The fact that it is a cloud service, allows you to work on your projects anywhere without having a laggy laptop. The boards are pretty much infinite, and you can work your whole design in it, from prototyping and wireframing, to desgining image and video assets. I can use it everyday and share all my projects with my team. It's a very intuitive platform so it's easy for any member to start using it.
As someone who is very used to adobe, the only thing I "dont like" is the fact that the comands are different, but that really is not a problem of Figma.
Having a unified design dashboard in which the marketing and the design team can work together, get assets, and review graphics.
The most I like most about Figma is the learning curve of how to use it. Even though I don't have yet the experience of using software for prototyping and wireframing, I did a good prototype for my project, and I like its feature that you can share it with others and collaborate on one project, and very presentable output you can make.
The only downside for me is that you need an internet connection for you to able to use it.
Figma helps me to solve the old way of prototyping on an editing software, with Figma, every feature is there to help me to make it much easier to create a wireframe.
Figma is a handy and powerful tool for the UI/UX designers. The game changer part is to access it online from anywhere with any system. For the Mockup of the project it offers a wide range of features like reusable components, device frames etc. The real-time collaboration feature is a boom. Figma offers the ease of implemention of a design to a mockup form. Frequency of use as UI/UX designer is quite often.
Sometimes become slow while loading bigger and complex files. In free version some more features needed. Lack of good customer support sometimes.
Best solution for building UI/UX design for wireframing, mockup of any project. The real-time collaboration and editing feature has improved productivity as well as reduced repeated work due to better communication.
What I like about figma is that it make my FrontEnd development easy with the Drag and Drop function that it gives. Converting from Design to HTML and CSS is very easy and Many Animations can be Implemented
What I dont like about figma is that It needs a lot of memory and Ram for it to run in your computer. In other words this appliction is not suited for low specs computer/laptop
I usually use Bootstrap framework for my design but with Figma my designing skills becomes super great, fast and easy.
I love Figma, it offers an insane amount of flexibility and it's design system features are unmatched.
I have very issues with Figma. The biggest issue I have is probably that the search feature doesn't seem to work as well as I would like it to.
Figma is our design team's go-to software for all things prototyping, wirframing, etc.

Creating digital designs that help meet my client's needs
That it bridges the gap between designers and developers providing a hybrid approach to the handoff problem.
That they are selling the company to Adobe, who might destroy it.
The whole range of the design process, from information architecture and conceptual ideation in FigJam to low-fi prototyping in both FigJam and Figma, to hi-fi mockups and prototypes in Figma, also for building design systems and documenting for development handoff
The user interface is amazing, it provides all the features on the sidepanes which are self explanatory. They have numbers of widget integrated which saves time looking for attachments. There are also other cool intuitive features that help my workflow a lot. It is very easy to implement which makes it my first choice when it comes to creative visuals or UI UX related tasks.
