The ability to have meaningful reports on a candidate and client level. Salesforce, JobVite, etc. usually are more specialized on the candidate or client side. Bullhorn encompasses both nicely.

I wish you could export the data into excel and were able to manipulate it more for data visualization purposes. Also- I HATE the plug in Canvas.

We have been able to run analysis on best practices with job postings. For instance, best titles, time of day posted and etc.

Integration with vendor's vendor management systems and other applications like Text us, ease of use, easy to send candidates new opportunities, good UI/UX

There isn't much to dislike about Bullhorn, it is the Cadillac of ATS's. The only thing we struggle with is to use the functionality to it's fullest extent because there is so much to choose from.

Quicker candidate reach out, better documentation, good integration with other technology like LinkedIn, TextUs, etc. easy to reach out to candidates.

Bullhorn's ATS system really ties together all record types. From Candidate to Placements, Contacts to Jobs, and everything in-between.

Their support has seemed to slow down in response time, which is unfortunate.

- When adding a candidate with a name similar to others it will bring up all similar candidates rather than only candidates with exact matching fields. - Wish DocuSign could be connected to BullHorn with a Right to Represent feature

- When used daily it really tracks progress and you easily see the benefits. - Sorting by date of last contact for candidates so that recruiters are not doubling up on contacting

That it is a very easy application to use

you cannot hit the interview button and add another interview for the same candidate. You have to go select an action, click on add an appointment, and that might not let you link it to the job req. Not to mention to many steps in my opinion

Candidate tracking, posting a job, and able to source right out of it.

I use Bullhorn day to day at work. Not only is it easy to use but helps me stay organized.

I wish duplicate profiles automatically merged!

Bullhorn helps me keep track of my candidate pool. The benefits are that I can accurately keep track of candidates under each order.

Its easy to enter in all the required info for each client/contact. I also like that it keeps all of my contacts in one place and sync's directly to my outlook calender

the app, it is not android friendly however, it does work great for apple users

Getting more possible prospects as it allows for you to search the entire database of all from our company who use it and can see if they have made a connection with someone in which you can use as a way in with your new potential client from the same company. Its easier to keep track of everyone's sales activity as well

Our company partnered with Bullhorn about 6 years ago. I like that Bullhorn is continuously improving the product with enhancements and with the help of their partners.

I wish there were more standard reports and that Canvas training was more extensive. I also wish that there was stronger support and development for Bullhorn Back Office that we cannot use.

Our workflow has been streamlined making it faster to get resumes to our Clients.

How organized and how much you can keep track of is great!

Sometimes the site/system crashes, but other than that its great!

It is so easy to use and easy to navigate... so many great things about it

Bullhorn provides a single database to maintain all candidates from various backgrounds and industries.

I wish there was a way to filter candidates based on amount of experience.
