The looks and usability of the web sites we can build
When you have more than 100 websites on your account, it feels a little bit slow on the navigation of the extranet
We can offer high quality website to our SaaS customers
The way I can easily manage multiple websites for clients, and still have most of the editing capabilities to freely implement my designs. Great customer support as well.
Little to non I can think off honestly, super handy.
I'm able to design en put websites live with ease
Very end-user friendly. I can quickly build websites for my clients so I can charge a very reasonable fee plus I can train them on how to maintain the website builder themselves so they can be as self-reliant as they choose to be. Very easy to customize and preview on desktop, tablet & mobile.
In the beginning there were a few missing "widgets" like tables but they have since added widgets for inner rows, tables & image/text. And they keep thinking of features to add all the time. It continues to evolve and get better. eCommerce is one of those add-ons so perhaps their eCommerce is not as robust as a dedicated eCommerce site but not complaints because of all the other features it has.
A website builder that is robust, easy to use, easy to train on and good customer support. Time saver for me; money saver for my clients.
The ease of building a website with a 'drag-n-drop' method. I also like the ease of making changes. Often my clients will call me with requested changes. 90% of the time, the changes are completed before the end of the phone call.
For the new features, there is a bit of a learning curve. I would appreciate more tutorial videos on the new features being introduced. Another improvement would be to stabilize the second and third-tier menu hierachy.
Some of the apps are a little buggy when looking to upgrade to a paid version with more features. Support is working on that to correct the problem. The support is very good.
Duda's design capabilities are outstanding. I constantly get compliments on how beautiful my website looks.
Some of the editing features required a bit of a learning curve at first, but over the years it has only become easier and easier to navigate and utilize all the features.
My Duda website is my biggest referral source. Its capabilities have expanded alongside my business needs and I have not come across a problem or need that Duda has not been able to solve or support.
Duda transforms the way we handle website creation. It's sleek, easy to use, fast to onboard clients and to teach them how to make their own edits! Their support is always amazing and on on point! Very knowledgable staff. We've found that Duda handles most of what we need and they actively listen to the community who are able to suggest features that they need. If Duda continues on this path and doesn't lose sight of what it's currently doing then it's going to remain at the top!
There are a few times the editor might crash, glitch or you have to fiddle around to get some more complicated edits to work correctly, this is just the pains of using a visual editor and the mild annoyances are greatly outweighed by it's features and conveniences.
They are doing everything better. While they are not completely there yet, it is easy to see the direction they're going and that they are consistently improving on what they offer. The speed of the sites combined with the ease and convenience it offers, pushes Duda far past the competition
The integrations with Zapier, API and connected data are the absolute best. There is no compare to others like Weebly or Wix. It has everything you need without added complexity like Webflow.
It is a bit glitchy sometimes. I have had to contact support to fix something that has glitched (such as the background color on the mobile homepage that wouldn't update). But that is my only complaint.
Building websites at scale in the most efficient manner possible. As well as being both user friendly for my agency and clients after all the work is done. Duda makes it a breeze.
The interface makes it easy with templates/widgets to create a site. I used to do hand coding using CSS, SiteGrinder and other tools. It got pretty messy with media files, css files and html files... It's much easier with the built in programming on Duda... That's just the front end stuff. Once that was done it had to all be uploaded and tested. With the preview function you can check out how things look and behave before it's live. I have used templates which are pretty easy to customize. The graphics library has been helpful too. Hunting around for pictures when the client's were not great took a lot of time. Now I can usually find what I need in the category to complete the work
I wish there was email and domain names. The biggest problems have been with getting email. The domain stuff sometimes causes problems (the biggest one shall remain nameless here). These are not the fault of Duda - just dealing with the outside services for them is the problem. Other than that, Duda's stuff works well. and it is straight forward to use.
Managing content is easier with the templates and widgets. Getting the site live is fast. The support is very helpful and straight forward It helps to have a library of graphics instead of having to hunt around.
What I like best about Duda is that its is easy to use, you can build your website in a 1 hour or less and still be able to go live the same day
No feedback however I didn't like how you guys snuck that price increase in there. I had to look at my bill twice
It provides my clients a home where they can see my products, pricing and a lil bit about me
Quick and responsive chat support, with the choice of either talk to a bot or a person.
The Duda Support page could use some updating, especially when it comes to guidances/ste-by-step, as most of the articles are refering to elements/menus which aren't existing anymore.
We usually need Duda to step in whenever there is a bug between Duda's platform and ours. Also, whenever something isn't working as it should, such as the Boutique's accessibility.
Great, easy-to-use editor, the ability for full white labelling, build your own widgets.
The separation between non-flex and flex sections.
Its faster to design a site by building a site then it is to design a site in Photoshop.
The platform is very easy to use and they are very helpful when I need help.
Nothing, at least I haven't found anything yet I don't like.
I am able to offer my customers a great website development platform that works on both computer and mobile.
The ease of use when creating a new site and the pages within. For example, If I am creating a new page, and want to copy an element from another, switching between the two pages is immediate. This is a huge time saver compared to other solutions I have used, and way faster than editing multiple pages in Wordpress.
Somewhat limited features when compared to other platforms. I'm nitpicking here, but I would like to see "ATTENTION BARS" and more devleoped "Pop ups" avaiable in the builder.
Duda allows me to build marketing funnels very quickly for my own use. Duda also allows me to build out full sites for Clients very quickly. If you create a Template you like and works for your market, creating new sites for clients is literally just duplication.
DuDa offers upgrades, support, kindness, efficiency, and a willingness to listen to Our Agency! DuDa platform is unparalleled, always striving to find the best solutions. With an array of features including an App's store, widgets, and so much more, they are dedicated to providing the ultimate experience.
To be honest, the placement of the publish button is quite problematic. It's positioned too closely to the preview button, causing me to accidentally click on it instead of the intended preview button. This mishap occurred while I was working tirelessly on a new client's website, resulting in the premature publishing of an unfinished website. IMPORTANT - *What is your industry when using this product? I am fortunate to possess the ability to study and create websites for any industry from scratch, thanks to God's blessings. Please refrain from altering the length of the text.
DuDa is absolutely amazing, even though I'm unable to dedicate enough time to study everything. Ever since my partner left me alone in the midst of COVID, the support team has been incredibly helpful, happily and patiently resolving my mistakes or doubts.
It's really easy to navigate even if you aren't super tech savvy. Which makes it great for clients. And if there is something that you can't figure out, their support team is great!
There are a few customized thigns that you can't do as easily with Duda as you could on a platform like Wordpress. I wish there was a better integration for Google Reviews and for embedding Outlook calendars.
The platform makes it really easy for us to give client's different levels of access to their site. We can give very minimal to full control, depending on what our arrangement is with them. They also have some pretty good webinars.
Duda is the perfect builder for web designers and agencies alike. It can be super easy to use, whether you are just starting out or a seasoned pro. The templates they offer are modern, and you can customize them to make your website unique and let your creative juices flow. The drag-and-drop editor makes creating web pages a breeze. You can also get much more in depth and creative if you're already an expert in web design. Plus, Duda has excellent customer support. They are friendly and efficient, so if you ever get stuck, they're there to help.
Although Duda is great overall, there are a few downsides to using Duda. I feel like they don't focus as much on new design trends as some other builders and that some of their widgets feel a bit dated. They do have a widget builder for developers who know html, but for a front end designer like myself, they just don't have all the widgets I wish they did.
Duda is helping web designers both new and experienced create effective websites faster. This is helping our agency continue to grow by allowing us to take on more clients and finish projects in a timely manner.
As a designer at an agency with over 500 websites, there's much to appreciate about Duda. From the ability to tag, sort and organise projects to the general UI design of the editor to a comprehensive range of features. Duda includes: - an extremely detailed user role management system for team members and clients alike - The ability to edit any source code - The ability to generate sites using Dudas API - global design styles - the ability to build and manage custom widgets across multiple sites - a content library that stores business information that can be used dynamically and generates schema code - an image library - content collections} - integrations with Ecwid for eCommerce (and its new native store, which is still rolling out) - a convenient blogging system - and so much more With Dudas image editor and automatic compression, building high-performing websites that score highly in Google lighthouse is easy.
Just a few minor nitpicks regarding behaviour and small bugs: - There is no vertical alignment setting to align content to columns, easily fixed using CSS flex - Copying/duplicating elements often removes the margin values on the copy, so you have to re-apply - Switching between editing modes (regular, flex, blog, etc) isn't always obvious - Disconnecting dynamic content often breaks widgets in a way they need replacing - Code applied to individual elements often disappears into the back end, which can be hard to find and modify, and the formatting of code can become a terrible experience, which is often fixed with a quick refresh of the browser
It provides a robust design editing experience with much flexibility for creating and developing websites. Its API allows for a unique business scale opportunity, automatically generating websites from custom templates and themes. The widget builder is also convenient for building custom widgets and connecting them to the website's CMS.
Duda's dynamic page feature simplifies website development, allowing developers to create pages effortlessly. Integration with Airtable and Excel adds versatility, enabling faster website completion. Their Idea Borad approach is yet an another feature which let's different ideas be in incorporated on Duda for future enhancement.
Unused CSS and JavaScript in the website builder significantly hamper Google Page Speed performance.
Duda eases the creation of multiple pages with uniform layouts and designs through the efficient use of dynamic pages. Duda's internal and external collections feature aids in content organization and efficient management within a unified space.
Simple and very user friendly. Security and Responsiveness.
Less number of widgets, not good for seo
Adding more widgets and fixing bugs. Flex is also best builder
It make smy job of running a smaller agency so much easier. I have entirely moved away from WordPress because of Duda, and dont have to spend even 5% of the time managing sites. There's almost no magaement involved since there are no plugins to update. WordPress is like a hot rod - you can do almost anything with it, but that also leads to many gaps in the whole system, and opportunities for things to go awry. Whereas with Duda, everything is much more contained and works together. The tema is constantly relasing new features and are very involved and responsive with their customer base to help us get new features. I think of it as a blend of the Flexibility of WordPress, with the stability of Squarespace, being self-hosted and far less reliant on 3rd party additions/hosts. It's got a lot of features that allow me to run my little agency and spend more time on business and less time fixing things. Also, being able to assign clients as little or as much access to the backend is great - from only being able to edit text, to being able to edit everything. It's nice to have that control, for us and the clients as well. Auto-backups/restore, nice new AI tools, and the SEO is great. I often get better scores on Google simply by rebuilding a WP site onto Duda!
As stable and reliable as Duda is, there is a compromise with the features it has out of the box. There's builders like Elementor that really do a great job of Dynamic data entry points that Duda has not quite gotten to the level of. However, Duda does have the advantage of building sites to scale compared to WP or Squarespace. Also, with it not being as much of a market share, there are sometimes some integrations where Duda hasn't been considered by the vendor. There aren't many free add-ons like WordPress has, but that's you pay for reliability I suppose. The templates themselves aren't necessarily the latets of design trends, but they are a good starting point for most designs. I would like to see Duda push the envelope a little bit more in terms of design and flexibility (soon to be addressed with All Flex editor). I'm also not crazy about all the 3rd party apps being paid add-ons. That said, they do work flawlessly and take very little confirguration compared to WP.
I'm a designer by trade first, and a developer second (or third). I started out with WP 4-5 years ago and became very overhwelmed and hamstrung by it when it came to design, because it is so tempermental/easy to break in comparison. When I discovered Duda, it allowed me to offer high quality sites with far less work and worry. I was actually able to teach myself more CSS with Duda because I felt more comfortable with the platform.
We are developing plenty of websites without concerns of coding. For our business duda has been a powerful ally for web needs. My team focus on UX and Design experience and duda solved all the backend. We work very nice with duda.
I wish duda still evolving to offer better solutions for today's web needs. I think some widgets that very necessaries to help to offer a better solution for our clients still missing.
As CEO of a marketing agency, I do not concern about having developers in my team because duda helps us to solve our code needs in the website design process. Now we are more efficient, creating more and better websites for our clients.
Duda can pretty much do anything I need to create pages, blogs, etc. Their widgets and support go above and beyond. Adding blogs to their blog section is very easy. Adding images is super easy. Incorporating video is super easy.
Sometimes getting into the right mode to edit or finding where an exact feature is hidden away can take a moment but once you figure it out you're ready for next time.
We do not have developers on our team so Duda serves as a website building solution that removes that as a criteria. Anyone can use Duda and create a great experience for their customers.
Duda has allowed us to keep our website up to date, easy to navigate as well as saving us loads of time. It is really practical to use, but also allows me, as a designer, to achieve my vision and reflect our brand's personality.
I struggle a little bit with making the desktop, tablet and smartphone version of our website all look and work their best. Sometimes what works for the desktop version doesn't really look that great on a tablet, and I wish I had more freedom to edit those separetely.
We are a small marketing team. Duda really enables us to gain time and not relly so much on external service providers who often don't really understand our business and have a hard time translating that into our website. Since Duda we don't have to go back and forth to get to a beautiful looking website that really shows what our brand is all about.
Slick and intuitive interface that puts key controls in front of users. Rapid deployment of sites.
Setup was a little choppy, but support was quick, patient, and helpful.
Quick to create sites. Controls support needs of a designer.
The combination of visual designing, having collections with dynamic data and being able to customize where needed
it works better is some browsers then in otehers
giving us more time to work on the things that make the site unique rather than having to build a whole site from scrap
Duda offered so many templates for an easy start up website that was extremely user friendly and affordable. I will always use Duda!
There was negative experience with Duda.
By offering tons of GM great templates, this helped me to get a website built quickly for my business.
The Duda platform is very stable and easy to use. We have been using it for over 5 years. We switched from WordPress and haven't looked back. It also has great SEO tools and has recently integrated AI to create better content.
I like everything about Duda. I don't have anything negative to say about the platform.
Duda's web building plarform is very stable and you don't have to worry about a widget being updated and having broken links on your website. Saves time and you don't have to worry about it looking great.
For me it is the best creator of web pages, it is very easy to learn to use it, in addition to giving you the security certificate of your sites, it is very easy to connect your own domain with the page you make. Every time they have added necessary things if they constantly update the platform and pay attention to their clients, if you have questions they can answer you by chat via phone or mail, in addition to having a section for questions
I think I don't have things I don't like, it's a very good platform, maybe if I don't love something, it's details that have been fixed over time
I work in an advertising agency and the landing pages are a service that they provide within this agency. It helps me create landing pages very quickly since it is easy to learn to use without the need for code. It has very good templates. You can edit the design to your liking. It is a very good platform compared to others that do not let you edit the design as much or you must know how to code
