My experience with cloud talk has been great. I have experienced no glitches since I have been using it. It does rely heavily on the internet though so the slightest disruption will disrupt a call.
I do not like that the client information for the next call appear after the call is being sent out and not before.
I am able to gain contact with clients from the USA and Canada and my call can also be returned

The friendly interface and the pretty short learning curve. Getting CloudTalk ready to roll was a joy coming from a more complex system. Just sign in, and you'll realize that everything is very intuitive.
There are mainly two things that I think CloudTalk could improve; the most important one is how it manages media (images). When getting a picture, the picture quality is terrible. The second is to improve the sms area, add the possibility to select multiple conversations and delete them and improve the search bar.
CloudTalk is my solution to contact guests, customers, contractors, investors, and everyone I need to keep my business running. I needed a simple and easy phone call system, and that's what I got with CloudTalk.
UI is super easy, and the product works as expected. Call quality is always strong. Support is always quick and responsive.
I think the mobile app could do with a bit of a refresh but aside from that I have no issues whatsoever.
Connecting with our clients
The app is user-friendly and you can use the service like a regular phone with a desktop and mobile phone app which is great for mobility. It has a great analytics dashboard too.
A few bugs and needs improvement on the reporting, being able to review expenses and more info would be great. overall is a really great up and I'm pretty sure this improvement are on the way.
Being able to reach possible customers anywhere in the world. being able to communicate and set up marketing campaigns either from SMS or Calls. Most of the services I've checked don't have this amount of features.
Integrates well with Hubspot, really easy to set up and not had any connection issues with calls.

Sometimes we do not get valid numbers from the cloud talk to make overseas calls An example to make calls to India we do not have a proper Indian number, Whereas for US and UK, we do have good numbers and connectivity is better.
The connectivity to remote areas like Uganda, Bali, etc was difficult. With cloud talk its seamless to talk to our clients and personally, the auto recording has made us review what was spoken previously and make we follow-ups accordingly. As a Sales person, this is our daily cup of tea

It allows us to easily distribute and forward inbound calls and helps dealing with all calls in an appropriate way. That way, no calls are left unanswered or forgotten about.

We have multiple phonenumbers, so getting messages from other sellers isn't optimal. Maybe just a setting issue? For example, randomn sms from numbers that are also in cloudtalk but from other sellers.
