It's a pretty esay tool I didn't have any dislike for this Bulhorn

Everything from tacking candidates, uploading, and keeping everything up to date makes it easy through Bullhorn and can go about my day without any issues. Very easy to use!
As of right now, I would say maybe just running a bit smoother, but that could also just be due the computer I use Bullhorn on through work. Maybe just an update to get everything upgraded!
Tracking clients, inputting notes, leads, profiles. Everything I need to do on a daily basis for my sales role can be completed throughout Bullhorn with ease! No problems here

Being software developed specifically for the staffing & recruiting space, you could use Bullhorn right off the shelf if needed.
Early on, the customer support was that great (we are talking over 10 years ago now), but they have turned into a well-run, top-notch support team!
As any ATS should do it allows us to keep track of all of our clients, jobs, candidates, placements, etc.
It is so detailed in how it keeps track of information and notes. It's so easy to navigate and I especially loved how it kept track of everyone and everything I did in one place. It was a life saver.
I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like.
I was a staffing recruiter who managed multiple different clients and the applicants that applied for each of their positions. Bullhorn helped tremendously with keeping track of everything in such an organized way.
Best software in the staffing industry...
Logs you out sometimes without saving progress or open items you're working on like inputting job orders or contacts, company's etc.
Most it's a great platform and it really tied our small business together and created the best outcome for what we needed internally to stay organized, keep up with what everyone is bringing in sales and recruiting, alike and ultimately is the best tool you can find in the market to get the job done for your clients if you're a Staffing firm!
I've been using Bullhorn for over three years, and I like that they're always making changes to benefit its users. It's effortless to use and a great way to stay organized.
I'm not too fond of the bugs that this CRM has. I'll randomly have problems with this software. For example, freezing, logging me out, etc.
We've been able to use this database for mass emails and information to stay organized.
The side bar on Bullhorn is the best tool for notes! It also parses in resumes on most job sites!
I don't like that resumes can parse in and create multiple resumes for the same candidate
This makes it so easy to save resumes and make notes
It was very user friendly, had a ton of capabilities, easy to add candidates by parsing resumes, easy to track status of candidates.
We occasionally had an issue with Bullhorn going down, but it was always back up quickly.
I used it in Healthcare and Insurance recruiting, and it proved to really mold and fit whatever industry was using it.
