While using bravo I can easily see which employee needs a little help to shine. It is a great tool for boosting employee morale. I have seen that our company culture has improved and informed all employees about a little achievement of every second peer.
On the homepage where we share our thoughts and appreciate our teamate it should not be on the main page. I mean the icon also be added next to the home button.
In a big company many employees may have a hidden talent a no one appreciates on it but Bravo has solved this problem that now it can easily be highlighted on the bravo feed and everyone knows about the little sparkling of others and appreciate them for their talent.
My coworkers and I look forward to giving and receiving Bravos! The options for redeeming points are constantly expanding and diverse. Bravo makes it so simple to recognize team members!
The only setback I've noticed is the way names are entered into the app. I'd like to see more options for adding nicknames so that I can more easily find people I'm looking for.
I haven't used Bravo to solve any problems, but I have given healthy and honest feedback to my peers and received some from management on occasion.
Bravo is an excellent way to recognize and reward your coworkers. A thank you or appreciation note is nice on its own, but it adds a reward and goes a long way. And Bravo is doing the same to create healthy competition.
So far, it's great, but more brands and options for gift cards can be added.
There was a significant disconnect between departments, branches, and management. This has allowed everyone to get to know one another and quickly thank them for their efforts.
I like how you can personalize rewards and use GIFs to recognize others. It's a fun way of communicating in modern spaces. We've switched to a remote-first work environment, which has transformed our monthly recognition meetings into a place where we give each other compliments almost every day.
Bonusly has no drawbacks that I can think of. It is a simple and enjoyable tool. It is very simple to use once you get used to the commands. I have nothing to complain about.
Everyone enjoys being recognized for a well-done job, and Bonusly allows you to do so. It is nice to express gratitude and award recognition points. Before Bravo, it was more difficult to recognize people for minor details.
The best thing I like about this software is that I can easily create my weekly focus, tell others what I am focusing on, and quickly complete my focus. It helped me to stay in touch with the whole organization.
The only drawback for redeeming any gift or voucher is having a maximum amount of bravos.
The most apparent advantage is networking. It keeps me in touch with people I might not normally speak with.
We can easily like the Bravo posts, as it is impossible in other software. I like it when my peers appreciate my work, and I can easily share my achievements with others
The Bravos are limited in number and only for a month. From next month they don't add to our bravo points quota.
Bravo is helping me get to know my coworkers and overall company better because I have fewer interactions with other teams so it keeps me updated.
Bravos are great because they have a monetary value, and I can redeem them for services from partners such as Nando's and Spotify, and many more.
To get to a value of redeemable Bravos, you will have to accumulate a lot of them.
Teammates are familiar with Bravo and understand how to express gratitude to one another. It benefits me because it is simple and convenient.
BRAVO is easy to use and the platform is user-friendly. Our contact person at BRAVO has been great to work with and is very responsive when I have questions.
There are only two negatives about BRAVO - the first being the limited options for spending BRAVOs. The second is that the system gives an error if the @ symbol is not used before a user's name or if a # is not used before choosing a value. Many of our employees encountered this problem and were not sure why they were receiving errors.
BRAVO is working on adding additional reward options for employees to spend their BRAVOs on.
I like the dashboard where I can track the overall performance of my peers and easily track who is number one in the weekly competition.
Sometimes I did not like the competition as it created a feeling of hate in the team. I don't know if it is right or wrong, but I felt it.
I feel that Bravo has created healthy competition among the workers of our company, and now we can quickly onboard our teammates.
I have used this software for our inter-social interactions and found it very helpful. This product is just what we need to expand our team and give valuable Feedback to our team.
The number of rewards is less. I think more reward options should be added to the list.
Bravo is a simple product that my team enjoys using in collaboration with the marketing department. It enables our team members to be recognized by showing thanks for any effort."
