Hiring candidates, Greenhouse makes it viable to track and manage candidates throughout the interview process and enhance the candidate experience

I like that every time you need to enter to see new candidates, you can do it, also referring people through the app is fantastic since also tells you the status of the process initiated
I would like a lot that sometimes that even if you don't check the new jobs, the app could send you a notification if it's something related to your position so you can now when to apply
In the company that I work, I receive a bonus referral for each person that gets the job, so, it's an excellent way to recommend people and also may a little profit totally worth it
I like how as a hiring manager, I can collaborate and easily communicate in GH with our recruiting team. Easy to view applicants, leave internal notes and message external candidats.
It could be easier to integrate the data from past applicants into their new application for a new role. Also could be cool if it could find applicants from other roles to recommend for a new role based on AI.
Recruiting and hiring
Ease of use, the UI/UX, and the absolutely phenomenal support they provide when you need it. They get to the bottom of problems just as fast as you communicate what is wrong.
I apparently need to use a lot of characters to be able to post this, but I don't dislike anything about Greenhouse. It is expensive, but you absolutely get what you pay for in this case.
They're creating automation tools to help screen candidates more efficiently, and contuining to build out functions based on user feedback. They come out with awesome upgrades quarterly.

Greenhouse is the heart of our recruiting efforts. Everything happens in there: resume reviews, candidate communications, interview processes, job posts, feedback scorecards, etc.

I like that Greenhouse allows me to refer candidates to my organization by simply sending an autopopulated link to individuals. Additionally the webpage is super user friendly. I learned how to navigate my way around the webpage in a few minutes.
There is nothing that stands out or that comes to mind as to why I dislike Greenhouse. I only have good things to say about the platform. Perhaps one thing that I would like to change is real life updates. For example being able to see where you are in the hiring process. Rather then only seeing where your referee candidates are in the hiring process.
The problem that greenhouse solves is by simply streamlining the hiring process in a centralized platform. You're able to apply internally apply directly to thee departments as well as refer others to join the organization.
Very intuitive to set up and use. GH team is constantly working on improving the tool as well. It also has many useful integrations. Overall, the best tool for the TA team to use and be successful.
There is nothing we do not like. The reporting options are better now. Thank you for this improvement.
We use GH as an applicant tracking tool as well as a talent pool. GH allows us to find a needle in the stack by setting up certain filters and digging into past applicants. We were able to find and hire a few great candidates by reaching out to past applicants. Setting up talent pools is also a great feature that is very useful for the pipeline building.
Dashboard layout and customization make it easy to keep priorities top of mind and the overall design creates an easy-to-navigate and manage ATS where you can drive collaboration and applicant experience.
Some tool integrations can be difficult causing a lack of flow at times but many of these can be addressed with set processes to avoid interference and manage applicant data.
Makes managing applicant data and scorecards easy allowing Hiring managers, Recruiters, Sourcers, and coordinators to all work collaboratively without needing excessive messaging or meetings to communicate.
As an ATS, Greenhouse is highly intuitive and easy to use. It has plenty of features and automation that take away tedious, repetitive tasks so we can focus on finding the best candidates for our roles. Whenever we have questions, the support library is easy to use and their friendly and professional support team is there to help at any time. We've never encountered any major issues with Greenhouse, and it truly is a world-class product for world-class companies.
There were some features and integrations that were lacking when we first started with Greenhouse, like integrations with Wonderlic and Asana. These have been addressed over time to some limited capacity.
Before Greenhouse, we were using Spreadsheets for all of our recruiting efforts, which was an absolute nightmare for us. We would often miss replying to candidates and some prospective talent would just fall off our list due to how messy everything was. Greenhouse made all of that mess a thing of the past, and Greenhouse's integrations with our calendar tool make it a breeze for us to schedule with candidates. We also get reminders if we haven't replied to certain candidates or if we haven't made a decision. Overall, it not only made recruiting so much easier for us, but it allowed us to focus on finding the best candidates out there and to give all our candidates the best application experience possible.
What I like most about the tools is the flexibility and usability. You can create a set of different scorecards, interview kits and candidate workflows depending on business needs. The tool is very user-friendly, and measurement is easy, for each step of the candidate's journey.
There's so much flexibility it's not always clear how changes will impact reporting year over year. It's helpful to work with your business representative to understand how and why candidate stage changes could negatively impact your KPIs.

Greenhouse is incredible from an operational efficiency standpoint and the perfect balance between tooling for HR, candidates and leaders.
Honestly, nothing - the platform has been great for multiple teams I've worked with over the years. For questions I have or need extra help, their support team is amazing and always there 1,2,3 to step in and support.
Greenhouse solves our recruiting needs, candidate experience and relationship/ project management with hiring managers. It helps us be more productive and do our jobs with A+ results.
Greenhouse is the best ATS I have used in my 8 years of recruiting. Very organized, easy to quickly screen resumes, and user friendly for new hiring managers.
The CRM and ability to build lists and nurture passive candidates could be improved.

Greenhouse is set up with the end user in mind. The intuitive nature of the overall configuration and the easy to customize options are among my favorite things about using Greenhouse
The only thing that is a little wonky, is being unable to un-merge candidate profiles.
Greenhouse has helped us to solve problems around recording interview data and being able to link that to a storyline of the candidate as it relates to their interaction with our company.
When I came on board our company was using Greenhouse. This was my first experience with it, and I was able to teach myself how to use it bascially. This ATS is the most user-friendly program on the market.
I have worked with numerous ATS programs and wish Greenhouse offered more options, such as applicant feedback. Also, I would like to see it fill in the gap from recruiter to hiring manager.

What I like best as I can meet the team and have a human relationship and solve real challenges together by being creative and collaborative. They are a people company not just the technology platform very rare in this industry.
I don't like the question about what do I dislike. I say we focus on the positives.
They were helping us solve the issue of candidate experience from applicant to on boarding. Now the experience will be consistent and the tools allow us to keep the relationship thriving. Also, Greenhouse is great at helping us ask the right questions because it can be overwhelming. They are here for me literally.
