Brand24 is my favorite tool for listening to my audience. I run a popular Twitter chat and use Brand24 to see who my most engaged participants are. I also use Brand24 to track the performance of marketing campaigns that I do for brands and for my own business. Brand24 also allows you to track conversations around specific keyword phrases in your industry so that you can FINALLY see those invisible and often ignored mentions of your product or service category where you can engage with potential customers who are discussing your product or service. This allows you to answer and questions and build on that know-like-and-trust factor.

The only thing I dislike about Brand24 is NOT being able to export "sources" -- or the people who are mentioning your brand or who are engaged with your hashtag.

This is the BEST tool that I've found to measure the performance of specific campaigns that I do for brands. My clients find the reports very informative. I'm a publisher, so I'm not sure that it's increased my business, but it has helped me tremendously in serving my clients.

I found Brand24 really simple and intuative. It definitely helped me track my brand mentions and I can certainly see the value in using it long-term. I'll continue to recommend it to my audience.

One issue arose when Facebook blocked Brand24 in 2019, preventing the ability to view company mentions on the platform. However, since that time, I have not encountered any further issues or problems.

The most remarkable function is to collect mentions

Email, text and notification alerts are the best part of Brand24. We've caught so many crises early because of them.

The sentimate tracking could be improved

Before Brand24 we weren't able to accurately track brand mentions or crises about our brand across platforms and had little to no warning when a crisis on social popped up.

I love that I can find mentions of my brand or name on social media and on blogs and the web. It's easy to set up and have the reports emailed daily or weekly. The mobile app is awesome too so you can respond to mentions even more quicker.

The starting price, I wish they had one level down for beginners who try the platform.

I have found mentions for my clients and myself that I would have not otherwise known about. Google alerts only show you what is mentioned in news not on social media or blogs.

Brand24 picks social media posts region-wise without including any irrelevant ones. Easy for projecting the mentions with customized dates.

Sometimes we need to select the date range twice to get the correct data. If this bug is fixed, Brand24 is awesome.

Instead of manually monitoring the social media, Brand24 does that in matter of seconds.
