GoTo meeting has a simple user interface that makes it easy to conduct group interviews, and also has some great features such as screen-sharing and remote access for product usability interviews and feedback sessions.

Nothing in particular, but will be good to have more up-to-date options such as background change and adjusting the picture or turning on the filters. But not really a dealbreaker.

Using it for productive user interviews and gathering feedback from the participants using the screen share feature, or conducting moderated usability interviews.

Attendees always seem confused with getting their audio working. Usually just have people call-in instead of trying to get computer speakers to work. Though, this does not seem like a GoToMeeting issue.

We did have to get our network team involved in the setup because there were some firewall ports and IP's that had to be allowed through for all the features to work properly.

well, Honestly Goto meeting was my second choice back in COVID-19 Days. Once i get into it i never quit my usage with Goto Meeting. The most important thing is while you are an individual or a company with many employees this software will never disappoint you with thier services for remote meetings.

I ll never find a reason to dislike this software. It was complete solution for my needs. Goto Meeting will allow 200 participants that time and this was a reason everyone who use this never leave them.

Back in COVID days all the companies were bound in house to work remotely so i find this to arrange our online meetings. We used the software and realized that this is what companies needs.

I have used this in our office network for having conference meeting and team meeting, also for to troubleshoot various issues over the call, best thing I like about goto meeting is the quality of support

Yes, we used to have this for conference call with the teams and clients
