It is quite flexible to access the Breezy HR system for uploading and contacting.
sometimes the status of the candidates will not get reflected sourced, contacting uploaded etc,.
sometimes it is a bit slow. But it will not happen frequently
I think the best parts of Brezzy are the easy to use interface, the modification options for candidate pipelines, and the integration with other recruiting tools.
I would prefer if there was a more robust option for exporting candidate information and resumes attached together. This function would make it easier to store and recall position data when i need it offline.
Breezy helped streamline my team of 6 recruiters as we grew in size and complexity of positions. This allowed us to stay in sync with each other as we managed 10+ positions on a daily basis.
It is visually appealing and very user-friendly. I am not in Breezy as often as others, but anytime I go back to it, it's like riding a bike.
Getting some of the templates set up can be challenging but once they are set, you are good to go!
Historically it has taken us longer to hire because of some of our inefficiencies (collecting notes, giving feedback, scorecards, etc.) but with breezy it keeps everything in one spot so at any point, anyone can jump in and view everything in one place.
Easy team collaboration during hiring for a role. I also like that all the correspondences regarding one applicant are integrated into one place.
The SMS option to the applicants hasn't worked for me.
Hiring skilled people is like a project. Breezy is like your project management plus all the other necessary tools that you need during that course.
The fact that everything is housed under one roof makes! From talent searches, to multiple promoting options, as well the reporting features.
Less automation than I would ideally prefer.
We need a platform that is easy for everyone to use. We have a few new hiring managers.
Their customer service is great. Breezy HR offers a great candidates' flow and tracking
I'd like integration with Microsoft Teams
GDPR flow; candidates' flow; ease of responses
We used breezy for finding hires and also managing the hiring process in one place. Keeping everything related to hiring in one place, departmentalization and Breezy tools, made hiring process much smoother for us.
I feel like I'm getting more leads when I post jobs directly from LinkedIn but I also experienced this with other recruiting platforms so maybe it's a LinkedIn thing.
We are able to track what our applicants are doing and also get new applicants, good ones, through Breezy's tools. It's helpful to keep our candidates organized.
Breezy supports these key features for me: 1. Emailing candidates from my own email address so it is a personal experience. 2. Everything is collaborative (my teammates can see all of the correspondence, etc.) so we don't have to ask each other for info on a candidate. 3. Interview feedback is captured.
I wish email templates supported a job title variable.
Efficient, collaborative, applicant tracking and hiring
I like how intuitive this software is to use. From the first time I logged into the site I was able to find everything I wanted, and all the features came as a present surprise. I found myself saying multiple times, "oh, well, that's really nice". The layout is smart and makes it easy to keep yourself organized between different job postings, candidates and your notes on each candidate. I love that there is a discussion panel associated with each resumé to easily tell my fellow interviewers what I'm thinking. The scorecard feature is also a great way to rank interviewees, especially when there are a lot of candidates to keep organized.
Honestly, there isn't much that I don't like about this program. It's met all of my needs, and we've successfully used it to fill several positions at our company.
Resume submission, review, organization, vetting candidates, sharing resumes amongst a group of reviewers. This software has allowed our recruitment team to collaborate when looking for new hires. We can all stay away of any individual candidate's status, and add notes and ratings for the rest of the team to see and respond to.
It's simple to use and really helps us keep our candidates organized each stop of the way!
Wish it was a bit easier to toggle between openings for a small business.
Helps me see all of my submittal one place and helps me see what stage each candidate is in. All so important.
The design + all the funcionality. Breezy is easy, almost making yoru work life enjoyable even in the most stressful days. We love the pipeline stages, the tags and the ability to contact multiple candidtes at once very very easily.
Sometimes there can be some glitches, but they can resolved in less than 24 hours. The chat customer service is amazing and super responsive. Every time someone get back to us with personable answers and solutions.
Tracking candidates + the ability of tacking notes, upload resumes, reference checks etc...
We use BreezyHR as a recruiting and applicant tracking software to post vacancies and manage candidates. It also provides the functionality to allow us to properly identify and report on the candidate diversity in our recruitment process and the source for each candidate, allowing us to modify our practices where needed.
The job posting can only have one location. Instead of cloning a post and creating the same posting with a different location, it would be nice to have the opportunity to post in multiple locations for one job posting.
We are solving the problem of having to manually track applications and send them messages by automated tools in Breezy. This ultimately saves our Recruiter time that can be spent looking for potential candidates!
The most user-friendly ATS I have used so far in my career! We all know those ATS required for you to put the great-grandmother maiden name of your candidate, super long and tedious and honestly useless well, Breezy is the exact oppositive. The most beautiful design user interface allows you to have excellent visibility on how your recruitment process is going and keeps everyone in the loop.💖
Nothing is perfect but honestly is understandable that they need to make some updates and that the system is down for a couple of minutes. I would appreciate it if we got a notification, but since its such a minor inconvenience, I don't mind😁
Keeping everyone in the loop and organized. Honestly, the amount of visibility that the design on Breezy provides you. You literally cannot lose or forget anything.
It's super easy to use! And it's affordable for smaller organizations who don't want to spend thousands each month on Indeed!
Nothing, really :) Super easy to set up and use!
We saved money with Breezy versus using the Indeed portal and sponsored posts. Big cost savings! We also finally have a combined job page (multiple companies). This has resulted in higher quality and quantity of candidates. It's also been great to be able to get my hiring managers involved in the process earlier.
I like how you can merge LI conversations to provide context to the TA team.
I don't like the fact that you can't undo notes nor have the option to tag someone rather than adding it to the comment section.
It helps us develop a talent pool, keep track of candidates' progress and if they're not moving forward it helps us know why by being stored on a specific stage.
Organization of tasks and overall setup are intuitive and easy to use. I like the pipeline format similar to a sales CRM. Facilitates large scale communication very easily with templates.
Would be helpful to have a CRM feature(s) that promotes activity with candidates similar to how Pipedrive operates. With multiple open roles and large amounts of candidates its very easy to let candidates sit or get lost in the shuffle. Also a dashboard or goals system to keep high level track of overall recruiting perfomrance.
Helps keep great continutity and involvement of others in the recruiting spot. Creates a hub for all recruiting activities and allows information about candidates to be shared easily. Gives us a long term resource to evaluate candidates and have a pool to refer back to.
For me, as a job seeker, it was very easy to use this platform. It allows you to apply for a vacancy using Indeed resume or LinkedIn, which makes applying easier. Companies can customize their pages, add specific filters. Also, the platform works extremely fast!
I didn't particularly appreciate that the page with the list of vacancies was not saving my location when I was coming back from reviewing one of them. But it seems to be fixed now, as I checked the platform last time.
I was using Breezy HR as a job seeker and enjoyed the experience with this platform - it is fast and powerful.
I like how easy it is to understand and to use. I like how they have it set up organization-wise. The information is easy to find and move around.
I dislike the fact that we have to manually input the information from Breezy into our HR system Rippling in order to hire people. We also had a glitch where one of the position pools had deleted all of our comments and placed them back to the first stage they were originally in. We contacted the support team and they said it was very unusual since the comments cannot be deleted, but we are sure that we had notes and had moved the candidate from the first stage.
We needed a system to organize our tour guide applicants and Breezy is the perfect solution. Breezy helps us keep track of all of our tour guide applicants in all 11 of our cities. We track applications , interviews, and training dates using Breezy until we have fully trained guides.
I like the multiple API solutions that breezy has available for us to integrate into such things are background checks as well as our payroll processing system seamlessly.
Will be nice to have the early adopters of the technology such as ourselves would have the ability to be grandfathered into the new evolutions of the technology versus having to upgrade our plan losing so the cost benefits we initially got for being early supporters. However we continue to invest in the software because of its versatility and are happy to support their team.
It has allowed us to be taken able to customize our own workflows cutting out the need for us to have a heavy overhead staff allocate to redundant task.
The pipeline/timeline to move candidates
I am neutral - I feel like Breezy is easy
It's easy to post across all platforms. It's efficient and saves time.
