I like the ability to easily work with my team to navigate candidate profiles, sync with Gem and LinkedIn, and manage each job req.
An opportunity I find is to improve the ease of scheduling/automation, better gauge demographics and I am not a fan of the reporting page - I believe it could benefit from improved user friendliness.
My ability to work directly with my colleagues on candidate profiles, ensure questions and templates exist for an equitable interview process, and moving candidates seamlessly through process.

Newly migrated to Greenhouse so we´re still discovering. I´m not a fan of the merge feature or referral process it creates a lot of duplicates and makes it too easy to merge with a different person.
The analytics component of Greenhouse allows for an easily digestible and presentable visualization to shared and understood, even for those with minimal experience using visualizations to identify trends or data points in their day to day.
The inability to create more detailed or customized approval flows (particularly by organizationly unique fields) complicates the process for recruiters or coordinators to properly assign and approve roles.
The visibility into KPIs has been an ongoing struggle. Greenhouse has allowed deeper quantification of peoples, process, actions, etc.
Greenhouse is very user-friendly. In working with multiple hiring managers I always tell them to just go play around in the system first to get a feel. A lot of them at the end of that time are able to use the system fully.
Greenhouse has a lot of add-ins that I wish just came with the system. In transitioning to Greenhouse, a lot of our previous information in our old system was not transferred over fully.I.E. previous interview feedback and candidate correspondence. So we are having to go back and forth between systems to check.
Greenhouse gives access to our entire company to see where we are at. Which is useful in working with multiple different people on a day to day basis. Being able to present data to the business or have them go pull it at any time is amazing. Since migrating over in January our data isn't as accurate as it should be. Working on cleaning up the data to ensure were providing accurate information is something we are working on.
Greenhouse has been our ATS for several years and we've had a great experience with them as we've grown and rolled out several features and many integrations with third-party tools that didn't always play nicely originally (namely Workday). Greenhouse support has always been super responsive and kind, even when the question is something that can be answered in the knowledge base (which is very extensive and full of videos, screenshots and case studies).
The UX and design of Greenhouse feel a bit dated and don't play nicely with either mobile screens or large screens. As a large org, we depend heavily on reports that can be dozens of columns and hundreds of rows. Greenhouse's UX does not resize for these use cases, so I'm constantly scrolling or what I need is cutoff due to the size of the screen that I'm in. I'd love to see Greenhouse modernize the UX a bit so that it feels like a newer product and adapts better to the device that I'm using it on. The included reports are also a bit basic and not very visual. You'll need to rely on a 3rd party Talent Analytics tool (like Gem or TalentWall) to get enough quality data for your teams if your org is large or complex.
Structured hiring across a company with a presence in 4 continents and dozens of different processes. Greenhouse is our foundation for our hiring process, looking forward to a bit of modernization to take it to the next level.
Process for Hiring manager - easy to use even without substantial training. Scorecards and customizable options on scorecards.
Greenhouse analytics could be better. There are so many new bells and whistles in GH that I feel our team needs to be trained in the basic new upgrades.

It's much easier to: advertise roles, get them approved by relevant stakeholders, communicate with candidates, issuing job offer letters, keeping track records, using reports and analytics to enhance the recruiting process, integrating with other systems.

It is easy for recruiters to navigate. For example tagging in others directly within the ATS saves back and forth time. Lots of good 3rd party integrations to also keep recruiters in a single system.
I think reporting could be more intuitive and powerful. Dashboards data doesn't always line up with actual GH reports when exported, so not confident in the accuracy of that feature in particular. More customizability on passthrough rate insights could be valuable as well.
Single source of truth for candidate and open job data. A shared tool with our coordinators, sourcers and recruiters is critical. The customizable reports are really helpful in manipulating data to answer lots of business questions.

Bulking features are a great tool in the high volume recruiting that we do here at LeafGuard. It allows us to handle communication with multiple candidates that is a huge win in my book as a tool for our company.
The Customer service department can use some work, I have had many requests sent that didn't receive an answer, the fact I cannot contact someone directly can be frustrating. I would also like to see an option to bulk change timezones for candidates.
We are solving a lot of problems with using both GHR and GHO, with both functions of HR in one software is a huge advantage that we have as a team, easy to navigate and to work together in unison.
Best ATS I've ever used! Greenhouse has been an effective and user-friendly tool that fits the needs of our organization well! Creating a great candidate experience is easy with follow-up reminders, email templates, and integrations that make the process feel smooth. Hiring managers can review and easily assess candidates through feedback tools within Greenhouse. The platform's candidate activity feeds and communication tools between recruiters and the hiring team ensure that our communication is transparent and trackable. Overall it's a positive experience for our teams!
The reporting functions are slightly customizable but can be a little difficult to navigate properly. Additionally, adding interview stages that can be saved in an area as opposed to having to be copied from another job would help. Also, I enjoy having templates but they aren't always easy to access unless they are in draft mode.
Greenhouse helps our company live our mission by building an excellent employee experience which starts with their first interaction with our company as a candidate. Our goal is to utilize this tool to create equitable hiring experiences on both candidate and hiring team side, and help us make the best decision in hiring for our teams. There are features that we haven't even used to their fullest yet! Greenhouse rocks!
How intuitive the platform is, great for new users. Also the ability to track each application and it's data, while synced with email and LinkedIn. Other ATSs can be harder to get used to.
Not being able to easily pull reports and understand how to do it. Mostly you need to reach out to a more experienced user, it would be nice to have a tab dedicated to different types of reports you can create with a guide to follow.

Overall, I have had a great experience with Greenhouse; I use it whenever there are new job openings in my organization, and I have to put referrals for my contacts. Tracking the progress of referred candidates is accessible through the dashboard provided; hence you do not have to take continuous followups from the HR department. Also, during recruiting, it makes the interview process smooth for both the interviewer and interviewee.
There are too many options on the user interface and it becomes complex to navigate across the platform and its too many features.
Recruiting process is truly made easy by Greenhouse. When hiring is open, it provides a birds-eye view for all the details of all the candidates in one dashboard, we can put filters according to our requirements and look for suitable candidates. Even while taking interviews, we can simultaneously make notes which are helpful for the next interviewer. Greenhouse is also an efficient tool for Recruitment marketing where it allows us to hire from various agencies or social media platforms.

Paid advertisements "campaign" jobs do not get much traction. I would like to see updates like SMS text integrations to help appeal to our hourly roles. Greenhouse is a great platform for our higher-level positions. As we expand, the focus is on hourly workers. Some popular sites do not integrate to Greenhouse, so we have to add candidates manually. Greenhouse onboarding does not integrate with ADT (PEO). Otherwise, we would utilize this in 2022
We are streamlining the steps in the processes. We have too many titles for the hiring process, making it difficult to track progress.
Report building, internal and external job boards, the support team has been excellent to deal with and help build a few custom reports. LinkedIn integration is beneficial.
I wish there was more flexibility in the report builder. For example: job stages are primarily focused on open positions, but I would like to create a report that measures the job stages based on candidates...so we could measure how long each candidate spends in each different stage.
Streamlined recruiting and onboarding and a powerful CRM to manage it all. Greenhouse has been extremely useful for our team. The integration capabilities with other HR and Recruting apps are fantastic.
