Deploying Cloudflare on your domain takes minutes, the peace of mind is priceless. To install Cloudflare, you enter the domain name, choose the plan and then Cloudflare scans the zone for known hosts, such as all the commonly used cPanel records. These are presented to you to review and then add your own records. Once you have your zone setup on Cloudflare , change your nameservers to the two provided to you by Cloudflare and you're done.
manually checking a large zone for missed records in the initial scan can take a while. By that I mean you can scan your zone and commonly used records are scanned quickly and easily, but anything that's custom or bespoke in terms of A-Name or C-Name records have to be entered manually. I'd like to be able to enter the hostname and have them look them up easier. I understand you can import a zone file, which I have not done yet - so that might help as long as you have access to the existing DNS. Many times we're setting up cloudflare and then having to co-ordinate with an existing 'admin' who won't relinquish access, that can cause issues.
faster DNS, content caching, WAF and centralized firewall. Benefits realized: a. peace of mind b. instant DNS update c. content distribution network d. WAF e. centralized blocklist of malicious actors and their IP addresses f. Visitor and traffic statistics
Unbeatable value on their free plan. I have multiple domains on Cloudflare's CDN and it works like a charm. Incredibly robust toolbox of tools to help protect your website.
Absolutely nothing to dislike about Cloudflare. Amazing services for free.
Free SSL certificates, force site to https, managing DNS, DDOS protection, caching, and the list goes on and on with new features being added often.
CloudFlare DNS is pretty fast to access, with 2FA secured login. The DNS features are really advanced, and offer a multitude of possibilities concerning the records update. Best of all, we were able to choose which record were to go though the Cloud (Secured CloudFlare) and which records were to bypass CloudFlare.
To be honest, in order to use custom nameservers, there is an expensive fee and package (Enterprise) update required.
Thanks to CloudFlare, we were able to securely mange our DNS records for our company's website, optimizing it's cybersecurity in the best possible way.
Totally plug and play, then your website gets faster and securer. 100% worth doing.
Very little. It can get very expensive quite quickly depending on your needs.

I'd struggle to pick between peace of mind (WAF) and Page Rules which allow utilisation of the edge caches, both are superb.
Honestly, some features arrive a little half baked. Registrar is an example of something that is great, but still very much MVP for such an important function we do struggle.
Endpoint protection and Cloudflare Access allow us to both sleep at night and easily allow authenticated access to private test domains.
I love that Cloudflare is offering a lot of services for free, so everyone can become a customer of theirs, with no exceptions and excuses of high cost service. Its simple to use and I love that they are constantly relevant and finding new way to surprise their customers - like the information that you can also register the domains with them
I don’t dislike much, maybe the support is not on point as I like it to be
I use Cloudflare for the DNS management mostly, plus the DDoS firewall. On the better performing sites we use also page rules.
Reduced bandwidth usage and peace of mind that customers experience will be fast.
I can't come up with any dislikes, the service works exactly as advertised.
Reduced bandwidth usage and much faster connections by our customers which isn't possible for our small company otherwise.
Being able to have domain registration, DNS, caching, and basic reporting in one interface is great.
Cloudflare has brought many new services, sometimes it can be hard to decipher all possible solutions.
I've mostly used basic CDN and DNS, network speedups using Argo, but going through the UI, there are many other services offered I could take advantage of in the future.
I like the most dns features, because you can find your all dns settings in one place. So you can manage your domain with cloudflare dns feature.
I dislike one thing is that the cloudflare app, ithing this is one bad thing for every cloudflare users. The app section of cloudflare here you can see lots of features by installing app on your site but many app has issues so that this is bad thing for a website owner.
I need a security platform that secure my site by protection and other site enhancement like free ssl, dns settings in one place and also i like the caching my site. Cloudflare is very good for my site, it secure my site and increase other improvements.
