CaptivateIQ is clearly provides a breakdown of my commission check every month. It is very easy to log in to with our SSO. If I ever need to pull up old records I know exactly where to look.

The most helpful piece of CaptivateIQ is the user friendly dashboard. I like the fact that I can see my comissions breakdown per person who I am earning off of. I also like how I can see all past comissions and total year to date. I use it often, every week to check the comissions and compare this to the people I have recruited. The cusomter support was great as well.
I really dont see many downsides. We had maybe 1 or 2 instances where the comission reporting was wrong in Captivate, but im sure there was an internal reason why the reporting was not correct. Otherwise, I love how easy to use it is!
Bascially, its solving the problem of finding comissions and how/where they are coming from. CaptivateIQ breaksdown the comissions by each indivucal candidate by how much they are earning and how many hours they worked. I find it very benefical to see the reported hours, so I can check in if they are working under 40.
Regarding profit sharing, it can be a little tricky to track that you are being compensated correctly, but CaptivateIQ does all the middle work for you! I have used other programs, but this one stands out.
I am yet to discover a downside to CaptivateIQ. The only bump I ran into was quickly resolved by contacting their customer service team.

The ease is navigating through the site. Everything is simple and spelled out. Those who are not tech-savvy are able to use the site with no problems. Definitely top tier!
Thus far I have not had any downside to using CaptivateIQ Whatever you all are doing as far as in the internal company, please continue to do! I really enjoy the cute effects that happen when you open up the site and it explodes.
It helps to spell out what I should be expecting and has a breakdown of sales which makes it super easy and straightforward for myself. I never have to wonder am I missing any talents.

I love the ability to easily access the platform, and view down the sales order what my comissions are. It also gives me the insights into a predicated payout for the next month which is very insightful for my personal finances. It's also very easy to make a request to our adminstrator and track its progress right in the system.
It would be nice if the system had a direct integration into our CRM, Microsoft Dynamics. This would allow the sales order numbers to be live, so that if I had a question about an order, or wanted to see additional insights, I could simply click on the order in CaptivateIQ and view in real time.
It is helping me to have a central point of reference for commissions data and payouts each month. It eliminates any need to try to track down information regarding my comission payouts and gives me a place to reference throughout each month.
It is a great tool to track where you are in the month and how you ended the month with exact totals in real time. Our company has seem great success by being able to correctly track this information.
Would have liked there to be more training videos from captivate so our team did not have to spend time on learning how to use the system.

I love getting to use CaptivateIQ because of how easy and simple it is. I can easily audit my commissions and see how much I made from the month.
One downside is the breakdown of pay and incentives. Sometimes we have acceleators and it would be nice to see why I made what I made.
It's helping me to understand how much I'm getting paid based on the deals I sold.
I like that with CaptivateIQ, my whole team gets an automated scorecard for commissions and I have insight into all the scorecards being sent out. Makes my life easier and I know it makes the commissions team job a lot easier.

We are solving having to manually enter spreadsheets to come up with commission scorecards for the team. CaptivateIQ automates everything in an easy to read format. It's saved everyone a lot of time and headache.

We used to receive our monthly commission report in a Google Doc, and sometimes managers would forget to send it over. With CaptivateIQ, the process is so much simpler and automated. Plus it gives us an in-depth look at our commission payouts
