I love that you can create website templates for future website builds for other clients and even save sections from previous builds, which speeds up one's workflow considerably. The customer service is amazing. On the agency plan which I am on, the instant chat with an actual support person to aid with minor tiny teething problems trying to learn how to use the builder has been exceptional. Since using the platform, the support has always helped me resolve all issues I've come across.

I don't like the design of the current native templates Duda provides. Compared to other builders like Elementor, the templates look cheap and basic. Also, they are not releasing templates fast enough. The website design industry experiences design trends with demands we have to change the look and design of websites, and Dudas templates don't have that high-quality appeal.

I absolutely love building my client's sites on Duda. It allows me full functionality in design without having to learn coding. I love how Im able to give my clients preview links of their designs as I work on them and then once I launch I give them full access to the editor to make any changes they need. Their white-labeled service has really been a saving grace for my business!

There's not really much I don't like about Duda. Whenever I experience a technical issue I'm able to chat with support within a few minutes and get the issue resolved. Their customer service is incredibly easy to reach, unlike other platforms.

Duda has allowed me to grow my web design agency with the use of its white-labeled feature. I'm able to run my agency with the look and feel of a larger one. My favorite thing about the platform is how easy it is to learn and build fully functional sites that run fast!

I love how easy it is to get started with Duda and make changes to existing websites. I've found that other CMS solutions require a lot of experience and planning before touching any aspect of the website. I previously needed to plan out a website comprehensively before getting started but with Duda, I start with a template and make changes from there. On other CMS platforms, if a less experienced user attempted to create pages or make changes without understanding the original plan they risked breaking that page or the whole website, sometimes irreparably. With Duda, it is simple to teach a tech novice to make minor changes to their own website while leaving little risk that they will make a large mistake. Small business owners love this simplicity as they often don't have the time or the budget to engage an expert for every minor change to their digital presence.

The main drawback of Duda I've found is that there aren't a lot of 'widgets'. If I have something specific in mind I either need to purchase it from a 3rd party or code it myself within the 'widget builder'. This lack of functionality is sometimes understandable if my needs are niche, but many other times I am left with few options for adding features that are commonplace amongst modern websites.

Duda is a simple CMS solution that allows the business I work for to quickly create websites for small business clients. These websites look great and are easy to edit, even for people who aren't greatly tech savvy.

How easy it is to build on and how fast I can get support if I need it. In general support is very helpful.

Sometimes it's glitchy. It also has limitations on dynamic functionality. It would be create is a widget could connect to more than 1 table. It would be great to fix the load speed on google mobile. I also don't like how a user can go directly to Duda and get a website, I think competing with the agencies Duda is for is pretty tacky.

Building easy to use website for clients

Having the ability to have the site live so a client can review it at any time, with the various screen sizes is my favorite part of Duda. Sharing and previewing the design is top-notch.

I cant think of anything that I dislike. The troubles I have run into have pretty much been user error or just computers being computers. If I HAD to pick something, maybe its the speed of the editor.. though I think it is perfectly suffice.

Creating,managing and hosting multiple website in one place is what Duda solves for us. Its one place we can go to pay for hosting, design the site, invite clients to review and manage our clients information.

I think the best part is the online support via online chat. If I have any issues, I can get them resolved right away. Also the whitelabel app store allows me to upsell very easily which is great.

I would say the client/site management could use some more features, but it isn't really something to complain about. I just wish it had more of a task management feature.

Duda allows me to create websites for my clients very quickly. It also helps me upsell services that were not easy to sell on other platforms. Also, they have tons of updates so it is exciting to see what features come out each week.

The downside of Duda is the cost but for me the speed is worth the cost. Their support is fast so it is basically like paying for a premium product. I don't have any other complaints.

To be honest we dont find any real downside. The only thing we would like to see would be more apps integrated into the platform.

How easy it is to put together a site. I didn't have any web-building experience and this platform made it easy. Customer support is amazing which beats everything else. Anytime I need a questions answered, it doesn't take long to get it.

There isn't too much to dislike about Duda, it was hard trying to come up with something, maybe just folders to organize the websites, but that's what filters are for I guess. Maybe more templates would be nice, and landing pages for different industries.

It helps me being able to create websites myself easily. I sometimes use outsourcing but then they may not be reliable, I love that I'm able to build on my own so I don't have to depend on when it comes to tight deadlines. The pricing has been great too for great profit margins on hosting as well.

I have been working with Duda for several years now, they have been a great Asset for me and my team at our agency. Quick and easy to use apps and design features, they are not just a template company like Go Daddy and Wix, with them you can be as complex or simple in your designs, and their support is always right there to help

they can be a little slow in coming out with apps, but if you let them know you need something then they get on it. such as there new online ordering for restaurants.

they are adding more partner apps which helps in keeping all of our resources under one roof, that means no worries about competing with a while label partner for our customers.

I love Duda's top-tier editor, which is easy to use and allows you to create gorgeous websites in record time. The ability to optimize for mobile and tablet design as well is a great added bonus, as well as the ability to custom CSS and HTML code to really customize your sites with fine detail. The support that Duda offers is beyond any other website builder I have used. I would recommend Duda to anyone in the design space!

There are some limitations to designs you can create in Duda, as well as limitations in widgets and eCommerce functionality, but other than that Duda is by far my favorite web builder; far better than Wordpress!

They didn't support all js versions. When we would like to create a custom widget, we should use their old js version.

who would like to create a website have to know html css, and js coding. But Duda solved this qualification. Our employees shouldn't know any coding, and they can use Duda clearly

I like that it's so easy to use and allows you to customise the widget by editing code. Although it has a limitation function, I can hire their partner developer to write hard code over it.

I hope it'll have a safe and guarantee platform to hire their partner developer like Upwork or Fiver.

Solid platform that is easy to use. All in one place, no need to look for and use of plugins, to have workable, good quality, SEO-friendly web sites. Also include good hosting, and ssl certificate.

Not as known as wordpress. Potential customers need to be educated on the fact that this is a good solid platform. Internal e-commerce should include more payment gateways and granular shipping zones.

Not only does Duda eliminate the challenges with WordPress it elimates the need for conventional HTML development. I have only had one negative experience. I reached out to support one day and the tech insisted I download Loom in order for him to assist me. I am not familiar with that, was juggling a million tasks and asked him if he could just share a screen with me as that is how I normally get help, and he wouldn't do it.

Migrating accounts into Duda is always so very manual from other platforms. Some features from sites can be imported in, such as blogs out of WordPress. Still, it would be super helpful as we win over contracts to have solutions in place that can AI migrate an existing website in any hosted platform or other CMS directly into Duda. Agency partners take advantage of White Labeling, and I wish more work could be done to make it a private label. It's never a fun conversation with a client or competition should they find the exact toolset you use with Duda.

Duda is continually working on adding new widgets and features, and I like that they are so proactive in improving the product. I am able to speed up development, mockups for clients and go-to-live with the sites using this toolset vs. traditional coding in various platforms. One huge pain point I had to overcome and another reason I moved to Duda was that it is hosted in the cloud. I no longer have to lease hardware and worry about security patches and outages.

Easy to use and easy to learn. The customer support is absolutely amazing. I was able to contact support numerous times to get answers. Along with Duda support investigating more complex issues.

The only downside of Duda is accessibility. Duda does have some accessibility built in, but only to a certain degree. Some features such as accordions, are not WACG 2.0 accessible.

Lots of pages. Other content builders, such as Wix, only have a 100-page limit. Duda has a 1000-page limit. This allows larger organizations to build most of their web presence in one platform.

Few minor things about Duda that I wish you consider in the near future is, the mobile parallax if I said it right, where the image scrolls in a nice smooth way just like the desktop. The photo quality on the platform in general, is not sharp which i wish they focus on making it better. Other than that, I love it more every single day.
