I love that it works seemlessly and you can use it from any device that is connected to wi-fi.
I didnt encounter any issues, everything works well

It's features are always been updated making it a lot easier to use and an amazing interface as well. I am able to call through a hubspot interation easily I''ve been satisfied so far.
I have issues with connectivity at times, contacts do not seem to hear me due to this. I have issues where I automatically get logged out of my account even if I have not logged onto another device.
I am able to track calls, I am also able to create text templates that make my job easier. I am able to auto call sifting through leads and qualifying them mking my job easier. Gets rid of time wasters
Supports seems great, the interface is easy to use, I like the app how you just press to listen to calls. Seems very clear.
I would say it is more on the expensive side compared to others.

sometimes, with you dont have a strong internet conection, you could have problems to listen the other person and vice versa.
The user friendly interface is the best thing about cloudtlak, smooth interface quick access buttons that are very useful and the sms template is great tool as well.
The one thing I dislike about cloudtalk would be that you cant search the country by number only by name.
It helps us reach all our customers through out the world at very accessible prices, which helps us reach out to more people at a cheap rate.

Nothing I dislike about it, the only thing that can be a bit painful is the day of number migration.
Call center help desk solutions
Cloud talk is simple to use with intuative features that are easy to grasp and get started using. They have an affordable pricing scheme and it takes no time to get started. Their customer support team is superb and helpful and always gets us working again.
Not really a downside, however turning the recording off and on is a bit complicated. I wish there was a button that does that instead of typing in a sequence of code that is a bit complicated to do when in the middle of a call.
CloudTalk is the answer for reaching out to our leads. Qualifying leads becomes so much easier because with CloudTalk, we can call, leave messages and/or send SMS to the leads all in one app.
Good, clear calls in our warehouse where mobile coverage is spotty at best
The integration with Pipedrive could be better optimised but overall a very good system
The system is really easy to use and enables me to contact customers with all the information I need at hand
