I like that it is easy to maneuver through the software. I can run reports, perform detailed searches and have access to it on my mobile device as well.

There isn't much I dislike about the software. It is very user friendly.

I'm able to create lists, tearsheets, send email blasts and track all of my activity for clients. It makes it easy to follow up and create tasks for myself to stay focused on making money.

Integration and flexibility with other tools that we have.

Sometimes clunky to navigate around. I came from using Bullhorn which is my only comparison but I prefer Bullhorn's usability more.

Applicant Tracking and Job order tracking.

I love Daxtra search, it allows me to search the people who have already worked with us and it it really easy to use. Bullhorn keeps everything I need organized and easily searchable.

There are a few kinks, occasional I will search a person or job I know is in the system and it will not bring them up.

Bullhorn allows everyone to work together and have all communication with our clients and candidates tracked (our operations department included).

Search feature sometimes does not spit out the best results.

We are trying to reach our candidates as quickly as possible to meet to needs of our clients.

speed to market, ability to multi-task with this tool. The new search feature saves me time by searching one location for candidates instead of multiple searches on several job boards

Sendouts/Bullhorn works faster than other ATS I've used in the past. I like how many different ways you can source and search very specifically for location, key words, and recruiters ownership. Relatively easy to use and learn.

Occasionally glitching, but I think that's common with any ATS. Sometimes the dashboard doesn't show everything of all pending candidates which is my biggest and only true complaint.

Recruiting applicant tracking

Bullhorn is User Friendly and we enjoy our customization features. I have had great success as a recruiter accessing Candidate files with progressive resumes, notes and information.

I'm satisfied with bullhorn based on past Application Tracking systems.

Keeping track of candidates is helping our business grow. Also, I am a big fan of Bullhorn Blast.

I enjoy being able to easily use the reports and tying them into the dashboard so that our consultants can easily see their metrics. Plus working on the back end of JobScience is easy as well!

In the beginning we had the option to chat with Support in JobScience. I wish they would bring that back as it was quicker to get the answers needed.
