"they shut my account down without even explaining why"

What do you like best about Fiverr?

I feel like that they have pretty good freelancers and they respond rather quickly.

What do you dislike about Fiverr?

their customer service is terrible. They will ban you for no reason and then did not explain why. don't spend a lot of time or effort into this software because you never know when you're going to be kicked off with no explanation.

What problems is Fiverr solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am trying to hire a freelancer to do somee data mining.
