ver easy to use, easy to implement into webinar by text or email invitation, hardly need customer support as it is so easily used. i use it daily 7 days a week, it's got the write simple to the point features and yo can easily integrate it to any computer browswer while you're working

there should have been a welcome webinar introduction to use the software

The ease in which I can share my screen and use it directly to explain my work or when asking for assistance, I can get feedback from visual confirmation.

I don't dislike anything about this tool. The only problem that tends to come up is lag, which is just Internet problems.

While working remotely, it makes it easy to learn by watching others' work and letting them monitor my work to make sure I do my job correctly.

In a few easy steps, I'm connected to my cleints and they get the visual representation of what I'm trying to convey.

Some times the clients don't receive the connection link and have to type in the link in the brouser bar.

It the the easiest and fastest way to share and present to customers. I will have to restructure my work day if I don't have access to crank whell

One thing I would like to to is share the desktop, not only a tab. That would just a plus to the benefits of using CH.

Visual is crucial. You don't remember so ethi g you never seen. Very important to establish a visual connection when working temotely .

First, it is free to use. Crankwheel has an easy process to get you set up. After setting up, you can fully customize your profile to include a landing page and your meeting link name. I love how you can choose what to share on your screen such as only the browser, full screen, etc. Also, you have multiple ways to get a meeting link to someone which is so convenient if one way is not working for the person you want to share with. I can effortlessly share my screen with a potential client in less than 30 seconds which is so important in my industry.

Honestly, I have not found one thing I do not like as of yet.

I can't think of something that I dislike about it. I had no problems using Crankwheel.

Anything that has to do with marketing, where I need to show the client something about social media or a training call, as well as showing website drafts when the client is unable to see them.

It is easy to use, no complications signing on.

Need to share my screen with clients. Sometimes the link does not connect them to the site after being sent to them via email or text.

The extension is so easy to add to your web browser. Just one click and you are up and running. Choose the best option for you and your client to share your screen, and off you go. Couldn't be easier.

If you don't use it in a while, you have to put your email in, and get a pin to log back in. Not a hard thing to do, but it can be annoying. However, this is not really a big deal. It is super fast if and when you have to do this.

I don't have any problems with Crankwheel, but the benefit is it is a super easy and reliable way to do a screen share with my clients. It is also incredibly awesome to have the option to direct them to my website after the presentation is over.

There are the rare occasions where the Crankwheel system goes down when trying to launch it, but it is usually solved once I reload the application. That usually solves all my issues.

I personally only speak with tech support by emails of new training and news on app and have not needed to call. Truth is I really love it...It was a little different but once I started working it, I really liked it.

I love that it is very easy to share my screen with people that I need to give a demo to. I simply email them the link and they click on the link and can see my screen.

The viewer often views a delayed version of my screen. I would love they viewer could see exactly what I was seeing at that moment because I am always on the phone with the person.

How to train people on our software product. CrankWheel makes it so that we don't have to be in person with our customers to train them on how our product works.

This tool is simple to activate and access via your google chrome web browser's extensions. The end-user merely clicks on a link and connects to your screen.

From time to time, you will need to re-authorize / verify your account with a code emailed to you by CrankWheel. Not sure why it does this, but it's not a huge issue, you are then emailed a six-digit code that you enter, and you are off to the races after that.

Sharing my screen while on a phone call quickly alleviates second-guessing what each of us is looking at on our screen.

That it is simple and quick as long as the recipient receives the messages/email

It glitches at times so when you're talking, sometimes you have to repeat or reset the app. Annoying especially during a presentation

CrankWheel is extremely easy to use for both the user and your clients! I am am to easily send the dial in number regardless of the country they live in and they are always there! The other asset I love is within seconds after being on the call, I am emailed a replay of the conversation that I can go back and listen to at anytime. I oftentimes save and pin to SalesForce as well.

I really havent found much that I dislike yet. Nitpicking, but their Google Chrome Extension loads a little slow at times, but that has really not been a major issue at all.

I am able to easily setup and then perform conference calls at ease. I am not missing out on as many calls as I had been previously because the person couldnt get in etc.

The best part of using Crankshare is that is easy, intuitive and works all the time. You can create the account easily, set it up and start using it no time. Their customer service is also excellent and responsive.

Can't think of a con really. More like if there are connection issues, it takes time to connect which is true for all such softwares.
