I love how flexible it is and how much there is to use.

There's nothing really I dislike about it. It does what it needs to for what we use it for

The speed element is something Cloudways solves. It's quick and easy to set things up and isn't confusing.

I like the fact that I can set up a VPS server in no time at the best providers and control everything from one place. Server performance is great even on the cheapest machines, Cloudways leaves little performance footprints unlike Runcloud, for example, which consumes a lot of machine resources. I like the tool options like backup, machine and application settings. Support is also very good and competent.

I think the only thing I didn't like about Cloudways until today is the panel interface, I think it's pretty ugly and archaic. It's not intuitive where to find things. A good example of a dashboard that I find simple, elegant and beautiful is Runcloud's. Also having the best VPS providers is great, but being limited to these is also bad. This is another good point of Runcloud that you can install their script on virtually any VPS. Another thing, maybe improve the pricing system for agencies and freelancers. Instead of charging per machine, perhaps create price ranges by number of machines.

For me, the main problem that Cloudways solves is providing good VPS machines, at a good price and with the ease of managing multiple machines on the same panel. It makes it very easy to manage everything in one place.

What I like best about Cloudways, especially compared to other hosting services is the deployment speed, security, dependability, ease of use and affordability.

There was a slight learning curve coming from non-cloud hosting. However, that is not the fault of Cloudways. The only thing that could be a little clearer that Cloudways can address, in my experience, is the Cronjobs executing PHP scripts. However, I did figure that out.

I have been using Cloudways for two years and the available dedicated servers you can choose from (Digital Ocean, Vultr, Linode, and so on) and the performance of them is amazing. You upscale when you need more capacity when your website grows and receives more traffic, or when you expect to receive more visitors like during Holidays. With a few clicks, you can clone your server to a higher capacity one so you can be sure your website's performance will be up to the task to receive more visitors. You can easily downscale too. You also have a very complete knowledge base where you can find all the information you need to use Cloudways or if you don't find the answer, you are a few minutes away to get the help of a tech support agent. In the two years I have used Cloudways, I have noticed that the waiting time to receive support has been reduced, which is great if your problem is urgent. Overall, I have had a great experience using Cloudways and I highly recommended it.

The small downside I find with Cloudways is the fact that you need to pay extra if you want email accounts with your hosting, the good thing is that is very affordable and easy to implement.

They are in the process of solving everything website owners would need regarding their hosting. Here are the challenges I need not worry about when using Cloudways; Backup, Speed, Server logs, Customer support, Premium Cloudflare & security, and many others.
