I like how the metrics are aggregated across board and the view looks very good and very intuitive. I like how the metrics are properly aggregated and hoe they are arranged.
I dislike how complex identity management is, It is not so intuitive to understand, I also do not like the fact that you have to setup resources for web and mobile differently.
Google analytics is solving the problem of helping us agrregate information in one place, it also enables us to view quick and sharp user metrics enabling us to make decisions much faster.
It has tons of features. It shows easily what is working and what is not working on your website. It gives custom reports too.
Some of the features do not work on the mobile app
It has helped our business a lot in the past couple of years. We are able to track where we are getting the most traffic, what is working and what is not working etc.

I like being able to track website and landing page visitors. You can see what the top pages on your site are. You can see where your traffic is coming from.
I dislike how it can be a little too complicated. There is a learning curve. Google Data Studio is a little difficult.
