There are just do many video conferencing programs that you have to find the one that’s right for you and your business.

We are solving many problems with this app. Problems with video conferencing and webinars.

Quality, speed, no delays, clear and no issues 4 years now.

Meetings almost as good as face to face

I like the simplicity of the tool, when I do share the BJ link to anyone who is not familiar with tool so far, I do not need to explain how it works, everything is clear intuitively!

BJ add-in sometimes is unreasonably disabled on my outlook and it requires re-install.

I am on daily basis speaking with my team in Europe by video from different locations and external partners across all over the world! And that is great!!!

This is a powerful, flexible tool. The ability to SEE as well as hear the others on the call is a vast improvement over the typical "audio only" conference call. And screen share is fantastic.

On occasion, with the latest PC version, the meetings don't sync up correctly.

This platform makes everyone feel as if they're in the same room....even though they're sometimes thousands of miles apart.

Bluejeans has made meetings easier, conferences easier, and if you want to conduct an online classroom or session it’s really easy to see the person speaking and the board or whatever tools they have.

I don’t dislike anything about bluejeans, I think this is one of the best video conferences, or online classrooms .

We have started using the BlueJeans product as it worked in the regions where the governments tend to block all the VOIP products. Not only did BlueJeans allow us to re-connect with our customers in these regions but they also improved the quality of the video conferences. The deployment is very simple - configure the user, get them to log in and you are good to go. Can be done without any external resources in small and medium organizations.

At first our customers were a bit put off by the product name. They had a hard time understanding that it is a legitimate product. All the doubts were gone after the first great videoconference.

VOIP availability in certain regions of the world is an obstacle that BlueJeans gracefully overcomes.

Super easy to use, easy setup for users without IT/technical background.

Used the service for a year and really didn't have any downsides to it. I would recommend it to anyone needing a VC solution.

BlueJeans allows users from large corporations that are geographically separated communicate with each other as well as anyone outside their company. It's a great service that anyone can use.

Very easy to setup and use. Love the fact that you can set your code to be whatever you like. Also, having an app makes it easy to dial in when you are mobile!

Requires really good bandwidth otherwise the audio/ video quality suffers. Also, sometimes has lag issues when using in larger conference rooms where the video on-screen has a little lag vs. your laptop screen. Lastly, wish you err able to share your mobile screen when using the app.

Has tremendously reduced travel. It has helped us collaborate across geographies seamlessly and has made sharing of content easier. It also has improved team morale as it’s now easier to have “face to face” conversations daily!

Easy to use and simple for scheduling future meetings or quick on the spur connections with colleagues. Being regionally based, ideal tool for maintaining and improving communication, ensuring efficient use of time and reduced travel expenses. Layout is cool, image quality and audio are super on the desktop and mobile devices. Screen sharing is a great tool for helping discussions and aligning dialogue.

We need to develop better VC etiquette, to ensure all can participate more. This should be the moderators role, however it can be difficult between different cultures and nationalities. Not being able to schedule from the desktop App, with BlueJeans opening in a different browser can be difficult, although linking to the Outlook calendar is a real must have.

Reducing travel expense and more effective use of time is a huge benefit. Allowing contact with customers across the globe, is a huge benefit and means more effective project progress.

Top notch audio quality with DOLBY. Screen sharing and Video conference.Easy to use with very nice interface. Also the support is very helpful and answers promptly. The interface especially on the latest version is great and very ergonomic.

Sometimes there are bugs like restarting Outlook when updating Outlook plugin. But most of the time it works perfectly.

Deployment manly as the per-user installs in the company are pain to remove.

I've only used BlueJeans for remote interviews and the results have been astounding. Clarity of video and never any issues with sound or glitches.

I can't think of anything I dislike about this product. My experience has been nothing but the best.

The business problems we are solving with BlueJeans is the need to interview candidates from remote locations. It is not financially prudent to fly candidates in for interviews, so BlueJeans has been a perfect substitute. The benefits we've realized have been that we are able to get a feel for a candidate without the cost of flying them in.

You can quickly organize a call with a client or a colleague even if not in the office. Video conference system without the need to have a video conference system in place.

BlueJeans has really simplified our global audio and video conferencing environment. I head our global infrastructure team and used to spend a lot of time fielding complaints about how conferencing solutions were hard to use in meeting rooms, didn't have a sufficient mobile app, or had bad audio or video quality. We went all-in with BlueJeans about 9 months ago and it has literally changed everyone's perception of conferencing overnight. It has also turned out to be a great way to share screens. We were having users with issues sharing their screen over Skype for Business with our teams in India and other locations, and BlueJeans became a great solution to that problem. The best part is that the audio quality is MUCH better than anything we've used before. Video is great but is also dependent on a lot of factors (camera quality, lighting in the room, network connection, etc.), but audio quality is the thing that just has to be great. Whether participants are on their laptops, in a conference room, or on their mobile device at the airport, we are getting great feedback from the users that the conferencing quality is great.

It's not great a sharing videos through the video conference. For example, slides and static content is great, but if a presenter tries to share a video, it can sometimes be choppy. BlueJeans has some solutions for this, like pre-loading the content or using their Events solution, but on-the-fly video sharing is something that could be improved. Not something that happens a lot and is a challenge for all video conferencing providers, so not something that should scare anyone away from BlueJeans.

We were looking for a solution that could: - Serve as a very high-quality audio-only conferencing solution for people joining from phone-only rooms or dialing in remotely - Provide a reliable and high-quality video-conferencing solution since we have have offices in 30 countries and face-to-face collaboration (without lag, etc.) is critical - Identify a solution that works well in a heterogeneous environment of mobile devices, PCs/Macs, Cisco meeting rooms, lower-cost "huddle" room VC units, etc. - A solution that is easy to use and doesn't require a lot of training and binders in every conference room, etc. Users want to just walk in a room, press a button, and join their scheduled meeting All the benefits above were realized. It's honestly been a while since I found a solution, UC or otherwise, that lived up to the promises of the sales team, but BlueJeans has exceeded our expectations.

I currently use bluejeans to provide training on a data collection system to over 500 individuals. BlueJeans allow all user to easily access all trainings easily and without errors in connecting. I have used other platforms before and experienced at least 3-4 issues with site accessibility. Once we changed to this platform, it is intuitive to use, join, and participate. I have loved this platform.

Nothing! This platform has addressed all issues I have had with other platforms (e.g., connectivity issues, problems accessing the site, muting participants, etc.)

We conduct many trainings remotely. For my current project, I must train court and provider staff using this platform, all of which are remote (I'm based in Philadelphia and these individuals are based in Ohio). In addition, many staff are coming from areas with limited wifi capacity. In other platforms, this resulted in the system not uploading correctly or spotty at best. BlueJeans has proven instrumental in addressing these issues.

We love that we can have investor calls that feel like we're in the same room, it's an amazing tool and huge savings on travel when we aren't able to travel to see investors.

Love that I can message on BlueJeans during a meeting or share my screen to present. It makes it easy to add a conference number since BlueJeans generates it for us.

Sometimes the load time to get into a meeting takes a bit longer than expected. Not a horrible thing but if I had to pick one, this would be it.

Benefits are complete ease in setting up client meetings and adding them seamlessly to my calendar.

It's easy to set-up a call on BL, simple to connect to and when you have back to back calls that helps tremendously your day and your business.

I switched from a different video-conferencing software and am having a much better experience with BlueJeans. The connection is clear, it's easy to follow the various speakers, and it's easy to use the chat function to collect ideas that pop up during the discussions. I've been very pleased with the product and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable, clear video-conferencing program.

Haven't found anything yet that I dislike. It's especially good at making sure the speaker is featured up on the main screen while others are visible in thumbnails.

I host video chats with people around the country. BlueJeans easily brings them together and allows me to conference with people in very different locations.

I have to do meetings with people all over the country and sometimes from abroad. Everybody likes especially because of works at a mobile

It works well, every time, in multiple environments -- whether I'm working from home, the office, or on the road. It meets or beats standard functionality in similar programs. It's as good or better than similar products I've used.

Nothing really comes to mind at this point. Early on, we had issues with our anti-virus/malware software conflicting with BlueJeans. That was irritating but we eventually figured it out. Dialing in from our Polycom conference phones is a pain.

Ability to keep my remote team feeling connected through visual/ nonverbal communication despite the miles. Helpful for screen sharing as well as ease in navigation and usage. Partners are easily able to connect due to the intuitiveness even on first time meetings.

Some minor gripes with regard to audio cutting out and video lagging depending on your internet speeds. Not sure that there is a way to avoid

Connectivity with remote employees is great, whether it's sales and marketing collaboration or via developing creative assets with remote designers.

Performance and design! - I feel that all these 2 fators are very important and they´re handled very well by bluejeans.
