I have used Bonusly due to its user-friendly interference but it was not budget friendly. After that we moved on to Bravo which is cheaper and our team members and I can easily interact with its highly dynamic interference.
Customize rewards options are fewer we can only apply for a new platform for the redemption of awards and if the company finds it suitable then they automatically add that.
For me, Bravo saves our pocket due to its affordable characteristics and provides all the features that other recognition platforms have. So yes Bravo is a cool product with many good options and features.
We can easily like the Bravo posts, as it is impossible in other software. I like it when my peers appreciate my work, and I can easily share my achievements with others
The Bravos are limited in number and only for a month. From next month they don't add to our bravo points quota.
Bravo is helping me get to know my coworkers and overall company better because I have fewer interactions with other teams so it keeps me updated.
BRAVO is easy to use and the platform is user-friendly. Our contact person at BRAVO has been great to work with and is very responsive when I have questions.
There are only two negatives about BRAVO - the first being the limited options for spending BRAVOs. The second is that the system gives an error if the @ symbol is not used before a user's name or if a # is not used before choosing a value. Many of our employees encountered this problem and were not sure why they were receiving errors.
BRAVO is working on adding additional reward options for employees to spend their BRAVOs on.
Platform is interactive and easy to use. I like the Teams App integration.
It would be helpful to have a mobile app for our traveling employees. It would also be helpful to have a "How To" guide for those that are new to the platform.

The Bravo app was just released and I have not had an opportunity to look it over.
