What do you like best about Breezy HR?

I like that the system is very easy to use and navigate. I was able to jump right in and start using the system immediately.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

The small critique is I always need to enlarge the website to get certain functionality. Compress the data so it fits the screen when minimilzed.

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to take applicatant data from multiple sources and house it in one easy to use system.

Breezy is user-friendly and very intuitive. It took me a few days to become familiar with the functionalities and feel comfortable with the tool. The support is fantastic, and someone is always available to answer questions immediately through the chat.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

Data migration could be more efficient in terms of being able to download all the resumes in pdf at once in case we need them handy.

Being able to keep all roles and applicants in a very organized way.

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

There seems to be a new candidate on a daily basis on my computer. If I have an issue, I can get the advice I need to move on. I have tried other and always go back to use Breezy.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

Nothing that I can complain about. I do wish that it is required to put where the candidate lives to match them with a client. That would be so helpful and it would save time searching for a good match.

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Marketing for employees and filling a position with our agency. Saves time and money and allows me to be more productive in other areas. Increased revenue.

It has a solid UI that is easy to use and great for pipeline management. I love that they have a bootstrap version for smaller businesses and that it posts to multiple job boards.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

Could use more candidates at a faster rate, but all recruiters need that with any platform.

Posting jobs with a very limited budget.

Not sure how Breezy outreach to candidates. response and candidates just kept pouring in and great candidates.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

Nothing to be opposed. When a candidate applies, we receive a notification with their resume and a condensed form of it. This facilitates our job. To download resumes from another site, HR must log in to their portal first.

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Good pool of candidates and its in the portal even when i download it.

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

Every time I have a question, I just ask, and they get right back to me. Super helpful! Darren even sent me a video to show me exactly what I needed in reference to one of my questions! I appreciate the personal responses and the time they take to make them. It makes working with them a very pleasant experience.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

I was getting quite a lot of responses at first, but once I started a paid subscription it seemed to slow down some. It could be because I need to update my job postings on there though. All-in-all it is a great site.

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I need to hire many people, and they take a lot of the leg work out of it.
