What do you like best about
Bullhorn ATS & CRM?
Access to daily needs for recruiters such as email, job postings, and candidate base.
What do you dislike about
Bullhorn ATS & CRM?
Very slow, doesn't have very many features, email doesn't sync with phones well, you can only access it on internet explorer, needs updated BADLY.

Job Board and application integration, and Salesforce integration
What do you dislike about
Bullhorn ATS & CRM?
When we signed up for the project, we were sold it as a customizable solution. Once we got our project manager that proved to be false. There are limites to what it can do, and we ultimately had to forfeit our initial investment of time and money to find a new option.
What problems is Bullhorn ATS & CRM
solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company wanted to do more than just have a simple job board with applications. They wanted to create a forum for applicants to learn and stay connected even outside the job hunt process.
