Having so many tools to use, it can become a bit complicated to master everything; however, using the platform, you get used to it and adapt to the use. After trying Bolt, you can't live without it anymore.

CMS is very user friendly and easy to use to upload content and images in the news pages. And the second important thing the huge number of features in CMS that help us drive more users to our website.

According to me, all is right if I face any issues in CMS then contact the tech team they are very supportive and solve the issues at the same time.

Having been on a free platform for long, we were looking for an opportunity to scale up. With Bold, we have been able to introduce many new features while also scaling up our operations.

The team is very professional and quick to respond. They were able to make very valuable design and implementation suggestions up front, and later on responded to pending issues very quickly.

There are some constraints, which I'm sure they are working on fixing. For example, for some post types, there is no rich text editor, and one has to use html tags for formatting, etc.

They have built us a website that (a) looks super (b) loads fast (c) has the features we need and (d) is much better at SEO than our old site.

The sorting/page management feature on mobile needs improvement.

As a journalist, have been using Quintype to file all my text pieces and video stories. This simple proforma is accessible and easy to use, just like blogging on any platform.

It is easy to understand the various aspects such as meta tag and anyone, reporter or cameraperson, can use the CMS with such ease. Really helps to preview the final layout. Saving and conversion to otehr fomats like video and photo stories is so easy.

I have worked with several organisations before but their content management systems have always been slow, quite difficult to understand. But Quintype has been so easy to understand and they constantly innovate.

It is very easy and handy to file stories and using multimedia formats. The workflow makes it easy to manage stories.

There is some enhancement required on editor dashboard.

Everything was cluttered and complicated in old CMS but after moving to BOLD our newsroom is more streamlined with Print integration. We have send a decent growth of website traffic as well.

The CMS is specially designed for news organisations. Although this wasn't much of an issue since most of the things that we wanted in our site were there, it would be nice to have a more dynamic CMS to suit nonprofits and other kinds of organisations.

Quintype has been super helpful in transferring content from our old website and creating a new one for us. We are now able to update most parts by ourselves, and they are always available to guide us through any issues. Their customer support is fabulous!
