Brand24 is really good for tracking mentions of your business across social platforms with decent customizations available to filter out only your business and not other similar businesses.
Smaller companies aren't willing to pay a lot for the ability to do this so I have a hard time selling this feature to clients.

The advertising cost of the reach was probably my single favorite stat, and the only place I have seen it, but using a limited version for a trial is just not what someone wants and I easily within a single day had hit the limit for twitter so just not fun to try
The limitations. Like not even being able to download a pdf copy? Just seemed weird and could be easy to fix. People need to use a product completely to properly rate it
The social listening is cool. Overall I think there are better products out there that specifically do social listening, but with everything else that brand 24 does and the powerful social listening, I thought it was nice
This software provides comprehensive analysis for businesses. Brand24 gives me instant access to mentions about me and my brand on the web, it is an easy service and at the same time powerful. It has a clean interface and default reports. It's a great tool for finding referral keywords on social media, plus support can run campaigns and show you how.
The grouping tool is useful here, however the setup process is a bit challenging. Data download is not that great and another big issue is the reliability of historical data. Also, I hope that in the future I can add sentiment analysis for more languages.
It is a powerful tool that brings you closer to the people you believe, it has allowed me to track key topics in forums, on google and look at my competition. It gives me the ability to respond if stakeholders wrote to give feedback or ask a question, Brand24 is helping us achieve that by understanding where our talent brands lie.
The ability to use filters to gain helpful industry insights and of course the brand mentions allowed us to find comments and customers which otherwise we would never have heard of! A must for brand managers!

You can use Brand24 to find negative reviews on social media and try to make the situation right with the unhappy customer. You can also promote positive social media reviews.
Kinda buggy and UI is not intuitive either.

Simply put, the Dashboard is good. It's ability to quickly provide a once-over look that provides a quick snapshot of everything that's going with the social media profiles I and my team are managing. Also, importantly is the competition tracking on social it also allows. This is very good!
There are a few things that can be made better. Insight generation and sentiment analysis can be much better. It would also be good for the team to consider providing support with developing negative incidence sentiment audit & analysis reports as well as social media strategic measurement & reporting framework for same client.
I have used Brand24 as a social listening tool on and off for about a year now, and recently set up a subscription for one of my clients. We're also using it for cold calls and prospecting clients who have had negative experiences with competitor clients. It's also the basis for our Digital Analytics programme to help clients with decision making, audience analysis, as well as testing new Brand Advertising materials before launch.
They were helpful and accessible, and were always online. Very quick to answer questions. The price and discount for our research was great
The platform is a limited in its ability to provide demographics about the reach of the population. Isn't sophisticated enough to gather demographics but I understand that it is a limitation due to price.

Set up is rather simple and the pricing is decent for the basic plans. However, there are other programs out there that produce much better results.
Brand24, the Basic plan, missed a lot of mentions of our brand based on the key words that we set up with their team.
I was hoping to catch brand mentions that our Hootsuite account may not have caught, but a competitor was sending us marketing emails with mentions that Brand24 didn't catch.
Brand24 provides a lot of information and insight into who is talking about your brand. You can create projects based on keywords which allows you to join relevant conversations and stay up to date on target topics.
The UI is pretty rough - the site feels crowded and sometimes it's difficult to navigate. It's rather expensive for what's being offered and you don't get to create many projects for the lower price tiers.

The reporting has been our most used feature because we mainly use it to track our KPIs. We also review our mentions weekly to see who is talking about our brand, what they are saying, and if they could potentially become an affiliate or practitioner with our company. It is really easy to use and was easy to set up with a bit of help from our representative.
There isn't anything we have found that we dislike so far! We are not heavy users of the app, but it works for what our needs are at this time.
It is helping us find people and blogs talking about our brand online, as well as helping us track some of our KPIs related to marketing.

Brand24 provides very deep insight about your brand, and I really like on how they visualize the data. It's easy to use, the integration is seamless, and their customer support is awesome!

It shows me every mention across the internet for all the keywords that interest me. Its very easy to set up and choose the keywords I want.

I can see all media outlets, blogs and users on social who are talking about my product. They dont have to tag us to see the mention! In that way I can stay up to date of what's going on and my product's reputation
I found Brand24 really simple and intuative. It definitely helped me track my brand mentions and I can certainly see the value in using it long-term. I'll continue to recommend it to my audience.

Email, text and notification alerts are the best part of Brand24. We've caught so many crises early because of them.
The sentimate tracking could be improved
Before Brand24 we weren't able to accurately track brand mentions or crises about our brand across platforms and had little to no warning when a crisis on social popped up.
The tool itself but also great people on the support that is available, funny, and ready to offer their hand in any possible case - kudos to them! :)
Dislike it's a too strong word here - I understand that the lack of cancel options in the dashboard was based on business and UX decisions, but that was a bit confusing
