The most significant limitation I've encountered on this platform is the inability to use product variants on entry-level plans. For companies offering products with multiple variations, such as size or color, this can present a significant hurdle, requiring you to either upgrade to a higher plan or find alternative solutions. Additionally, one area where Ecwid could improve is by offering a more extensive selection of integrations. While it does provide integrations for popular platforms the options remain limited compared to other e-commerce platforms. The lack of diversity in integrations may impede your ability to take full advantage of this platform.

We've been with Ecwid for almost five years, and it has been a great tool to expand the e-commerce section of our business. The customer support team has always been quick to answer our questions or resolve any issues. One of the main things that make Ecwid stand out over other e-commerce platforms is its ability to conform to the customization we need for our business, it's also a great deal!

Some things may need to be implemented, like adding bulk pricing upload options to the CSV import method. Another option I'd like to see is a design tool feature. But these are highly complex integrations, and Ecwid is still an excellent deal for what is available.

The main issue Ecwid has solved recently is uploading pricing variations. It was pretty hectic not being able to upload a spreadsheet with SKU's and pricing, but a relief now that that feature is available.

Easy to manage, able to integrate with my main website, Facebook and also has a stand-alone site I can use if there's a problem with my hosting. Support is responsive and helpful. When I asked for a feature to make my order processing easier, they added it in a reasonable time.

When I want something fancy I have to pay for a plugin, like notify customers when something is restocked. Also reporting is also either an add-on or is very limited.

Easy to list products and sell online. I also can run two different sites with the same store items with Ecwid. I find this to be valuable and easily set up. Integration with facebook is as good as facebook can be.

So easy to make my website and the Mobil apps makes it easy to keep up with new orders, discount and coupon codes shipping etc... The app also shows you your lifetime sales and customer's information.

I actually don't have any downsides about the app. If there were things that I didn't like about Ecwid I would use another service. The software is really easy to use.

No problems the software has never crashed or made mistakes while I have been using it. One thing I do like is the fast customer service response if I ask questions

An easy to use back office to manage your products at your ecommerce store. Once you start using it, you would never go back to Shopify. Creating categories, subcategories, and adding attributes is a breeze.

There is no option to add blog within a site or create stand-alone pages without products that will not show in the menu.

Within the last 3 years we see many improvements to the interface that make it easier to customize user experience.

I'm a very busy person running an online automotive tuning business. I required a platform that was flexible to my needs and easy to change on the fly, so I didn't need to depend on a web developer to make the changes. I used a developer to help set the site up, but he didn't understand my business and made many mistakes that I had to address to ensure my business ran smoothly.

While I understand businesses have issues from time to time, I rely on email notifications and over the years, Ecwid's transaction notifications were not going out through email which caused delays in order processing. While this issue has been resolved, it was an issue, and I now spend time every day making sure it doesn't happen again, which ultimately costs me time.

Standardization of order information that allows me to better serve my customers by having all the information I need to fulfil an online order and start the tuning process.
